Great stop to help break up a road trip. The videos and memorabilia help build interest and energy even for those who may not know all the history/ personalities. Especially enjoyed getting to hear the first hand accounts from members in the videos about their experiences and what made the space meaningful to them - then getting to go up on the stage and see it all from their perspective. Really fun.

The Grand Ole Opry House backstage tour is an absolute must for any music lover or history enthusiast visiting Nashville. This tour offers a unique glimpse into the heart of country music and the legendary stage that has hosted some of the greatest artists of all time. From the moment we stepped inside, the experience was wonderful. Walking through the backstage areas was a surreal experience. We got to see the dressing rooms, each with its own unique theme and story, and the artist entrance where performers make their way to the stage. Standing in the famous circle on the stage itself was the highlight of the tour—a humbling moment to feel connected to decades of musical history.

It was a great experience. The tour guy was amazing with details and stories. A true feeling of the magic of country music.

Horrible! Do not waste your money. They changed the headliner three times before the show. It was nothing more than a fake comedy show! I do not recommend! Very pricey for the quality of the production.

This is a must tour while in Nashville.It was so interesting.I really enjoyed being able to be in the circle with the opportunity of buying a picture of it.I was by myself so didn’t need the whole package but got it anyway.

My friend and I did the backstage tour. It opens with a video from Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, who introduce you to the history and significance of the Grand Ole Opry. The tour was given by a very knowledgeable woman who was passionate about the venue. You get to see dressing rooms and go on to the Opry stage. I learned a lot.

Very enjoyable and worth the time and expense. Vera was our guide and she was knowlegeable and entertaining. There is much to see and its great to peek behind the curtain. Pick up some behind the scenes Opry History. Would highly recommend. The staff to a person are friendly and accommodatingg.

A lovely facility. Very "factory" like feel to the entertainment presentation. Caters to a certain demographic. Best act of the evening was the comedian. Would prefer more variety in the music. If you enjoy the same old tired county music lyrics, you will enjoy the show. Parking was easy and fast in and out. Got golf cart ride from car to building on cold night which was appreciated.

This tour of Grand Ole Opry exceeded ALL expectations! Everything was relaxed and friendly but well orchestrated. Our lovely tour guide couldn’t have been nicer and was so kind to our young grandson who is a music lover. The hour tour includes everything – – you get to tour the backstage of the theater, see the entrance where music stars of yesterday and tomorrow enter the famous building, Minnie Pearl’s fountain and Dolly Parton‘s Opry mailbox, – – and the fabulous stage itself. We were even able to stand on the famous performing circle one at a time and have photos taken. It is quite a breathtaking experience to stand on that stage and look out at the sea of red velvet seats . A wonderful introductory film begins the experience, and the tour guide kept us entertained and informed with tidbits of information and stories. A lot of love and heart went into the creation of this grand old Opry venue, and you can feel the history and heartbeat of country music. Truly, one of the best tours of its kind. The gift shop is full of some cool things, not just touristy gimmicks. A heartfelt and moving experience for country music lovers. Recommend 100%.

The home of country music is so worth a visit if you are in Nashville you must go. Warm and friendly the backstage tour is so interesting

Our first visit to Nashville and we chose to go to the Grand Old Opry. We loved the Christmas Show and the Opry setting so much we chose to come back for a behind the scenes tour. This place felt sacred… almost 100 years of music and creating family. Loved the history and watching Scottie McCreery perform.

Took friends who were visiting from MO. David, our tour guide, gave one of the best tours I’ve been on at the opry. The was informative & entertaining

In our opinion, definitely not worth it. We recently got premium lounge tickets in order for our kids to be able to meet at least one of the five artists that was performing (they love all the artists, and this was their Christmas present). Unfortunately, none of the artist came out. The concert was great, but the lounge was disappointing as we were expecting to get an artist visit. Knowing what I know now, I would put that money toward front row tickets.

Sat Nov 23 Lorrie was our tour guide ,she did amazing lol my sister from florida sang a note on the circle ,and i knew who jimmy Capps was ,she was amazed i knew ,I was about ready to ask for her number,she is cute and a very good guide ,lol
