Abandoned place, bad service, lousy drinks and food, miserable, expensive, super slow, the pretty beach is very far away, the beach is dirty, the service is very bad, it's not worth it

When we arrived at the place, they were very helpful. We had a late arrival and he called me to make sure that we were still coming which was very nice. The only thing that would make it better is if they had better signage about the bike rental.

I booked this experience since I wanted to get away from the crowds of our cruise. While on the beach, I saw no people to either side on the beach for miles. We could relax and get a nice break for a few hours. Place is minimalist, and I felt safe all the time, including private transportation from the pickup place (a couple of blocks from the port). Ambar was our host and provided some drinks and a nice lunch including fresh fish. There were some kayaks available but we declined to use them. We simply enjoyed the peace of the waves and breeze.

Raul took good care of us! Bikes were a fun way to explore the community. Would highly recommend this opportunity to anyone who wants to get out there and pedal a bit. The electronic motor made it even easier. There is a wide pedestrian road that was very bike friendly. We also found other roadways to be very safe and navigable.

Our cruise stop was cancelled because of weather. Our money was promptly refunded. Great company! Will definitely use next time!

This company provided exactly what they promised. The pickup was very easy. Our bikes were ready to go and the instructions on where go was simple and easy as well. The bikes had a few miles on them but performed perfectly. We’d certainly do this again if e find ourselves in Costa Maya.

Cab driver could not find the place. No English speaking attendants on phone line. Going to try and get my $50. refund from trip advisor. Roads would have been pretty rough for an e-bike anyhow traveling through some pretty sketchy neighborhoods. Trip advisor customer service is terrible.

The building was easy enough to find, however when we arrived the owner was not there, he had an emergency, and there was someone else filling in. That was understandable as life happens and if that was the only snag it would have been fine. The electric bikes we rented and paid for ahead of time were questionable at best. My husband's bike didn't have a full charge (although they did end up lasting for our short outing) but the brakes barely worked on mine and the front light was dangling by a thread. Bikes are a great way to explore Costa Maya and we had a great time exploring but I would caution using this rental again.

The best way to get to the beach! Must do! Bikes were amazing. We were warmly greeted and they made sure we had everything we needed.

I booked and paid for the bike rentals in April 2022. 4 of us were heading to the area on a cruise...10 days before our rental date we got notification the rental was cancelled! Total crap! No reason given...thanks for nothing!

We pre-purchased our experience and when we showed up to pick up our bikes they informed us that due to previous rains the roads were too bad to drive on so they couldn't lend us the bikes. First off, it would have been nice for them to email or call to let me know the experience would be canceled. Secondly the gentleman shared they would offer a refund because we couldn't take the bikes and a month later we still haven't received a refund. I reached out two weeks after and was told they would give the refund, but still no refund. Just be warned that if it rains they will unlikely let you still borrow the bike, and good luck with that refund.

Close to the port and easily accessible. Both bikes we rented were fully charged and provided us with plenty of power to tool around the island and see everything we wanted to see. Very reasonable price and a fun way to explore Costa Maya.

Amazing day on the e-bikes. Adrian was waiting for us at the designated meeting as spot which was just 2 blocks outside the port (5 minute walk). He gave us a bottle of cold water and explained the area and how to get to the waterfront. It was a 10 minute bike ride away. We rode around for a couple of hours and when we returned, Adrian was there to receive the bikes. We had a fun day. We loved renting the e- bike and the service we received from Adrian.
