About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- rona2024nadoa0 contributionsAfternoon rideOur group offered the bike tour as an alternative for non golfers. The route was not too difficult and we saw many interesting things, with our guide telling us historical and architectural facts. The weather was great and the brewery stop at the end refreshing.Written October 6, 2024
- AudreyStachmus0 contributionsFun way to explore the cityWe booked a private bike tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m local and still learned so many interesting things about OKC. They did a great job adjusting the bikes to each person and the pace was great for even beginner bikers. Highly recommend!Written October 5, 2024
- tbarker0 contributionsMust-do if the weather's niceIt was wonderful. We hit bricktown, the ball park, the land run monument, the canal, the tunnel into bricktown, midtown, and the capitol. Ryan gave us a lot of history that I had no idea about. And a real surprise was that he designed the Colonial Downs Racetrack in Richmond, VA, which is where I now live.Written October 3, 2024
- virginiaflores0 contributionsGreat tour of downtown OKC!I recently took this bike tour with a group of friends in town for an urban planning school reunion. It was the perfect activity for a group that was interested in historical, architecture, and urban design tidbits about the city. The tour took us through some of the most iconic landmarks, including the Memorial, Myriad Botanical Gardens, and Bricktown. The owner, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions on a number of topics. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing us to soak in the sights without feeling rushed. The bikes provided were in good condition, making the ride comfortable and enjoyable. An added bonus of taking the tour on a weekend is that there is very little traffic in downtown, making it stress free even for those of us that don't spend much time on bikes. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Oklahoma City. It’s a unique and active way to experience the heart of the city.Written September 30, 2024
- kristiewoods790 contributionsRide OKC is aI rented a bike for three days and had no issues. They worked with me about a drop off time and it was ready to go with a helmet and lock. Bike was in great condition and with brake pedals, which took no time to get used to. This was such a great way to view Oklahoma City. Great customer service: I could always reach someone with any questions.Written September 8, 2024
- miekkam0 contributionsSpring in OKC on Bike!Ryan did a great job showing us around town! A beautiful day and an easy ride, it’s hard to believe we went almost 9 miles! I haven’t ridden a bike in years, and it was great! Now I’m ready to go back to some sites he showed us and tour the museums! Thank you!! That was a great way to start our weekend!Written March 22, 2024
- susanriddles0 contributionsIsla's BirthdayRyan was so great to help us make this day happen for our granddaughter. This was prior to spring break which is technically when they open and start their season. We so appreciated his flexibility. Really kind and and effective communication. Also, OKC trails are amazing. If you are just starting out or beginning to explore all of the trail options it will be so worth it!Written March 4, 2024

- SKEIN10 contributionsBIKES & BREWS TOURThis was a great tour, we went to 5 breweries, were schooled a bit on how they came to open, then we had a little taste & rode off onto the next one, was defiantly worth it.Written November 20, 2023

- michaelV556ZP0 contributionsMuch to learn - as a longtime Oklahoma City residentWe took a fun bicycle tour around some of Oklahoma City's historic neighborhoods and the tour narrative was inspired by content of Sam Haberman's great book about Oklahoma City, "Boomtown". As indicated in the title of this review, I learned many interesting things about my own city from tour guide Ryan Fogle, but also from guest speakers who met us at several of the sites. What a treat! Highly recommend for cyclists of any ability who would like to see cultural sites in Oklahoma City.Written November 6, 2023
- Craig W0 contributionsGreat tour of downtown and midtown OKC!Ride OKC is a great way to tour downtown and midtown Oklahoma City! The bike ride is easy with frequent stops for interesting history facts and architecturally significant sites. There were only 4 people on our tour, so it was also very personal and interactive. Our tour guide, Ryan, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would have liked for the tour to have included Scissortail Park, but we walked over to it after the tour because it’s near the Ride OKC bike trailer.. Also, the trailer for the start/end point is slightly hard to find. It’s in a parking lot at the rear of a building and you have to access it from an alley. We didn’t see any signage and luckily we stumbled on it. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely do it again next time I have visitors in town.Written November 4, 2023

My husband and I did the bike and brews tour with Ryan and loved it! Not only is he knowledgeable about the beers and the breweries but we also learned lots about the city and its architecture. We had others join us on the tour that needed special attention and Ryan was admirably flexible and creative about how to meet their needs. The tour was a great way to see the city and sample some good beers along the way! We highly recommend!

We took our 2 adult kids with us on this tour and had a great time. Aaron our guide did a good job, and was flexible in that he allowed us to take our time at the breweries and we ended up going quite a bit longer than scheduled. He was fine with it and we all appreciated it! OKC has some hidden gems you'd never know about on your own!

We were in OKC for a girlfriends' weekend. We booked the Bike & Brews Tour and had such a wonderful time. This was a great way to see & learn about the city, and try out a handful of breweries. I cannot say enough good things.

What a GREAT experience!! Not only did we have a fantastic bike ride around OKC with great architectural information from Ryan our guide, we got to experience some wonderful breweries. We had been in town for a few days, so we were familiar with a few of the places we stopped. He did hit 2 that were not on our radar and were absolutely amazing. Ryan had a story about each stop and the one most of us knew nothing about was one in a film district of OKC where film companies were once housed in the buildings. Very educational for tourists AND the locals that were on the trip. It was the perfect way to wrap up our stay in OKC. Ryan is a great tour guide!

We booked Bike & Brews for us to do with our adult children and had a great time. The tour guide was fun and informative. The ride was really easy and the brews were tasty and interesting (depending on your choice). I would highly recommend this event and plan to book some of their other tours in the future.

It was fun I would not have thought to go to most of the Breweries for lite refreshing little splashes of beer that make you want more.

The Bikes and Brews tour is a fun way to explore the town. It was a great way to combine our interests in cycling and going to bars. The ride was very easy if you're worried about routes, even with an unexpected detour due to the train! Aaron was our guide and very friendly/ made things personable, and helped us to get memorable photos from each location we visited. We were glad to experience different beers from well-known to locally crafted- a teaser was always included with the option to purchase more.
We highly recommend booking Ride OKC for group events or just to get out for the day. We definitely will book again someday soon!

Like riding bikes?
Like drinking local craft beer?
Like riding bikes & drinking local craft beer?
Then this is the ride for you!
I'll start by saying my wife & I were originally going to take this tour on a Saturday in April when weather can be iffy. It was cold, windy & drizzling rain, & neither of us were in the mood to ride bikes around a city we weren't familiar with. My wife called to cancel, saying we knew that they'd keep our money, which was understandable. He asked if we could possibly ride the next day if we could, which we were able to, & he called his other riders and moved us all (4 total) to Sunday. It ended up being a beautiful warm sunny spring day & we were all very happy he accommodated us.
This tour is fun, we learned a lot, & the breweries were awesome. The bikes are comfortable, easy to ride brake pedal bikes with three gears. The city is mostly flat, the is not difficult, & if there was one negative to say, the rides themselves were fairly short.
An amazing guide, a wonderful day & a great tour! Not to mention the beer was delightful.
Go on this ride whether you're a local or tourist like us.
