They opened early because the ship was in port. We arrived to rent our bikes and opted for the full day instead of half day. It was a really hot day, so they provided a bottle of water, a bike lock, a bike bag, helmets with connected intercoms (Meshnet connections), and a bike route map for our ride around North Norfolk. The small details were really nice. We signed our waivers, went over the map and route info, received an overview of the bikes and path markings, and off we went. We bike a lot at home, but were really happy we opted for e-bikes to see Norfolk because it was a hot day and this enabled us to bike without missing options we might not have done otherwise. We stopped for food along the way back to the shop near the Chelsea area because we had the time with the all day rental. It was a great way to finish our tour. In all, this was a really nice way to tour the city and surroundings.

This is a new place in Norfolk. Food is generally good. Portions are very generous. We all got take-home enough for next day lunch. The only problem I had was a dumpster was in the only handicapped space. This is world class dumb!

Our experience was fantastic. The customer service was excellent and the path was beautiful. The staff was helpful, kind, and fun. The helmets and bikes were top quality. The overall experience was a 10!

I participated in an EOD Wounded Warrior fund raising bike ride in Williamsburg and rented an ebike. Amy brought the bikes to the ride, showed us how to ride them, and joined us on the ride. I was a little apprehensive at first but Amy worked with me until I was comfortable. I had a great ride and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to another opportunity to work with Amy at Pedigo!

Ricky was so friendly and helpful. Had a snag and he rushed over on his electric skateboard to rescue us. Fantastic experience! Getting an electric bike sooner than later!

I have 2 favorite parts!! First, look at their YouTube video. Amy, the owner is just like that, very cheerful and pleasant!! Jerri is the same way. I felt so comfortable talking to both them! The store is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking with the new car smell!!!!! They have EVERYTHING!!!! I felt like a kid in a candy store! Second favorite part was my test ride!!!! I had no earthly idea what I was missing!!!! I looked at plenty of online videos on how to operate these bikes so I felt 100% safe biking on the street and around the dock!!!! Oh course, I had a helmet on!!! I'll have to check if my current bike rack is ebike rated; otherwise, that Interceptor would have gone home with me today!!! Lastly, I looked for a quality store that sold quality ebikes and Norfolk Pedego Electric Bikes IS that store!!!! No, I did NOT get paid to say any of this 😆🤣 if only!! If you want an ebike that will last, visit this place REAL soon!!!!!

Kevin was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient as he trained, guided, and led a tour for my sister and I. I hesitated to use the throttle but after a few tries from a complete stop the extra throttle power was awesome. The pedal assist is also a good feature, similiar to cruise control on a car. The pedal assist does not engage after applying the brakes. The overall experience was superb and most importantly fun!

Thomas was very knowledgeable and it was fascinating riding around Norfolk on ebikes. Such a fun experience. I would have appreciated some written material to take home as we are deciding which bikes to purchase.

Great bikes. Fun ride along the ERT, Norfolk, Ghent and ODU. The crew working there is super for customer service.

We did the Elizabeth trial. It was a blast. There about 20 of us. Husband and wife provided a great time and good meandering to and from the Hermitage.

This was so much fun! We rented bikes for the afternoon and went on the Elizabeth River Trail start to finish and back, stopping for lunch and a beer and to see gardens and sights along the way. Such a great deal for the price! We would love to do it all again but would do an entire day next time. Thank you pedego downtown Norfolk.
