Was told similar to previous reviewers, 1 hour before my scheduled flight, "I’m sorry, the helicopter is down for maintenance and won’t be back up til next month, I’ll give you a refund.” It's been 12 days and no refund yet. Very disappointed.

What an amazing tour and pilot! I am an extremely nervous flier but the pilot was fantastic and made us feel incredible relaxed. Unfortunately we didn’t have any cash and the pilots vemno page didn’t save on my phone. We would really like to tip our pilot if you could please let us know his details privately that would be much appreciated. We were the British couple flying on the downtown tour at 5.30 on the 4th June

It could not have been better. From the parking, to the service at the airport, to the actual flying tour itself. Noah worked with us through a reschedule with no problems and was very helpful. Cam did a great job of flying, pointing out places and making us all feel comfortable. It was wonderful being out on the flight line again. Awesome memories! I will highly recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the good work guys and thanks bunches.

What a fun day! We loved the helicopter tour of the city. Noah is very knowledgeable of the area. He made us feel comfortable and safe - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do in the chattanooga area!

My sis and I surprised our dad with the downtown tour for his 67th birthday! He LOVED it and so did we!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the ride itself was super smooth. Definitely recommend booking at sunset time for the best views!! Only complaint would be there were no markings indicating which building to go in for Chattanooga Helicopter Tours. Had to call and make sure we were in the right place.. but other than that 10/10 recommend!!!

It was an awesome ride in the helicopter! Me and my girlfriend enjoyed every second of it. Shoutout to Noah! What an amazing pilot! Totally recommend this for anyone wanting to do something fun or to surprise their girlfriend or boyfriend!

The entire experience from arrival to departure was amazing and flawless. Noah is an excellent pilot and made the whole flight awesome! A definite 10/10

Everything started out on the wrong foot. But it had a good ending that made it worthwhile. We arrived to the airport for our reserved flight on Friday. Unfortunately there was a glitch in the reservation system and the pilot was not notified. We waited over a hour after a very long drive, trying to get stuff sorted out to no avail. No helicopter ride and a lot of time wasted. Eventually I was able to get through to someone at the office. They were very apologetic and promised to make things right…which they did the next day. Saturday went much smoother…the pilot (Cayman) called us in advance and confirmed everything. We arrived on time and all was ready. It was worth it. Cayman was a great pilot and a fantastic aerial tour guide. My wife sat up front where visibility was great. He gave us some extra air time to make up for the previous day’s disaster. We were able to see the city, river and mountains as the sun was setting. Well worth it. Thanks Cayman!
