    Great Stadium
A great stadium which can create a wonderful atmosphere The outside of stadium has loads of facilities for a few hours before your event and is an experience itself Within the the stadium you have lots of drinks and eating places and yes they are on the expensive side but that's in ever stadium now so that's just what you expect The seating is comfortable and for a stadium you have decent legroom and the seating views are great The sound and PA system within the stadium is very good and clear so overall a great experience

    Rugby final visit
First visit in a few years as I came for the rugby cup final. It is a good stadium and viewing was good with no view obscured. Prices in concourse are typically high compared to the high street and how do you run out of coffee when i went at half time. I like Wembley but much prefer the new Tottenham stadium

    FA Cup Final 2024
Wembley Stadium is unique in final day. Mancheater City v. Manchester United and what an atmosphere. Well managed by the staff and police. Clean and easy to navigate. Well worth a visit.

    Not a true football stadium
Went to play-off final , first football match I've been to at Wembley but have been a number of times for the rugby and in my view its not a good football experience, views are good but lacking atmosphere of a proper football stadium ,concourses are over priced and the queues are terrible , stood for half an hour to get a drink only to find they had run out of the drink I wanted and lagers been poured from a can on request. Have been to Millennium stadium in Wales and Wembley is not a patch on that ground for atmosphere and services at a fraction of the cost to build , plus move club Wembley so we don't have to see all the empty seats when the ground is full, get your act together Wembley, you take enough money from the paying public so put something back

    Awful experience
Attended play off final, got to ground just after turnstiles opening and joined long slow moving queue Got in stadium after 30min wait then made our way to top tier to find a narrow concourse with huge queues for bar acne toilets After another 30 min queue, when announcements kept telling us to take our seats, we found lager was £7 for a can which was then poured into glass, why nothing on draft ? Hot dogs were £8.50 and poor quality Lack of toilets and long queues for them before and at half time Venue was decent but acoustics are poor so even with sold out ground it’s weird atmosphere Facilities are other grounds much better , cant believe how bad this is for a national stadium !!!

    Sensory room
Did you know Wembley has two sensory rooms available for guests with additional needs?! We didn’t until we were offered the chance to book for a football match being hosted at the stadium! Fantastic experience with lovely staff and great views over the pitch. Highly recommended to anyone else who is autistic or needs a quieter space to enjoy the game from.

    Bobby Moore hospitality suite
We were lucky enough to have an afternoon in the Bobby Moore hospitality suite. I can't praise the staff enough. From the ones on the entrance to the suite, the restaurant and catering staff . A special mention to Jamal our waiter,I hope I've spelt his name correct. They were all brilliant. We were a table of 7 adults and 3 children. A very nice member of staff asked the children if they'd like a look around before the match which they enjoyed. The seats we had were in a great position and comfy. The food was excellent and we didn't have to ask for more drinks they were either brought to the table or they'd come and ask if we needed anything else. They were really on the ball. It made a lovely change from watching from the stands

    Get new stewards
I have been to this stadium two weeks on the run. First for the Women's FA Cup Final and then for the Men's League play offs. I was appalled by the behaviour of the staff at the mens game. After 15/20 minutes of trying to get a supporters attention as they were stood ups in the isle block the view we eventually got up to get his attention to which he got argumentative quick. He caused my disabled father to fall over and then the steward eventually came over. I find it funny that at a mens game they do not challenge this but they took great liberty at the women's game to consistently tell young girls off for doing the same thing. Maybe they feel more powerful telling young girls off but are scared to challenge a man.

    Hospitality package
Had the diamond package watching Bolton in the playoffs. The team played poorly but the hospitality package was quality and made it a very enjoyable experience.

    Top marks
Came down for the women's FA Cup Final. I use a mobility scooter and was expecting a few problems but was really impressed with the set up, the staff and the stadium. Found access really easy, lift's easily accessed, drop kerbs everywhere and ramp access where needed. The staff were all exceptional, couldn't do enough for us and made sure our trip went smoothly. The arena itself is quite a sight and well worth a visit

    Great stadium - idiotic rules
Amazing stadium and amazing game of football. Sadly let down by stupidity of Wembley Stadium list of farcical rules. Let me run through some of them. No bags bigger than A4. No water bottles unless they are empty with no lids - and then there was only 2 water points available for 76,000 people. Popcorn was £9 a tub for 30p worth of popcorn cornels - all lovingly ‘cooked’ by tipping plastic bags of pre-prepared popcorn on into a vending unit only to be scooped out 1 minute later. Security checks were a farce. Great stadium - let down by idiot jobsworths who have designed unnecessary or inconvenient rules to annoy decent folk.

    Well Organised
A very well organised venue with helpful and friendly marshals. Ticket instructions are always clear and queues to get inside the venue are minimal as a result. Once inside however, the queues for the water refill stations are ridiculous. More water refill points are needed around the stadium as well as more gluten free options. All I wanted to order was some fries but because this wasn’t listed as an option on the menu I had to pay for the chicken tenders and fries. £9.50 later for a small bowl of fries left me feeling pretty miffed.

    Would recommend this tour
This was a birthday gift and I am really pleased to say it was a successful one. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Its informative and entertaining with lots of special moments if you are a football fan especially. Not too long either but quite a lot of stairs so beware if you struggle. Our guide Travis was excellent....informative but very friendly .....liked him a lot. Great 90 mins!

    Amazing Wembley
5/5 because there was a nice tour guide who was smart and kind and also kits were set up in the changing rooms. Enjoyed in particular the changing rooms, tunnel and climbing the stairs to the royal box

Decided to take my son for a trip to Wembley and booked a tour. At nearly 2 hours long this was great value for money (not something you can say that often in London!). The tour guide (Mark) was knowledgable and interesting however I did get the impression he was going thru the motions, there was no real interaction between the tour group and him. Having said that the tour went to all areas you would want to go to and was a great way to spend a few hours, just prepare to re-mortgage your house If you want to buy any kit from the shop!

One of, if not the best, tour I’ve been to. Took the VIP tour, which granted me access to off-limits areas of the stadium, in a private tour (just the guide and I). Paul Coleman, my guide, was absolutely incredible, certainly knew his stuff, and was very helpful and friendly to me (he even made some great puns and laughed at mine). Would absolutely recommend the tour to anybody, not only football fans, as you’ll find a lot about music there as well — It’s an unbelievable (and unmissable) experience, which I will remember forever.

What a lovely day out. Wembley is quite a treasure not only its gorgeous design but very rich in history with stories of events that are sooooo much more than just football. Ben Jacobs was our tour guide and was an Absolute Treat :-) his regaling of tales of the history of the stadium, sharp puns and jokes and tourist engagement was SPOT ON and added to the magic of the day. Even the receptionist (didn't get his name, curly haired gentlemen) was fab, funny and friendly. Thanks All. highly recommend.

Such a fun family experience. My son loves stadiums - the facts about them, the engineering & design, and the events that they host; this stadium tour didn’t disappoint.

The staff at Wembley stadium are fantastic, everyone who walked through the doors were treated so well. You start off with a queue that goes so fast and the staff keep everyone moving. Then you move through to tour part A, which is a museum gallery of pictures of the old stadium and the building of the new one.

Next, up the stairs to a second gallery in the club seat area. The pictures were organized by sport/events. Football, Rugby, Racing, NFL Football, music concerts, and more. It’s quite neat to see some of the significant moments that have taken place. The staff are so positive and knowledgeable adding to the experience.

Then, to the club section seats to get the first glance of inside the stadium: seats, groomed green grass, technology to keep care of the grass, and all of of the wow factor of sitting in the stadium.

Next, a walk through halls, stairs (they had elevator options for those who needed it) and then a tour through the press gallery, change rooms and onto the pitch (a small area gated as you aren’t allowed out to the main field with all its equipment taking care of the grass).

Our tour guide was lovely, the staff all so friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour well managed. My family really enjoyed this experience and found it worth it to do!

Arrived at 11:15 for our 11:30 tour, only to be refused entry and told to come back, what a welcome! We were also informed that toilets were out of order due to a lack of water. No cafe/restaurant on site which is very poor for a modern stadium.

Returned at 11:30 where we directed into a lack lustre exhibition on the 1966 World Cup. The “museum”continues upstairs which is obviously a bar area on match days. The tour itself did not begin until 12 despite us having booked for one at 11:30.

As for the tour itself, there are great photos and memorabilia dotted throughout however these should be in the museum where visitors can look at them in their own time as opposed being rushed by them on the tour. Our guide, Chris had good content with interesting facts about the stadium. However perhaps he was having an off day as enthusiasm/passion seemed to be lacking in comparison to other tour guides we have had on this trip.

The visit lasts for 2 hours, however would be better being 90 minutes (the duration of the tour).

Staff were excellent, food was barely warm and vastly overpriced, M&S store only opened at 12 and closed before 6 even though there was still a game going on. Couldn't find a drink of tea after 3pm,I mean how difficult is it to go and get some tea bags. Drinks were also extortionate especially soft drinks and water, but seeing as you can't take your own in there is not a lot you can do about it.

Visited Wembley today for a tour, this was a great experience and very much worth the ticket price. A very informative and interesting tour, giving access to most areas of the ground including the royal box. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

In addition our tour guide Nelson was fantastic, engaging and knowledgable he should be recognised by the leadership team at Wembley for delivering great service for customers. Loved his commentary has we moved through the tour!

Our tour of Wembley Stadium was all we had hoped for. Our guide Neve was excellent. Very knowledgeable and made every effort to ensure our children had fun. Neve ensured that we were able to get all the photos we could and was always on hand for the family shots. She was able to answer all questions posed and offered great information. The tour was not at all rushed and we were able to look at all the exhibits at our own pace.
Fantastic day out, worth the money. We also bought the gold photo card which provided great memories.

The tour was taken with two children aged 13 & 8, parents and a few older folk! We aren’t really football fans but this is an iconic place with a lot of history. I wasn’t overly excited about the tour (booked it as a birthday present for someone who likes football) . I have to say I was very impressed with the whole tour! The stadium is amazing. The planning, building, architecture, layout and seeing behind the scenes was amazing! Throughly enjoyed the tour. We had a tour guide called Cockney Mick and he was absolutely brilliant- knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I highly recommend doing the tour and makes a great day out, present etc.

What a fab tour. We really did feel like VIPs. Rob, our tour guide was brilliant. I went with my 10yr old son who gave the tour as a gift from his grandparents. I had done the standard tour with my eldest back in august 2019, but this one was soo much better and more informative. It felt like we had the place to ourselves and Rob was very professional but also came across as relaxed in our company. My son hasn’t stopped talking about it since, and I would highly recommend the VIP tour to anyone who hasn’t been before. Definitely a 10/10 day.
