We had a great time on the tour! We loved learning about the history of Chattanooga. Our tour guide,Jason, was AMAZING!!!

We really enjoyed this historical, spooky tour of downtown Chattanooga. It’s a great tour for families and kids were there who didn’t seem scared. Many opportunities to take photos and experience the supernatural. Maria our tour guide was great!

This tour and guide was a thousand times better than the one we did earlier in the week. Our guide, Jason, wasn't reciting a script like the other tour, he was telling stories and sharing his/others' experiences. He was great, responsive, and authentic, which is what we wanted. The creepiest part was the abandoned Sanitorium building and the stories he shared of employees in the building next door, and a woman on his tour who worked there. When we got back to the hotel to look at our pictures, both my Sister and I captured this on the window of the building. We didn't see the large image of the man's face IRT, but both of our phones caught it. SUPER creepy! We wanted to do the cemetary ghost hunt but that's only on the weekends, so we will be back!

I’m not exactly sure what happened - but we could not find the meeting place. The place we thought was the office was closed. My aunt and uncle who were visiting- got frustrated so we left. The next day when I called and asked where they were- they were pretty rude. I mean, it seemed like what I did was stupid - but for them to be so nasty about it. Their business practices aren’t that great.

The tour was amazing! Very informational and the tour guide kept the stories interesting and going. Recommend to do it with friends.

It was horrible and the tour guide was a horrible person we were late because we never received a email confirmation for our purchase and when we did show up she asked us to leave. Horrible experience do NOT recommend.

Jason was the most excellent tour guide the way he can walk backwards, amazes me while captivating us with his spooky spice stories. Highly recommend going on this tour you will learn a lot about Chattanooga

It was fun, I was expecting a little more history and information, but it was definitely fun. They do talk about room 311 a lot

The ghost tour was at 8:30 I believe Jason was the name of the guide. He told the history and backstories of Chattanooga and many buildings. We learned several things. It was our first ghost tour. We enjoyed it very much. He answered all questions everyone had. He seemed very knowledgeable. He incorporated everyone it seemed, young and old. Jason was a good story teller and guide.

Our guide was amazing we had such a great experience highly recommend this for everyone wether you are very heavy into the ghost and supernatural or if you like just a good tour around the city

It was just a history tour about the city.... I was expecting more stories about death and murder but really the tour guide spent the over half the tour talking about a flood, it was a waste of money in my opinion...... Not to mention it was pouring rain (flash flood) which I know they can't help it....But at the same time I was hoping for some really spooky stories.... There guide only told 3 about a hotel, the hospital and courthouse..... But here the thing the tour is almost 2 hours .... I'm just bummed because I picked this tour because they had so many good reviews.....

Enjoyed this tour with my 2 teenage kids! We loved it!! So much history and information about all the ghosts and spirits lurking around Chattanooga! My daughter had an encounter that was really interesting!! Not knowing we were walking up to the Newell medical building (never even heard of it before) and she suddenly felt a “shot” needle like sensation in her upper left arm into her shoulder joint. Once we fully approached the building our guide Jessica started explaining the history of the building and it made sense why my daughter felt that sensation in her arm! Crazy!! I have a couple of pictures from another building that I can see an image of a face with hallowed out eyes that I need to send to the owner to take a look at. In the second photo I immediately took the image of the face is not visible! My daughter captured an interesting image of a figure resembling a person as well that we will email. Our guide Jessica was very knowledgeable and informative! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

It was the best time and so informative. We had the best tour guide! It was a lot of walking but we didn't mind that part at all

The history of the locations was really interesting our tour guide was awesome he was a great storyteller and kept things light so no one felt overwhelmed by anything.

Jason was our guide, he was amazing. Great stories and interacted with everyone in the group. Took time to answer any questions. Great tour for kids and adults, we had a blast.
