Extremely helpful. Set us up with everything we needed to have a pleasant time. Provided printed maps, help with online maps, and suggestions on an interesting route (in English). Helmets, bike locks and phone holder included when he could tell we needed them.

We found this company after alternative arrangements fell through. My husband has a disability and has to bring his own pedal crank with a special device on it every time we go on holiday and hire bikes.
Sam was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We are not youngsters but I hired an electric bike my husband a 'manual' modified for him. On the first day we did 60k I am not a cyclist on a regular basis. The electric bike was fantastic allowing us to take in Provence's wonderful sites.
We hired a 2nd time shorter distance due to souviner shopping!! 32 k.
We had fantastic service, very approachable and friendly service.
Sam speaks good English, Arabic and French. He may speak others but we didn't get that far. He has a lovely wife and baby. Babies are always a good selling point. We reccomend Sam and the e bike shop. We had two memorable days. Thank you.

We rented an e-bike from Sun e-bikes and it was our favorite activity in Provence! E-bikes make the hills fun and it is a great way to get a slow moving view of a gorgeous area! We took the route through Roussillon which is a gorgeous village not to be missed! Leave a full day for this trip and be sure to make a reservation in advance! (Note: we went in October—if it was extraordinarily hot, it would NOT have been fun! It was about 75 degrees the day we biked.)

We hired an e-bike to do a day tour trough the Luberon. The tour that they suggested was very nice. Because of the heath and the steep hills it was nice to have an electric bike. It's a very nice way to explore the region and the lovely villages.

This was one of the most memorable experiences of our Trip. From the start we felt comfortable as Sam was an extremely attentive manager/owner of the Sun-E-Bike shop in Bonnieux. He described a couple of different routes to take, taught us the handling of the e-bikes and asked us to be back by 5:30. We were 2 couples in our 60's and one additional woman in her 30's. We had to pinch ourselves to snap out of this surreal experience. Every turn had a new incredible view. Every Village we visited was unique. Lunch overlooking the valley in Menerbes was breathtaking (food was good too). We barely made it back by 6:00 as we were immersed in the experience. Don't miss it!
