I accomplished my Open water course at the beginning of July, The whole experience as fantastic. Markus was a great instructor, the attention to detail was great covering all aspects of the course content with great detail, this in turn helps the diver get the best out of the course with a great deal of confidence. I completed my open water certification with David. He was a great instructor, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. I was the only diver doing OWD at the time so I got lots of 1:1 instruction, and I appreciated the small group sizes on the boat. Also, I got to do 6 open water dives (compared to the minimum required 4) over the course of two days. This was really important, because I began feeling more confident and I enjoyed the dives more and more towards the end. The rest of the Koh Chang Divers crew was great too. Bang Bao is a nice little village to stay in while you’re here. Highly recommend diving with this company!

Dive masters and the boat crew are friendly and very knowledgeable of the marine environment and the dive sites in this area. Their dive trips go to sites that do not require to pay the extra marine park fee but these dive sites are just as good with shorter distance. The ship wreck dive is a must for experienced scuba divers. Their dive boat is comfortable and is moored close to the beach in the main resorts area. Very convenient.

We had a really great time diving with David. He showed us some great diving spots around Koh Chang. You can tell he loves diving and so did we - we loved diving with Koh Chang Divers - totally recommended! :)

Thank you to Mike for his excellent coaching and patience. We absolutely loved doing Advanced Open Water with Koh Chang Divers. They were organised and communicated with us clearly and promptly before the course and when we got to the island. Mike’s no nonsense and optimistic approach meant we had fun learning. He was very much solution oriented and even though the slightly rough seas and strong currents made the jumping in and back on the boat slightly tricky his experience made us feel safe every step of the way. He is great company to spend the day on the boat too. We have learnt lots and feel so much more confident in the water now.

Not very impressed with diving in Ko Chang. Better options in Phuket, even better to go to Indonesia, Malaysia or Philippines than bother with this. Poor vis, trip was disorganized and divemaster did not know much.

My children 17 and 13 years old had done the PADI Open and Junior Open Water Certifications. My elder one also went on to complete the EANX certificate. They did their 4 days with Mike and the last day with David. Both Mike and David are very professional and informative. Safety always comes first for them. They are very calm and patience, yet fun to learn with. My children really enjoyed their time with them. I highly recommend anyone who wants to do the course to do it with Mike or David! We will be back in October for the Advanced Open Water Certificates for both children. Thank you for making all of this happen 🙂

This was the absolutely very best way to end the year. A full day at sea on a private boat with David as dive instructor. HAPPY DAY!
