Brandon was a wonderful guide! He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of the city. He answered our questions and pointed out a lot of unique things we wouldn’t have known to look for! We were lucky enough to be the only people on the tour at the time and he was nice enough to offer up a special pirate and ghost story for my daughter. We covered a lot of the city on this tour and left feeling like we learned a lot and saw plenty! Highly recommend this walking tour! Thanks Brandon!

This tour was excellent. This was our first time visiting Charleston. The depth of history and knowledge was incredible. We learned so much and plan to return in the future. We are slightly biased because it was just my wife and me and the tour guide so he spent some extra time explaining and going into deeper detail.

Taking a tour with Brandon/Holy City Walks was easily the highlight of weekend trip to Charleston. I did both the daytime historical tour and the nighttime ghost tour, both unique and entertaining in their own right. As a tour guide, Brandon is awesome. His wealth of local knowledge is really impressive. From the moment I booked, Brandon's communication was prompt and crystal clear. Great fun and we learned alot. Ya'll should try this one over others. Learned more than expected and enjoyed hearing all the church bells on the Sunday tour.

Brandon was awesome!!! He has so much knowledge of the history of Charleston from the Revolutionary War through the Civil War. We learned so many details of this town. We toured historic Charleston with Brandon. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question thoroughly. You could tell he has a real passion for the history and lore of the area. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes for walking.
