      Awesome Day.
We had the best time. The tour was interesting from start to stop. Lunch was so fresh and tasty...especially the ANZAC bickies and the LARC Juice. One thing I will warn you about is Kev and his Dad Jokes...some funny some...well typical dad jokes. Was the best day thanks the the very informative trip. Would definitely go again.....but not for the jokes.

      LARC adventure
Really enjoyed this trip, other than having a ride on the larc, the tour guide provided interesting facts about the wildlife, the area, Captain Cook and the national Parks. Lunch was great, we even got to walk on the beach ⛱️. 👍

What a fun day. From the moment you board til the end of the day you won’t be bored for one second. Can’t recommend highly enough. Anthony (Skip) and Kev are incredibly knowledgeable and highly entertaining. Incredible views and good time. You have to do a Larc tour.

      A 1770 Must Do!
Such a fun day out! Our skipper Anthony was fantastic in navigating tricky creek crossings and Kev, our guide, had us alternately in stitches, in awe and in school. He has a wealth of varied information about the area and clearly holds this magical place in high regard. The lighthouse was magnificent and the kids all agreed the lighthouse museum was a standout moment in their day. That was before they hit the sandboards! The Larc itself is so impressive, it switched from water to land all day with ease, much to our delight. Truly, a brilliant day out, we would recommend this to anyone looking for a great day in 1770!

An absolute cracker of a day!!!!
What an absolutely awesome day we had!!! The tour guide Kev and Skipper Anthony were an laugh a minute. So knowledgeable about the area and the history behind everywhere we went and saw. They were so friendly and helpful. We had a great laugh. The food was all fresh fruit and wraps and freshly baked Anzac biscuits. DELICIOUS!!! We had a great adventure from the travel over to the Island, up to the Historic Lighthouse and Cemetery and then so much fun Sand Tobogganing and a refreshing swim. Overall an amazing day. I would highly recommend taking your family on this tour we can't wait to do it again what a great day!!! Lyndal and Jordan.

      A must do!!!!
A fun, laugh filled day with lots to see and the lighthouse and it's history was fascinating. Kevin is one of the best guides l have ever come across. He is likeable, tells terrible jokes and is full of passion and knowledge about the area and the people who lived here. Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. I can highly recommend the full day trip...it has been the highlight of my stay here.

A fantastically balanced experience with some very passionate and knowledgeable guides. Nature spotting was a delight for all; paired with a very light sprinkle of adrenaline, the LARC is a must-do adventure for anyone visiting. Smiles all around, great vibe 10/10! Cheers for the great day, Agnes Larc Team! -D & T Butcher

Great day out on the LARC
Our party of three thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Everything was well organised and the day was full of variety not to mention great photo opportunities. . The skipper did a very professional job and guide (Kev) kept us informed and entertained throughout the day. The Bustard Head Lightstation is very well maintained and the guides do a wonderful job. The tour caters for all age groups and I can highly recommend it.

John was a lovely tour guide and had heaps of amazing knowledge. Unfortunately though it was very difficult to hear him over the other passengers that decided a cruise filled with children would be a excellent time to break out a heap of XXXX cans and drink them. They became even more loud and disruptive as the tour went on even starting to swear and yell. One demanding that he desperately needed to use the bathroom that much he was distrubting the tour. (I am slightly glad to say he did not make it to the bathroom in time and left even more embarrassed) I wouldn't have hesitated to give this tour 5 stars but by allowing these ummm... people? to drink alcohol on the tour made it such a bad experience. I have taken 2 stars off even though I didn't enjoy it at all because if it wasn't for them it would have been 5 stars and to a degree there is only so much the tour guide could have done but by not allowing drinks in the first place would have helped at least.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very disappointed to hear that other guests on board ruined your experience with us. We have never had to deal with such disrespectful people before and were completely unaware of their attitudes prior to boarding. We are very grateful for you bringing this to our attention. As of today we will be banning guests from bringing cooler bags or similar on board. We have arranged for a team meeting to discuss what other procedures we can put in place to make sure others do not ruin the atmosphere of our relaxed sunset Afternoon Cruise. We are always seeking ways to improve our services and would like you to know that we appreciate you taking the time to share this with us.

I had a great time doing the LARC afternoon cruise. It was fun, and the guide was very funny and entertaining. I was keen to do the full day cruise but was fully booked so I ended up joining the 1 hour cruise- it was short and sweet!

Thank you Rowena. We are so glad that we had the opportunity and pleasure of hosting you on our Afternoon Cruise. It is a delightful afternoon adventure. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time with our LARCtastic crew. Our Paradise tour is quite popular and we highly recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment. But we think this is a great excuse for you to plan another holiday in Agnes Water and 1770. We hope to see you again.

The tour was advertised as viewing 1770 at dusk which to me meant around sunset. When i printed my ticket I discovered it was due to start at 15.00 and then I received a text telling me it was at 14.00. Hardly a sunset cruise.
It was a fun experience with a lively commentary but not a lot of wildlife to see. The hour included around 20 minutes walking on a beach shell hunting.
Staff were great but there was not really a lot for them to talk about.

He shared his vast knowledge of the wildlife and the importance of sustainability. All staff connected with this attraction were friendly and accommodating. Well done LARC!

Our tour guide, Ant, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the environment. He showed us a bull nosed ray feeding in the shallows which was a real treat. The ray was huge and looked like a shark swishing through the water.

We did an afternoon tour and it was so much fun. Macka even did a second splash down for us as the kids in the back didn't get wet. The area is not only stunningly beautiful but so interesting. I wish we had the time to do a full day tour.

The LARC tour was great, the staff were very friendly on and off the LARC. The person we went with which was Mackka made the tour more interesting for little kids and then added a little adult humor to some things he said. I throughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to those who think they would enjoy the tour too!

What a wonderful activity to do. Dillion, our driver was very knowledgeable, very engaging and very witty. We had several young lads on our trip (like under 10s), and the "big splash" was a HUGE hit with them (the adults loved it too!). Highly recommend for all ages!! Thanks Larc crew.....from the lady dressed as a Christmas cracker!
