My partner and I booked a reservation for an ATV ride to the waterfall in Valle de Bravo. When arriving to Rio Adventure, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We showed them our reservation voucher and learned that there was a problem with transporting the ATVs that we reserved. The staff were very polite and offered us alternative options in a timely manner. We were super happy with the outcome, the tour, and the waterfall! The ride to the waterfall was beautiful, the pathway down is lined with vendors, and the scenery is gorgeous. We would definitely do this tour again and book with this company. We are both very thankful for the staff at Rio Adventure, as they are kind and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough! It is also helpful to have a translator or translating app available during the reservation, as the staff mainly speaks Spanish (obviously!). I would also recommend wearing close-toed shoes.

The guide Leonardo was incredible! Such a professional, I highly recommend him, he has over 7 years of experience in aquatic activities so he is a great instructionist and explained everything very well while me and my partner went off on our own to explore the lake. It's a bit tricky to get there but all we asked is to be dropped off by the landing zone of the paragliding and he was just a few meters away from us. About 10 minute walk. We chose an early time but I highly suggest booking around the sunset. I couldn't recommend the guide and experience more! 10/10

Great tour with Sandia and the team rapelling the waterfall! They explained everything very well and made sure each guest had a good time.

The tour is mostly driving the ATV through the town and some parts in the mountain instead of actually balancing the time between driving and staying in the waterfalls. For us, the best part was being there in the waterfalls and chilling but unfortunately we were allowed to be there around 10 minutes only due to the duration of the tour. Luckily when going back to the town we realized that there is a road for cars so next time we go there we plan to go by our own so we won’t have to rush due to a tour timeframe. As a closing note. We would highly recommend this tour if you are really eager to drive ATV. If you are expecting to have some time to take amazing pictures or the waterfalls then maybe this is not your tour as you won’t have too much time to do so like in our case.

We had some difficulties to get our Kayak. They sent us in location two days before our trip when we planned our transportation and the one hour before the tour the location was changed. When we got there, there was none waiting for us so it was a little bit confusing if we were actually in the right place. After communicating with the agency Rio Adventures, they sent us the phone number of our tour guide. We called him and after some minutes he was there with us. Even though the activity was time started to run after they gave us the Kayak we had to rush a little bit because we had another tour already booked after the kayak so we couldn’t spend the complete hour in the lake. Another thing that surprised us a little bit was the fact that they took our backpacks without telling us so when coming back to the dock we thought that we lost our backpacks. We called for our tour guide and he didn’t pick up the call so it made us worry more. Luckily after calling the tour agency again our tour guide showed with our backpacks without missing anything. We were relieved after finishing this activity. The activity is fine, but there is not much to explore in the lake. We won’t recommend it if you already did kayaking in some other places with caves because this won’t surpass those experiences.

Best company to hang glide with for sure. Very nice coordinator, great attention to weather conditions. Fantastic explanation and guidance by my guide Haneto. The takeoff and landing were incredibly safe! Also their “360 video” option is incredible I have not seen another tourism company offer that in my extensive travel experience!

Unfortunately our guide did not speak English, as was listed on the booking, and our Spanish is pretty basic - so it was very, very quiet! We were disappointed as this is why we chose this tour in particular. It was helpful to have a ride up the hills, but we were looking forward to learning more about the sites and getting more context. The tour was just my husband and I so only took 2.5 hours. The town itself is so lovely, wear comfortable shoes for the viewpoints!

Great service from Daniel and the team at Rio Adventure. Unfortunately we had to reschedule our trip to Valle De Bravo, but the team were able to change the date for us without any additional cost which we really appreciate! Many thanks and we highly recommend these guys to people wishing to sample the adventures in Valle De Bravo!

Our guide was patient with us, knowledgeable about the place and the guy at the office was very amigable, we had a great time!
