Cher, our tour guide, narrated the trip with interesting tid bits on this excursion with friends. We visited three wineries, two with gorgeous views of the rolling hills and with knowledgeable sommeliers. For pinot lovers this is heaven. Lunch at the third spot was yummy. We had city views on the trip to and from Willamette Valley.

Me and my girl friends had a lovely ladies trip out to Oregon. The Terran wine tour was definitely the highlight of the trip! We sampled some amazing wineries and had a nice lunch with a view. Marcus was very knowledgeable about the area, the local industries, the vineyards, and the winemakers. (Get your Oregon trivia knowledge ready.)
The box lunch was perfect. It was well portioned, including chips and water (we also got cookies), and very tasty!
It was an eventful day with lifelong memories that we will cherish! I would recommend to go with Terran for this activity and any others they offer. When I come back to Oregon, I will seek out their services again!

Chris was filling in for Marcus on our tour, and we had an amazing time! My parents were visiting Oregon from the East Coast for the first time, and I wanted them to see a different side of Oregon. Chris dazzled us with his impressive knowledge of the region, as well as the science and artistry involved in winemaking in the Willamette Valley. The drive was beautiful and we saw three wineries, each off the beaten track and each with their own unique personalities. The landscapes were breathtaking, and we became experts in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Lunch was from Elephants Delicatessen in Portland and really hit the spot - my boyfriend and I will definitely go there for ourselves sometime. It was a great way to relax, learn more about Willamette Valley, and spend time with family, all under the guidance of a friendly and approachable expert. A perfect way to convince my parents to move out West.

Marcus had a lot on his plate with our party of 7 ladies. Right of the bat he was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and just as excited as we were to go on our wine tour. The wineries he picked were phenomenal, as was his driving through the fog and windy roads to get to them. Lunch was provided, and I hope one day my gluten free and vegan option charcuterie plate will be half as good as Marcus'. Thank you for the unforgettable birthday tour Marcus!

My wife and I went on a wine tour of the Yamhill/Carter region of Willamette Valley. The tour was outstanding and the highlight of the trip. While the area is full of great wineries, having Marcus with Terran Travels guide us was a privilege. Apart from his understanding of the wine, personal relationships with many of the wineries and friendly demeanour, he is exceptionally knowledgeable about the terrain and geological history of the land. This proved remarkably interesting, as it served to help explain and identify some of the nuance differences between the vintages sampled from the properties we visited.
Should you have an interest in wine and be looking for an educated guide or just want to spend a great day touring some beautiful properties, I would urge you to book with Marcus.

We had a group of 7 diverse ladies for my birthday adventure wine tour. Could not have asked for a better tour guide!! He was patient, knowledgeable, and just overall great to have around!! Marcus did an amazing job keeping us entertained and educating us on the different vineyards around the area. Will definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to have an amazing wine experience. 1. What is the average price I can expect to add to the cost for tastings at each winery?
