We have booked a 2 days tour in Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park with Eric. I discussed the tour a few months in advance. Based on the reviews I choose Eric's company. And that was a perfect set. From the very first moment I received an answer for all my questions almost immediately. Eric has also advised about the train connections. Communication was smooth and clear. Eric is a very experienced guide. He knows exactly the beautiful spots in the park. He is also a photographer, he took us to very special places that we would otherwise never have found. Eric also took a lot of pictures of us. Great to have these picture together. And he knows how to take a good photo :) And not unimportant, everything was fully organized for us. All transfers, tickets, drivers, busses, all those things were arranged. Transport in the park is arranged with special buses. The park staff do not speak English, which makes communication very difficult. Eric speaks excellent English and has arrange everything excellently. I can absolutely recommend Eric. He is a honest man with a sense of humor. We enjoyed our trip very much. We had a great experience with Eric during our 3 days tour in Zhangjiajie, we went to the National Park the first day, Tianmen mountain the second day and Glass bridge the last day. Eric is such a smart and gentle guy and he knows tons of secret and hidden spots to take beautiful photos and to stay away from the most crowded places. Our three-day journey with Luna was an absolute dream. On the first day, she guided us through the stunning Avatar Mountains, expertly avoiding the crowds and sharing fascinating stories. The second day, we walked along the serene Golden Whip Stream before heading to the glass bridge, where Luna helped my fiancé surprise me with a beautiful marriage proposal. Tianzi Mountain Cable Car: A ride on this cable car allowed us to closely observe the sandstone pillars and rock formations that characterize the Zhangjiajie landscape. The views from the top of Tianzi Mountain are simply spectacular. Glass Bridge in the Grand Canyon: Walking on this transparent glass bridge that stretches over the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon was an exciting and adrenaline-filled experience. The views of the canyon from the bridge are unparalleled. Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon: This canyon, one of the deepest in the world, took our breath away with its immensity and natural beauty. We toured the canyon by boat, enjoying the views of the rock formations and lush vegetation. Enjoyed the private tour so much. Amanda, the guide is so sweet, nice, experienced, and resourceful. She knows all the best spots and some hidden spots that most people might missed. She speaks English very fluent making it easier to understand the whole thing. She explained the routes, some history and culture, top facts. She is very efficient in time management, ensure all places are covered within the time slot. She also very kind, always offer to take pictures and she did it really well too, instagram-worthy pic. Using Eric Denny was the BEST decision we made as Zhangjiajie national park is HUGE, with lots of SECRET SPOTS and the park is not English-friendly. We surely would have gotten lost and wasted so much time in the park having to navigate the long walks/bus system/minivan/buggy/elevator and cable car system. Eric, was able to streamline the process for us, pre-booking all the necessary tickets to avoid the big crowds and the local tour groups. Over 3 days we visited everything in our travel bucket list. Unfortunately weather wasn't the best when we visited Tianmen mountain, perhaps a reason to come back again next time! We highly recommend Eric Denny's services
