    Fun side excursion
Nice surprise. We hadn't planned to go here, but stumbled upon it. Amazing photo ops! And yes, they stare at you! Take advantage of the discounts offered.

    Excellent, highly recommend!
Did the backstage tour with Olivia, Ethan and Jacob, so much knowledge! The talent they have is unremarkable. Olivia even showed us how she had to heat up a tool to reapply an eyelash on one of the figures. Did not know how much goes into keeping the wax figures in their pristine condition for viewing. So life like and the history was right on. Two ladies at the ticket counter were helpful also. They along with the crew from backstage were so friendly and sharing with their stories of the museum. Would highly recommend the tour!!!

    Okay place to visit once
We were finally able to make it to the museum while visiting Nashville. We were all excited to see a lot of wax figures of famous Country musicians. But we were disappointed there was a lot of space with no figures to fill it. The rooms seemed empty looking. It took less than an hour to walk through everything. What we did see was well done. I don't understand why there were some figures that didn't seem to belong, like Katy Perry and Ozzie Osbourne. I personally wish that Toby Keith had a wax figurine there.

Fun with your favorite county singers.
Take your picture with every famous singer and play the piano or guitar. A lot of fun - quite basic, but well worth the visit.

The REAL deal in alternative reality
I mean what a pleasant surprise...forca music lover, this was the best Madame Toussauds I have been to. Most of the facsimiles were amazingly lifelike but the best part was the displays themselves, which were innovative, clever and interactive. One of the great things about Madame Tussauds is that they leave you alone, you can touch the displays and pose for whatever kind of pictures you like...great experience!

Not really worth purchasing ahead of time.
There was no line, we had the place to ourselves (on a Saturday) and general admission is only $24.99 at the door. It is a good 20 minute (on the Highway) drive away from downtown Nashville. So if you don’t have a rental car, it’s a pretty expensive Uber. Then you have to get all the way BACK before you can use the voucher at Hard Rock Cafe., because it IS in downtown Nashville and you can’t go there first. No one there knew anything about the voucher. A manager had to be called and it didn’t get us ahead in line either. I would say don’t bother with this voucher. It doesn’t save you $ and creates more trouble than is helps. That said, we did have fun at the wax museum. Just go when it’s convenient and pay at the door.

    Love this place
This was my first tourist attraction in Nashville. Easy to find (in a mall). I loved the information of the wax figures printed on large guitar picks. Loved how the museum covered more than country stars. It covered pop, rock, and early rock and jazz.

    So lifelike
It was great to see so many stars from the past and present and learn a bit about each of them. There were so many opportunities for photos

    Just Ok
I’m not sure what I expected but it was more than what I paid for. It’s location is convenient as it’s in the mall. I wouldn’t go again.

    It was OK
It's a lot smaller than the other ones I have been to. It's not exactly worth the entry price but fun. The voucher for the meal is worth it though.

Great place to visit and worth the small cost
The cost was great (You can find coupons for this place everywhere in town). They had all different singers, not just country. This place included R & B singers, Blues singers and even Prince! It was great to visit. The museum is set up great. Worth the trip!

    Fun!
This was such a fun place. It was my first visit to a Tussauds museum and I loved it. Very well laid out with many different sections. Was surprised by the interactive ones. A great way to spend an hour or two.

The wax museum was Amazing great Staff very clean great experience. Wonder photo opportunities. However the Hard Rock Cafe was a joke. Took 1hr to get cold food. To then wait again to reorder food. Felt like cause our food was comp they did not care. I’ll never be going back to a Hard Rock Cafe.

We visited Friday around lunchtime. My husband and I had a 17, 18 and 21 year old with us. I had read the reviews ahead of time and was not thrilled about paying $24 for each of us to go, when alot of the reviews said that it wasn't very big. I found tickets for free, if you bought the jump on and off trolley tickets for $45 and then I went on Groupon and got the last 4 tickets offered for $12 apiece. Then I went on Madam Tussaud's website and got the 5th one for $18, so we saved quite a bit.i did buy the least expensive tickets and the only thing that I could see that we didn't get with these tickets, was to dress up in different dress up clothes and get our picture taken (about half way through). I believe that you could pay extra and still do it, if you wanted to. It is self guided (unless you bought the more expensive tickets) and I am glad as we could take as long as we wanted, when walking room to room. Each room was fabulously decorated with the time era of the musicians (starts earlier in time to present day). You could take photos and touch the wax figures. It was pretty neat to see how tall, thin and realistic everyone looked. We all really enjoyed it and got some great pictures of each other with the "stars". I actually would have felt ok paying full price for it!

lilly43 We love that you shared your full experience. You are a champion in sourcing the best deals that we have out in the market. Great work! The fact that you had varied ages with you and that you all had a great time, is so great to hear. Because of the universal music theme we our attraction relate to all ages. Just to clarify, the photo op (dress up) half way through the attraction is free to everyone, there is no additional cost to take the photo. There is only a fee if you decide to purchase the professional photo upon viewing them at the end of the attraction. Please come and see us again soon, as we are constantly making changes and additions to enhance the guests experience.

We stopped here after our tour of the Grand Ole Opry. It is located inside the mall directly across the parking lot of the Grand Ole Opry. My husband was definitely hesitant about the value for this experience but he ended up having the most fun out of us all. There is numerous different rooms with artists for you to take selfies with and even provide props for you to join in on the fun. We had a blast taking turns posing for pictures.

The wax museum was a really cool experience. The wax figures were life-like and the details were incredible. The exhibits are set up with many photo ops and they even have a camera set up in the middle you can take a group picture.

We purchased the sightseers

The museum is located in the Opry Mills Mall, which has plenty to do afterwards as well. You could plan an afternoon around it.

A family member had always wanted to see a wax museum and we were touring the grand ole opry next door and decided to check it out while there. The statues are mostly very on point and lifelike but I didn't feel like it was worth the price for 4 of us to walk through the rooms and snap a bunch of photos in 30-40 min, except that now we have checked wax museum off the bucket list LOL. We aren't huge country fans so I was glad that it was all sorts of musicians not just country artists. Also I'm not sure what the deal is with this mall at night but we went at 3pm on a Friday and adults & teens had to be verified that they were with us and we all had to put on wristbands to enter so something to keep in mind.

We had such a great time at Madame Tussauds - My family and I (2 adults, 1 child, 13), spent about 25 minutes in the museum. We probably could have taken longer if we wanted to, but with COVID restrictions we didn't want to be in people's way, so we kept moving so we didn't crowd anyone. There was a hologram of Darius Rucker's face on his body which was really cool. The sculptures were so life-like that I kind of underestimated how much it would feel like a funeral? Ha! Justin Timberlake being that close to my face was worth it for me though. Even though his wax sculpture doesn't have his signature look that I love. We had a great time - I booked through Trip Advisor directly and was pleased with the experience we received.

My wife and I have never been to a wax museum. This place is amazing!
The wax figures look like they would come to life to talk to you or sing. They are so life like. We really like how the museum was laid out and the different areas. No complaints at all. The staff was very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have an incredible experience.

My husband and I enjoyed going through the wax museum, the figures look so real. Love that you can take photos with them. And spend all the time you want in the museum. But. Where is Dolly Parton? Willie Nelson? Kris Kristofferson? And I would rather see only country stars, after all its Nashville. The home of country music. Really don’t see the need for Ozzy, Kid Rock, and others. Lots of empty space, hope you add lots of new figures.

This was so much fun!!! I took time to look at each artist and take pictures. The displays were great as was the music playing in each area. I found a $5 off coupon on one of the attraction cards I picked up, so it was a nice little savings. The girl asked me on the way out which was my favorite - it was so hard to choose. Minnie Pearl, the "Million Dollar Quartet" of an impromptu jam session involving Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash, Jimi Hendrix, BB King, James Brown, Ozzy Osbourne, Michael Jackson, Miley Cyrus, Beyoncé, Luke Bryan, and Keith Urban would be my picks. By each of the artists, there was a guitar pick shaped info plaque with facts on each person.

You’re either into wax museums or you’re not. That said, this one is coupled with a history of rock and roll, blues, country and soul that scream Music City. From the Million Dollar Quartet (staged in “Nashville Studios” instead of “Sun Studio” in Memphis) to BB King to Soul Train, this museum was fun and informative.

I was amazed at how lifelike the figures are - I expected them to start talking at any moment! I was shocked that this museum lets you touch them and pose for selfie with them! They even encouraged me to hop on Prince's motorcycle! I guess because Nashville is "music city" they were going with a music theme. I did hear they rotate their characters or change the age of the characters from time to time. I went on a Thursday afternoon and only stayed a little over an hour, but it wasn't crowded and we left with some great photos!
