- andijshaffer00Definitely Delicious & DelightfulWe enjoyed a fabulous 3 course freshly made lunch with Pasquale and Rosanna’s organic red blend wine. All at the heart of their dining room table. Nothing beats homemade food made with love! Highly recommended!
- Tiffany C00Best Pasta Making Cooking Class on the Amalfi Coast!!Absolutely the BEST cooking class on the Amalfi Coast. Nestled in the mountains above Amalfi you will immediately feel like family upon your arrival. We loved every single minute of learning the family recipes of Ravioli, Tagliatelle and Tiramisu from Pasquel. The hands on experience of how to make the pasta from scratch was not only fun BUT easy. We just loved the attention to detail that Pasquel and Rosanna take to make sure you have a memory filled experience. From the organic wine to the yummy pasta, farm fresh sauces and cheese and deserts you will NOT be disappointed. The best part was that we signed up for a different class at a different cooking class facility that evening. A very happy accident. Little did we know this though. Our taxi driver brought us to the address we asked for (which was the wrong one) and when we arrived we were surprised we were the only ones there being how popular the class was. Pasquel greeted us with miracle water (the ingredients a family secret I am sure) and the best cup of espresso we have ever had. From there we were immediately immersed into creating and cooking. Upon our departure was the first time we learned that we weren’t even signed up for their class. They went out of their way to proceed with no questions asked and by far gave us the best possible experience we could ever ask for. We immediately paid them for the class and their time and took home some of their homemade goat cheese and olive oil. A must have to remember this wonderfully welcoming family owned business. We cannot wait to come back soon!! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality 😍
- Dee C00Great food and funWonderful experience. Our chef Pasquale was brimming with personality. The food was excellent. Highly recommend giving it a try.
- mpino6300Really Fun DayPasquale the host is amazing. He is funny, smart, and very interesting. He was attentive to each guest and took us through the process of making ravioli and tagletelli. He made you feel welcome. My wife and I really enjoyed this. She’s the cook not me but with both learned a lot. I would highly recommend this experience. Arrive hungry!
- Ashley B00Definitely worth itPasquale was great! Very informative and made the learning process really fun and engaging. Our group enjoyed hearing his stories and working together to make the pasta.
- Nithya V00A Must-Do!Best part of our Europe trip! Friendly atmosphere and amazing, quiet location. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a small group, rewarding experience!
- Willeke M00Amazing!Great experience for a low price. The hosts were lovely, so were the other people in the group. We made tagliatelli, ravioli and tiramisu. We got to taste the homemade wine and cheese. A real must-do on any trip, short or long but be warned, if you try it, you will want to come back for all the other courses.
- pamrobson00A perfect way to spend an afternoon! My daughter and I spent the most wonderful afternoon learning how to make pasta, but got so much more from our experience! Our hosts Pasqual and Rosanna were friendly, helpful, generous and informative and we were made to feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Pasqual is full of fun and a great teacher! We sampled ingredients throughout the session, all of which were absolutely delicious, and afterwards we ate the pasta we had learnt to make, with local wine and the best Tiramisu ever!!! A lovely group of fellow students made the day even better! I cannot recommend booking highly enough! Don't go to the Amalfi coast without sampling this experience!
- finsavvy00Lovely lunch & LimoncelloBeautiful lunch with fresh produce and wine plus a limoncello making lesson followed by tasting. We had a large group and the owners looked after us. We had a delightful long lunch. They were also very helpful catering for gluten free ang vegetarian friends.
- emspiderx00Fabulous experience!Amazing experience!! We arrived and were greeted by the amazing host and offered wine. The pasta experience was so much more than expected - the learnt how to make delicious pasta bit also tried the farmhouse produce such as cheese and the hosts wife's fried pizza! The lesson was brilliant and we then ate what we made. An excellent afternoon, loved it!
- carlas32800Beautiful insight to Italian culinary traditionBeautiful workshop on the making of mozzarella/fior di latte, the result tasted divine. Freshest and tastiest mozzarella I ever had, in combination with wine, food and great hospitality a wonderful afternoon! My trip to Amalfi was centered around this workshop and I was delighted with it, thank you much :)
- benmW4258CC00Must doGreat experience. Thoroughly recommend, lovely food and the wine was incredible. Pasquale is a truly exceptional host
- benmW4258CC00Must do in the Amalfi CoastExcellent experience for me and my partner, Pasquale and Rosanna were very accommodating and great entertainment. Set in their charming home the experience truly made our vacation, would thoroughly recommend. Pasquale is a great host and very funny entertainment but you leave the experience feeling you have gained knowledge and experienced an authentic cooking experience.
- 468zinaa00Highly reccommendedThis was a great experience, Pasquale was very attentive, knowledgebale and funny. The farm is impressive, everithing is hand-made and self-grown. We learned a lot about fiorr de latte making and enjoyed the hands-on experience. Last but not least, the food was excellent - especially Pasquale's tiramisu, which he assembled on the spot in front of us. A desert to die for!
- wojo5600This is one you won't forget. We found ourselves the only two guests of Pasquale and Rosanna that night, and what a special night it was! We learned to make fior d'latte mozzarella using raw fresh milk, rennet and technique. We tasted the farm's white wine (next time the red too!) and enjoyed perfectly cured, spiced, seasoned and pickled antipasti with a small plate of pizza fritti that was lighter than air. Oh and let's not forget the espresso zabaglione/tiramisu and the early sample of Campagna's traditional Easter Columba cake, which was also, of course, homemade. Wait. There was homemade limoncello, too. Almost forgot! Through it all, we learned so much about Amalfi Coast farming traditions and practices, and shared conversation about our own lives. This experience will put a bright red bow on any traveler's experiences in the region. Don't think twice; just book.

I was scheduled for a Pizza cooking for 2 ppl however the weather was bad so Pasquale changed it to inside to accommodate us I arrived late due to traffic issues traveling from Rome to the coast! When I arrived I was greeted promptly by owner he welcomed us inside even though we were late my expectations were superseded the atmosphere was warm and inviting the food and wine was magnificent. The experience is something I have never experienced! Thanks hope I can come back to this wonderful winery!

We were staying next door at the agriturismo as part of a walking tour. Two evenings we spent here. One was for pizza making and one was a wine tasting. Both were incredible evenings where we had such fun doing these activities. I would thoroughly recommend both these activities!
Pizza making started early in the morning by making our own dough and finished in the evening finishing making the pizza.
The wine tasting was beautiful and was made even better by a tour of their cellar where we learnt about the story of the farm and the family behind it. A truly beautiful evening.

Hi There, I am staying in Praiano in late July with my sister and our elderly mum. She loves pizza and we would love to do the pizza making class with her. Can you help us figure out how best to get from Praiano to your farm? I think our villa is on Piazza Constantinopoli. Is it possible to pay for someone to drive us? I'm not sure she'll be able to do all the walking involved in finding buses. Grazie!
Hi, My husband and I are interested in taking this class. We are staying in Praiano and could take the bus to Vettica Inferiore. Can we get picked up from there or is there another easy way to get to your farm? Thanks so much! Katie
