Arrived and met our ghost tour guide after the rest of the group showed up it started we were given head sets to hear the guide who took us on our adventure through the historic streets who's lore and stories dazzled at every turn. At one point the evp device she had running said my kidnapper as she was talking about the areas dark past at the same time my personal emf meter spiked up. Got some good pics and experiences while on the tales of the low country tour. Way better than other similar tours I have taken. Not sure if it was our guide Anastasia's amazing energy, but the tours time seemed to pass in minutes not the 2 hours we was traversing the town. I would recommend this to anyone interested in the tour.

We selected this ghost tour based on terrific tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed in this 2 hour walking tour of historical ghost experiences in Beaufort. Charlotte delivered one of the best ghost tour experiences (and we've done a lot ) we've ever had with vast knowledge of the history of the area, colorful descriptions of supernatural events, and a very friendly manner. We understand she does carriage tours as well and look forward to seeking her out next time we visit Beaufort.

we recently took ghost tours in Charleston and Savannah and have taken many ghost tours in other cities from London to st. Augustine to Key West on a recent trip to Beaufort South Carolina we met an incredible young lady named Charlotte her knowledge of History intertwined with her knowledge of ghost stories made for an incredible night I would highly recommend Charlotte for ghost tour she's amazing

We were staying at Fripp Island and wanted to do some fun stuff so we booked the ghost walk for 6 of us. We had a great time! Charlotte, our guide did a great job! She went through a ton of history and tied a bunch of things together throughout the night. We enjoyed hearing the stories of ‘Pinkie’ and many of the other ‘characters’ that are part of the cities past. This was a great history lesson and Charlotte knew her stuff! Highly recommend!!

Our guides were very friendly and informative!! They went above and beyond and told us lots of history about the town! Would recommend to anyone! We drove an hour from another town and would gladly do it again to see and hear the other tours! Go! You won't regret it!

We had a very informative and friendly tour guide, Charlotte. I would highly recommend her for an information packed tour. We covered alot of history and also a spooky graveyard walk that both thrilled and scared all participants. And there was an appropriate full moon that night!

We took this fun ghost tour this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it! Charlotte, our tour guide, is so knowledgeable about the history and spirits of Beaufort. She had stories about so many of the old mansions, the cemeteries, graveyards and parts around Beaufort and she even took us out to a spooky site on St. Helena island. We did the van tour but Charlotte stopped at a couple of places to let us walk around if we wanted to. I highly recommend this tour as a fun way to hear Beaufort history with a spooky theme!

My family was touring Beaufort on 8/19/17 and due to the extreme heat, the normal horse and buggy tours were limited or not running so we opted for an air conditioned van tour. Our tour guide was a local young lady named Charlotte. She did a great job of explaining the history of the area while intertwining the "local" stories of someone who has spent their entire life in the area. My family and I really enjoy history and take many historical tours and trips while on vacation. We are pretty picky when it comes to tour guides, and I can honestly say that everyone really enjoyed the tour given by Charlotte and her presentation of the history. We would certainly recommend Tales of the Lowcountry and Charlotte for a very reasonably priced, enjoyable tour.

We were the only ones who were on the tour, and our guide was great about finding out what we were interested in. She was basically a walking encyclopedia about the town and its history. We were able to see a lot of great spots in just two hours, and when my mom's legs started to ache, our guide made sure to find spots for her to sit down. Go on this tour, you won't be disappointed.
