I had an absolutely terrible experience at Che Adventure Park and would strongly advise against anyone visiting this place. To start, the time management was a disaster. We were taken to a scorching hot field in the morning, where a coach named Kolitha conducted a session. Kolitha was the worst part of the day, boasting about himself and keeping us in the sun for nearly 3 hours. He only managed to conduct one out of the five activities, and he consistently provided rude and mean comments. Afterward, we were promised snacks for the 100+ students and lecturers we paid for, but they were only provided to 100 people. Waiting times for activities were incredibly long, and we couldn't even take photos because our phones were locked away until the end. The lunch was tasteless, with food that lacked salt, and it wasn't enough for all of us. They even accused us of eating twice when we had only eaten once. Ice cream was served occasionally, leaving many students without any. For changing, we had a tiny tent with poor lighting, making it impossible to see anything. The washrooms had no water, and the tent's washroom area was torn, allowing anyone to peek inside. The lighting in the washroom was practically non-existent, with only one light bulb. They didn't provide any medication for sick individuals, and we were fortunate to have brought our own. The staff's attitude made it seem like we were there for free, but a few were helpful. The place was an absolute disaster, and I strongly discourage anyone from going there for an OBT or any kind of activity. It was a miserable experience from start to finish. NOT RECCOMENDED!!!

This is a terrible place. Very Very Time wasting people. Not a place that shows in Pictures. Very Dirty. there are no responsible people. foods are not as ordered.

If you are planning on going here for the sole purpose of playing paint Ball, I highly recommend you re-think it and look for another alternative. We made our booking on the Friday at 3.30pm to play on the following Saturdays. They gave us a confirmation, and said we can play between 8.30am at 6pm so we went there by 10am. At 11, they said our allocated slot was at 4pm! (Could you have not infored us the night before or even on the Saturday morning?!) This was also told to us only after they made us pay for 10 packs (even though 2 people could not make it) mind you their was so many people there (300+) that we actually started playing at 5.30! So thay said to kill the time that we can participate in some of their other activates. And so they let us go on their zip line (we climed this rickety, cheaply built metal ladder that had no safety, if someone slipped climbing that steel ladder it would have been a 20 foot fall!), then they let us shoot 3 arrows and shoot 3 pellets out of an air rifle (again, WTH! The achery and air rifle rangers is right next to the shooting rage and after i shot my arrows, they asked me to go and look for the arrowns i shot, while another group was shooting led pellots not 15 feet away, with absolutely no safely barriot between me and the air rifel targets (the smallest mistake on other persons part would have meant i would have got hit while i was looking for these bloody arrown in the grass!) This was their answer for making us wait 5+ hours! What a waste of time! For the corporates who are planning on sending their staff for any outing, please re think your plan. Their safety protocols were absolutely nonexistent! And don't let me start on their COVID protocol! (That also was NONEXISTENT!) It was like they were still stuck in 2016. No one bothered to check our temps, there was no sanitiser anywhere! and not even a working sink to wash our hands! They also re use the life jackets from one person to another! Mind you, not even their staff were wearing masks, WTF! Also by chance if you speak to Mahendra, one of their sales reps. Keep in mind he is a brilliantly un organised lier!

Terrible customer service by the sales team. Activities had very little safety measures. Very long wait between activities. AVOID THIS PLACE. I made a booking for 10 people to play paintball with Che Adventure Park on Friday at 3.30pm and the sales person Mahendra said we would be able to play between 8.30am and 6pm. On Saturday sadly 2 of my friends couldn't make it but the staff asked me to pay for them because the booking had already been placed for 10. Then after taking the payment they said that we have a specific time slot to play. We were there at 11am and they gave us a timeslot of 4pm!! Which 2 of my friends couldn't even stay for but the staff didn't even refund the money they paid. Finally we were only able to play at 5.30pm! It was getting dark and hard to see to play. They offered some half baked activities to take up the time from 11am till 5.30pm. Zip Lining was a joke. One small Zipline across the river. Archery was chaotic. Only one staff member to run the archery range and he was spending more time to go search for the arrows after they were shot rather than teaching how to shoot. 3 arrows and you're done. What a joke. Air rifle shooting, the gun was terribly out of sight. They again only had 1 gun that was working. Another gun was broken. After this disaster of a day, when I asked for a refund only for the 2 people who didn't turn up, Mahendra in sales team gave me really bad attitude and accused me of being in the wrong. Avoid this place.

One of the worse places they have no sense of time, the staff are very rude they make you feel like you have come free and the food is the worst. They promised Us three activities The final one of the paint balling they sent is in the dark with no light can’t see anything and only have us 5 mins Because we spoke to the management they gave us a 200 Rupees discount for a person. What a joke never go there it is a ripoff

Although the group I was with had a good time, I’d say that was just because we turned a blind eye to the Horrible food, Rude staff (except a single person), the lack of any Health regulations, and the worst offence of them all, the DISGUSTING TIME MANAGEMENT, more accurately the lack of any. They left our group without anything to do for 1h 30mins after we had arrived on time. They did this over and over because they truly haven’t a clue how to run things. We got the paint ball field at 8:30pm after coming 12 hours earlier, and they tried to convince us that playing in total darkness was not a waste of our money and time. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I really wish I didn’t have to write this review, but this is atrocious. Please don’t waste your time. Quite literally.

Really nice place. A great place to relax for those who lead a busy life. It is located in a beautiful environment. And that staff is well cared for. The food is very healthy .we enjoy that day and we got the more experiences. I invite you to come and experience it.
