Excellent 8 hour tour. Paul was superb very friendly, chatty and full of interesting facts. He went out of his w to show us interesting places. The meal was great value for money. A really pleasant day full of interesting visits.

Did several trips, this was by far the best. Views were amazing and and covered best part of the island. Driver very knowledgeable and fun. Great driving, felt very safe on the mountain roads!!

Booked the 2 days tour. 1st day went ahead as planned even the guide came late fetching. Reached hotel as planned but received late text that the 2nd day tour to the West was cancelled as the driver/guide was down with Covid. Long story cut short. At 10pm, there was no way i can secure any other tour for the next day. Luckily, i brought along my international driving license. Rented a car the next day but i have to pay €128.50 for this last minute rental to secure the car at 10am. Although this operator refunded half the fare but this should not be the way to spoil your visitors' plan visiting your lovely island. No standby, no replacement, just cancel and take the refund and you are left stranded. Lesson learnt, i will make it a habit checking about contingency plans all operators have.

A short tour in terms of places visited but great to see new nonetheless. Excellent guide who went above and beyond to show us as many Ronaldo related sights as possible. Company sorted an issue without fuss and with profuse apologies.

You don’t need a tour group. Just a bit of initiative. It is mid March and At 9:55 bus 56 at 3.35 Euro each from Funchal to Ribeiro Frio was full and left early. Sone latecomers and those catching the bus along the way had to make alternate plans as no more busses for the day. I fortunately was on the bus. RF was full of tour groups so I passed on the Balcony view point and headed straight for the well signposted PR10 route to be ahead of the pack. The route is very green under trees with views across the valley. Bumpy under foot with stones and roots on sometimes narrow path. Sone Alarming points for those with children or a fear of heights. “Tunnels” pah! Just gaps in the rocks. Generally flat with downhill for the last 2k. Easy to follow. Half way are some signs just after a gappy/tunnel - stick to the lavada. Down the forestry track and turn right back onto the lavada Towards the end the lavada splits -go down hill on steps to Portella. Busses 13:30 (53) 14:50 (20) or 16:05 (53) are the options or one of the hovering taxis. We casually took 3.5 hours and had time for a rest before the 14:55. Bus goes to machio where you change immediately for Funchal 4 Euro each. Settle back for a long ride.

Sat waiting outside hotel for nearly an hour on our pick up. We called the office, which is closed on a Sunday, so we emailed also to ask when they would arrive for our planned trip today. No response on email and then we receive a confirmation email that our money would be refunded??? No contact, no apology and been up since crack of dawn on what should have been a nice trip on our last day here on holiday. Terrible customer service and total lack of respect for paying customers looking forward to a tour that came highly recommended to us…..maybe just not with this company. If you’re looking to spend an early morning watching other companies successfully pick up paying tourists for trips on Madeira, this is the company for you. However, if you want to make the most of your last day on holiday and would like to visit the scenic Nuns Valley, *****DON’T USE PLANT MADEIRA******

Great tour of Ronaldo’s early life. Great tour guide. Loved it so much 👍🏾 Would highly recommend! We visited lots of different landmarks and then finally reached the museum and we were even dropped back at our hotel.

We were very well looked after and felt extremely safe throughout the tour. Our driver was very knowledgable and passionate about the island. Great experience and would thoroughly recommend for anyone who wants a taste of the island.

We have used Viator/Tripadvisor small group tours on many holidays, always excellent, and the ultimate 2 day tour was for us the ultimate tour I would recommend anyone taking this tour to have Renato Rodrigues as their driver/tour guide, because he gave us 2 interesting and memorable days. His extensive knowledge of the island and his way of interacting with his passengers meant that he was always able to answer our numerous questions, and we returned home with a much greater knowledge of Madeira even though we had made previous visits. If we had to choose, we preferred the West tour as the weather was better, but we enjoyed the East side as well. Thanks again Renato.

The tour guide, Renato, was a treat! Extremely knowledgeable, very funny and and all around brilliant guide. He showed us the best of Madeira and we loved seeing what the Island has to offer
