As a complete novice to the world of wine, I was a little apprehensive about what to expect (this was a birthday gift from my family after I recently relocated to the area). Within 15 minutes of meeting Kevin it was clear I was going to have an enjoyable day. He is personable, without pretension, and has you at ease in his company quickly. While it was clear he was knowledgeable enough to entertain any wine enthusiast expert, Kevin graciously accommodated our entry-level bewilderment and I walked away from the day with a new appreciation for the complex, challenging, and passionate operation that goes into a wine. We went to 4 wineries in the Eola-Amity Hills with sweeping views and a gorgeous landscape that will have you fantasizing about retiring to such a serene place. Kevin provided a picnic lunch that was perfect delicious fare complimenting the surroundings. The wine owners and wine makers were clearly ardent in their love for making their wines and unparalleled in their hospitality. There is something to discover for connoisseurs and amateurs alike, and as I have family and friends visit I will certainly add it to my list of must-experience activities in Eugene.

What a special day! Kevin is the ultimate wine guide and teacher. It was a day full of excellent wine in intimate gatherings with the vintners. We thoroughly enjoyed each vineyard and Kevin provided a perfect picnic lunch to top the day. We got to take in all the beauty of the Eola-Amity Hills on this wonderful day trip and can't wait to do it again! A highlight of our recent visit to Oregon was our winery tour of Southern Willamette Valley. We're so glad we chose Oregon Vine2Wine and Kevin for this experience! From the moment Kevin picked us up at our lodging (which was an unexpected bonus!) all four of us in our party had a fantastic time. We chose the half day tour, but had ample time at each of the three wineries he handpicked for us to visit. A comfortable vehicle and Kevin's amazing and first-hand knowledge of the wineries made the short driving times fly by. He is a fun and friendly guide, who seems to pick up on just how serious or not his guests are! There's no doubt we received special treatment at the wineries, due to his relationships with them. He served us a delicious light lunch on the King Estate Winery patio before heading home. It really was an awesome day! If we ever get back to the area, it will be a must-do-again! Karen - Minnesota
