About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- GDenti0 contributionsAn most pleasant day at Zhangjiajie. We had a wonderful time visiting Tiamen mountain and the canyon with the glass bridge. Our tour guide Jeffrey did a wonderfull job guiding us trough the crowd in an efficient manner. Showing us the nicest spots at Tiamen mountain and making sure that we could visit the longest glass bridge of the world in time. Additionally, allthough the tour was ended, Jeffrey made it possible and arranged that we could have a diner of exotic food wich was hard to find on such a short notice. That was a very nice closure of our tour in Zangjiajie. Thanks again Jeffrey for this most enjoyable day.Written May 12, 2024
- linita780 contributionsZhangjiajie Private tour!We took two tours with this company and both were excellent. Day one to Tianzi mountain Day two to Tianmen mountain. You won’t be disappointed visiting this mountains, it was the highlight of our trip, even though it rain the second day at Tianmen for a little while, we were able to see the beautiful scenery this place has to offer. Jeffery was our wonderful private tour guide. Very helpful in every way possible. We had a last minute flight cancelation and thanks to him we were able to get on another Flight quickly. (Not speaking the language would had made it a little difficult for us to do it) I recommend everyone to go with a tour I think it is easier, specially if you tour guide is Jeffery.Written September 21, 2018
- hdiguer0 contributionsZhangjiajie mountains. Hunan.Last summer, at this time of the year, we were traveling in ZJJ mountains with Jeffery, our private guide. We spent 6 days walking in those gorgeous mountains. We can't tell you how much we enjoyed walking with him. He is an excellent guide. He know everything about the mountains. The legends, the stories about the people who lived there in the past, the nature and of course: good food! And he know also some hidden ways out of the big crowd. We where in ZJJ for the beauty of the mountains not for shopping, so Jeffery never tried to take us in places we didn't want to go. Those mountains are magic! We warmly recommend you "Jeffery" to guide you in ZJJ area. You will really enjoy the mountains in his company. Hélène, Coralie and MartinWritten July 13, 2017
- SohoPec0 contributionsGreat customised tourZhangjiajie was a part of our trip where we wanted something different from the usual. Jeffery was very helpful in providing us with a lot of information by email, recommending the areas, the accommodations and the length of our stay. But the best part was on site. Our guide Franck was incredible: very nice, friendly with our teens, happy to talk about the mountains, the people living there and taking to very simple, but incredibly good restaurants. Unfortunately we were not luck with the weather when we stayed in the park to see the sunrise, but the sunset at the Old Yard Garden and the walks in the Zhangjiajie National Forest and the Wulong village were wonderful. This part of our first travel to China will remain one of the best souvenir!Written August 15, 2015

Furong Town or Hibiscus Town or Furong Ancient Town has more than 2000 years of history. The original inhabitants were the Tujia people.
Not as popular and beautiful compared to Fenghuang Ancient Town, Furong is famed for its scenic waterfall but beware of the steep climb down (not for unfit and weak knees) to the waterfall scenic spot for better photos.
Weather in early March can vary from 6-7 deg Celsius in the morning and up to 16-17 deg Celsius in the afternoon.
There's a buggy transfer to Furong Town from the bus terminal.
