This hot air balloon ride was one of the highlights of our trip!!! The whole crew was awesome, and we had the smoothest ride thanks to our pilot! And of course the views were unbeatable. I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone wanting an unforgettable experience!

It was the most amazing experience my Daughter and I had in years. The date was June 18 and the air conditions were perfect that day, Aerotours made sure of that plus they have a great customer service. You need to bring with you only a light jacket and your adventurous spirit. Everything about it is breathtaking starting with the process of the balloon’s inflation on the ground. Then the briefing on security measures and we were ready for taking off. It gives goose bumps but the ride is very smooth, and peaceful. The views from Segovia countryside, the fields up and close down, the mountains, the sunrise, the skies, the birds… It is worth the money no doubts. Our team was the best by far. Nyx, the coordinator and David, the pilot are a powerful couple working in tune all the way. She coordinates the floor operations and He, the skies and the rest of their family do everything else to make sure that we are safe. Once landing, all the rescue vehicles were there in less than 10’, they were the first ones, no time to loose. It is important to know that. It was a celebration after, they even prepared a table with coffee, mimosas, breads, Spanish cold cuts, and cheeses, fruits, pastries and then the pictures. Ten days later they send us a video from our own hot-air-balloon unforgettable tour. Thanks Daniel and Nyx

Thank you to all the team for a very special experience. Great organisation, great atmosphere. The flight itself is magical. My first balloon flight at age 74 - shows you are never too old to experience new things. One slight problem was that I couldn't climb into the basket, soon solved by two lovely young members of the team who lifted me up in their arms (and didn't forget to help me out at the end of the trip!). A bonus for me was that, having toured Segovia the day before, I was able, from the air, to see and recognise sites I had visited. Gracias a todo el equipo por una experiencia muy especial. Gran organización, gran ambiente 👍 (¡y por cierto, la conducción de Raúl fue excelente!) Definitivamente lo más destacado de mis vacaciones en España. 😘

We were lucky enough to experience this amazing flight with our ace pilot Luis and his assistant Ron . We had our hotel pickup which was great and a short drive to the take off site . It was great to watch the set up and enjoy the early morning. The takeoff was tranquil and the journey just beautiful over the sites and countryside. The pilot Luis was great fun and very skilful . We landed gently and were offered some cold meats and cheese with cava . An amazing start to the day !!

First experiențe with a baloon. IT was perfect, the take off, the Fly and then the labding were incredibile. Be prepared for cold morning before take off ore even after. A Little snack and then a glass of Cava finished the experience. See You mext time!

Aerotours did an amazing job. Our first time hot air ballooning. Segovia was so picturesque and the country side so peaceful. The crew were fantastic especially our pilot (I think her name was Nyx??). Once in the air and the gas burners were silent the feeling was ineffable. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Floating gently over the castle of Segovia gives the most amazing views. Our pilot Nyx was very informative, turning the balloon so everyone got the same view. I would recommend everyone experience a balloon flight, and Aerotours make it very relaxing.

The experience was unforgettable. Our pilot Nyx was skilled and quite personable. Their entire crew was very accommodating and professional. Overall I highly recommend the experience and am certain everyone one else on the balloon agreed.

Nyx and her team were amazing! My son and I really enjoyed the ride over Segovia! We were able to see the aqueduct, alcázar, & cathedral from above. The snacks and drink at the end were very nice too. If you are staying in Madrid, I recommend the hotel pick up option. Pablo was on time, very friendly, & took us to Segovia & back. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Fun activity, but was not explained from the start. If coming from Madrid it is at least 60 min drive to the site and then 45-60 min for them to set up. The ride itself was enjoyable, but crammed in the balloon. Then it was another hour for tear down and back to the take off spot for some wine and snacks followed by repeat drive back to Madrid. Plan 6-7 hours
