I would recommend this water park to anyone for the range of slides and great food and very fair prices, however i would warn to make sure you personal health insurance is up to date, as i lost track of the amount of time we had commented that we was concerned for our safety on certain slides. Our final straw for getting off the rides and sticking to the pool was when we went on "The crazy river". We began by going down one part of the slide and proceeding to get stuck and having the life guard at the top of the slides screaming down at us to push ourselves down the next part of the slide, in doing so we would have meowed down on of her colleges and a small child that had fallen out of his wring and was being rescued. Would comfortably say i am glad we dismissed her ignorance for others safety and continues to sit stuck on the poorly designed slide. Would say the name of the slide is very fitting as you'd have to be "crazy" to go down it. So after a day of watching and waiting for an accident to happen, we was very ready to leave and not return.

It is a nice Waterpark. there are slides for beginners, advanced and experts. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

water was very cold, and the difference between the super hot weather, and the cold water, that was not heated was not pleasant. i appreciate that it was clean, and full of personel doing their job very good, while having a nice attitude with clients. prices at food a little bit high for the average quality of it. over all, i think it's a great experience for families with kids!

We bought our tickets online and had to cancel because our children got sick the day before. Since it was an online purchase, they were obligated to accept the cancellation and refund the ticket. Bit they did not even bother to reply to my email. I contacted them several times, but they just didn’t care about a tourist. Terrible customer service. It’s amazing that ”consumer-oriented“ theme parks still act like that. I would want to know how ”helpful“ they are if you need their assistance in the park.

We visited Watercity in August. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 2 to 69! Had a great time with slides suitable for everyone. There was also a good selection of reasonably priced food. The 14 year old in the group was initially not that keen on visiting a waterpark but at the end of the day declared it was the most fun of the whole holiday. A great way to spend a day.

We like but after 1pm to much People si we leave attrape 3 pm ,around 1 hours for all attraction. I recommand to try

Even for a single person they have all attractions available with good prices. You might have a problem with orientation in some areas.

It was our first time in a water park. The slides were varied and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Luckily for us, we were visiting in the off-season, so we didn't have to wait in long queues. That was really great. All in all, a great experience including an adrenaline rush.

Place well maintained and organized. Personnel extremely helpful and friendly. Although August is the most crowded month, queues were at an acceptable level. Rides variety very good.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Waterpark. A great mix of scary, thrilling, fun & exciting slides. Going out of season was perfect. We had beautiful weather & hardly no queues! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our day here in August, great food and drink options, fairly reasonably priced and wrist bands were a great system. Hope we can visit again!

We visited with our 14 year old son and almost 3 year old daughter in May, outside of UK school holidays so it was super quiet-no queues. Very easy to get to. We hired a car. The slides were lots of fun. It’s laid back - I’m not a fan of having someone take my photo every 5 minutes but some people may enjoy these mementoes to purchase on departure. I do feel water slides are generally not the safest but I think that’s not unique to here. Let’s face it, nothings holding you on the slide so you can get a few knocks. Overall I felt it was excellent fun for kids and adults alike - even the food wasn’t horrendously expensive - we had a great day and would return if we were ever in Crete again.

I love waterparks and this place did not disappoint. I visited in late September and barely had to queue for any of the slides which was great. The park is huge with a great selection of slides, however the lazy river was a little too lazy for my taste (very slow and boring). The wave machine wasn't working during our visit and we weren't informed of this when we arrived. Please note that this waterpark may not have the level of design and health & safety considerations that some of more northern European waterparks. I left a bit battered and bruised by some of the slides. If you're a touch fragile, this place may not be for you. The lifeguard crew were excellent however so when we did take the odd knock, they were very quick to check up on us. However, don't let that put you off. We had a great time.

Trip was arranged through TUI with tickets and transfers which was all fine slightly late on the pick up WaterPark itself was pretty quiet so no queues which made it better, the park was clean and tidy especially the toilets However the food was awful and overpriced - cheeseburger came out half frozen had to send back and if the resident cat doesn’t eat the food we gave him then that says it all

Brilliant waterpark, we read some previous reviews prior to going about the transfer to the waterpark being late and stuffy, etc. I can confirm that was not the case at all with our transfer we had a collection time of 9.40am, the bus was there at 9.38am and we were all on the bus and headed off around 9.45am, the bus had decent air conditioning and was very efficient. We then arrived at the waterpark which was so quick and easy to get through, you use bands instead of having to carry your card/cash with you with a maximum spend limit of €100 per person, this was brilliant as well as having an update with each purchase of how much you’d spent in total. The food was really well priced too around €10-15 a head, the only thing that I would say is overpriced is the ice creams but still they’re not as bad as they could be for a waterpark. The bus transfer on the way back was quick and easy too, just remember to arrive 10 minutes before the time on the ticket they give you as they do set off 2-3 minutes after the time, (we were picked up at 5pm, but got there 4.50pm to start boarding), the bus driver was very friendly too. Would highly recommend going, it was an incredible experience and they have a range of rides and activities for everyone!
