We went for our honeymoon and did a private tour with Eric. We can only have good words for him. First, he let us decide where we wanted to go and what we wanted to visit, giving us a personalized itinerary that was beyond our expectations. He helped us to reach our hotels, acted as a translator, and stayed with us all the time we needed. He adapted the tour to our necessities and interests day by day, with a personalized attention that was 10/10. But that's not event the best part. Eric was very friendly and kind, explaining all the history and cultural aspect of the visits. We feel like we went there with a friend, and that feeling is the best description I can give about the experience we had. Without any doubt, if we come back to China (I hope so), we will do the tour again. Hope this helps someone.

My wife and I just finished three fabulous days with two extraordinary guides, Eric and Fang. This area is very popular and crowded. One needs expert guidance to avoid the crowds and prioritize the areas focused on to properly enjoy the park. Eric and Fang were professional, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and very personable customizing all our needs. The trip we booked was for guides and transport with a suggested three day itinerary. Tickets are procured once Eric has contacted you. You only get tickets to what you want to see. My wife and I qualified for the senior citizen rates. Eric refunded the difference (which we would have never known), VERY HONEST! Totally recommend.

The experience I have on this trip is very good & I credit this to our tour guide who brought us to the best spot & took wonderful photos . We had an amazing time! The views are spectacular. Eric is experienced & knows where all the gd spots are and how to avoid the big tour groups. We have booked a 2 days tour in Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park with Eric. I discussed the tour a few months in advance. Based on the reviews I choose Eric's company. And that was a perfect set. From the very first moment I received an answer for all my questions almost immediately. Eric has also advised about the train connections. Communication was smooth and clear. Eric is a very experienced guide. He knows exactly the beautiful spots in the park. He is also a photographer, he took us to very special places that we would otherwise never have found. Eric also took a lot of pictures of us. Great to have these picture together. And he knows how to take a good photo :) And not unimportant, everything was fully organized for us. All transfers, tickets, drivers, busses, all those things were arranged. Transport in the park is arranged with special buses. The park staff do not speak English, which makes communication very difficult. Eric speaks excellent English and has arrange everything excellently. I can absolutely recommend Eric. He is a honest man with a sense of humor. We enjoyed our trip very much. We had a great experience with Eric during our 3 days tour in Zhangjiajie, we went to the National Park the first day, Tianmen mountain the second day and Glass bridge the last day. Eric is such a smart and gentle guy and he knows tons of secret and hidden spots to take beautiful photos and to stay away from the most crowded places. We’ve also had with Eric a super tipical meal together! Highly recommended!

Our three-day journey with Luna was an absolute dream. On the first day, she guided us through the stunning Avatar Mountains, expertly avoiding the crowds and sharing fascinating stories. The second day, we walked along the serene Golden Whip Stream before heading to the glass bridge, where Luna helped my fiancé surprise me with a beautiful marriage proposal. Glass Bridge in the Grand Canyon: Walking on this transparent glass bridge that stretches over the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon was an exciting and adrenaline-filled experience. We toured the canyon by boat, enjoying the views of the rock formations and lush vegetation.
