We had booked the private service from the Bahia Principe Akumal to the Airport. and the day of the pick up the didn't appear. and the representative told us the only thing that we could do was to pay a taxi and then send an email and maybe we would get a refund. We tried to complain but they play with scenario and tell you that is better you take the taxi otherwise you will lose the plain and then it will be worst.
So usually you have to withdraw money which the bank usually charge you a fee, then the ATM of the Bahia Principe Akumal only gives USD dollars but the taxi charges you in Mexican Pesos, so at the end the taxi cost you 200 USD. and that is an expense you didn't think of because you booked a service to avoid all of that hassle.
I wrote the email on July 4th, and today July 30th I haven't even get a reply and no sign of a refund. so basically they have robbed me.

Do not use this company for your airport transfer. They scheduled our pre-paid hotel transfer to the airport for 6 hours before our flight (the drive took 1 hour). We called for luggage pick up at Bahia Principe Akumal and they never arrived so when we go to the lobby to meet our transfer it was 10 minutes after our scheduled departure and they were already gone. This left us stranded although it was still hours and hours before our flight and we had already paid for the transportation.
Coming2 has terrible customer service and no commitment to deliver on service paid for. Bahia Principe should not contract with them. It creates a very negative ending to an otherwise nice vacation.
When you book your hotel do not schedule your transfer on the Bahia Principe website - you will likely end up with the same negative experience that we had.

Save yourself some serious stress and disappointment. I booked transportation from/to the airport and while the service to the hotel was efficient and professional, the experience on the day of my departure was quite the opposite: my driver was supposed to pick me up at the hotel at 6:50 am, but they just never showed up. I called/text the "emergency" number they had provided and nobody answered. At 7:40 I gave up and called a different cab since my flight was leaving at 11:00. I had paid in advance and made a claim for the service I never received as soon as I got home, unfortunately 2 weeks and many emails and phone calls later IÂ haven't received a refund and no one has contacted me.

Coming 2 is the Destination Management Company for Bahia Principe Resorts. As Black Level Loyalty Program members, we get complimentary transfers with them. When we finally found the rep at the airport, he told us there was big accident and it would be an hour before we could get a car. Instead he offered a shared transfer with a stop in Playa Del Carmen. That stop added 25 minutes to the trip. Between waiting, traffic and the extra stop, it took over 3 hours to get to Akumal when it usually takes only 90 minutes.
For the return the pick up time was 4 hours and 45 minutes before our flight. The said it would be 4 hours. We had a good driver and no traffic so we got to the airport about 3 1/2 hours before our flight and had to wait.
We also booked 2 tours with them. For one they gave us the wrong pick up time and the van had left before we got there. For the second they gave us bad information about the cost and time for a taxi and admission for us to do the tour ourselves and convinced us to buy the excursion. It was a mistake. The rep obviously put his commission above our convenience. We will never book another tour with them.

The worst experience ever. Don’t book with them. They will pick you up more then 5 hours before your flight ( it is only 1.5 hours drive) They can not make any changes to your reservation. Very rude.

We regret that we could not meet your expectations. Hope you understand that our operations are scheduled to guarantee our clients to take their flights without troubles or hustle. Therefore considering that it is recommended to be 3 hours before the international flights at the terminal, we feel that our prevision is fair enough.
