There are only 3 short zip lines beneath the canopy so no breathtaking views here. The guides spend more time explaining the ecology which covers the fact you could do these zip lines in under 15 minutes. Suitable for grandma

We had to cancel twice because of bad weather - once, too foggy and another too windy. We had driven 2 hours to get there and told at the last minute that the tours were not available. Surely , they have access to weather forecasts the day before and notify us in advance that the weather was unsuitable. Totally unsatisfactory!

We visited Illawarra Fly and Treetops Adventures on the June long weekend which was the first weekend that intrastate travel restrictions had eased for Covid-19. The attraction had only re-opened that weekend after being closed from March. The staff were so helpful and friendly and even sorted out additional zip line tickets for us. The zip line was exhilarating and the treetop walk (from which we could view the zip line) was peaceful and serene with spectacular views over the valley. Everything was really easy and our family had a fun time. 2 of the 3 of my daughters rode the zip line and they are 11 and 10. Special mention to Andrew for exceptional customer service and to Josie and Kirana for being great zip line guides.

We gave zipline IOU's to the extended family for Christmas and travelled in a group of 16 to Illawarra Fly yesterday. From ages 5 to 75 - we had a BALL!!!! The staff were patient, helpful, friendly and loads of fun. The tree top walk and zipline adventure were equally worth the trip. Totally recommend. Thanks Illawarra Fly!

Four of us did the Zip Line and Treetop Walk, and enjoyed our afternoon. There were 5 segments to the "Fly" - three segments were zipping and two were walking across a swinging cable ladder. Both were fun. I found the ladder walk more interesting and challenging, but I think the ladies enjoyed the Zip segment more. After the "active" part of the afternoon we spent some time just enjoying the views from the different locations on the elevated walk. The spiral staircase to the top of the tower was fun, and the views from up there were very nice. And the people doing the Zipline and Andrew at the Admission Building were very friendly.
