I loved this tour! First, the company and my tour guide were very responsive to my questions before my arrival. I felt very comfortable going into this trip.
The tour is exactly as advertised- there is a lot to do in Zhangjiajie and this tour covers the highlights and a sample of the most stunning scenery. This was a private tour and I went by myself so it was just me, Andy my amazing guide, and Terry, our kind hearted driver. I call them the dynamic duo! They picked me up at the airport at 1:00 am, and helped me check into my hotel, which is not straightforward for a foreigner during these times. They took care of me the next three days, I didn’t have to do anything. Andy is a friendly and very knowledgeable guide. He’s conducted this tour many times and knows exactly where the best vantage points are. He listens and made adjustments to the tour to better match my interests. He correctly guessed I might enjoy the zip line at the Grand Canyon and got a ticket that gave me the option. So fun!
The tour included 3 lunches. The first day I had the option of KFC or a Chinese buffet. I should have chosen KFC lol. The second day, Andy and Terry took me to a simple restaurant snd ordered me dishes based on my preferences and that was great. The third day, Andy suggested we pick up supplies for lunch at a grocery store because he felt the options on the mountain were not great. He was absolutely correct!
On the final night, Andy and terry were kind enough to join me for dinner and took me to a fantastic local restaurant I would have never known about on my own. I really enjoyed the time I spent with these two young men.
Terry took me to the airport at 5:00am the next day to end my visit. I highly recommend this company and this tour. And if you’re lucky, you can have Andy and Terry be your guides!

Andy is a very good guide, highly recommended. Andy made sure we maximized our time and we visited the best sites, we really enjoyed ourselves.
You will need 3 full days (one day in the glass bridge / 1 day in Avatar mountain and 1 day in Tianmen Mountain) in Zhangjiajie with nightly performances / shows and 1 day in Phoenix City total 4 days.
Look for Andy he will look after you. 👍

What a wonderful trip that was despite the very hectic Covid restrictions. Andy made sure everything was taken care of, you’re the best Andy! We definitely enjoyed our trip having you as our tour guide, you did your best to meet all of our preferences such as hiking, swimming, and others. You’re the best, really. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see the beauty of ZJJ.

What an incredible experience. The tour was effortless because we had a brilliant tour guide, Amanda. We skipped the ques, all out tickets were purchased for us and our guide immediately picked up on our vibe and our interests. I will definitely return to do the trip again (each time is something different) and we will definitely request Amanda again. 100/10 for sure!

Our trip to Zhangjiajie was both intellectually and culturally enriching. The city is heavenly. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Andy as the trip organizer and Linda as the tour guide. They knew how to make us live the dream and the magic of nature by taking us to the best sites. They explained with passion the history of each place using clear English. It is worth noting their hospitality and help during the whole trip.

Andy is a great guide and his english is very good. He really takes care of his guests and he's also very interested in learning from guest's culture. The trip was very smooth and his recommendations for hotels and restaurants were also very valuable. I would recommend him to all my friends!

We recently visited Zhangjiajie National Forest and Fenghuang Ancient Town, we had a great time. Private tour is the way to go, I definitely recommend Tour-Zhangjiajie to my friends/family and anyone who plans to visit Zhangjiajie.
Linda was our tour guide and she was wonderful. She was professional, friendly, helpful and provided a lot of information about the park and the areas. Thank you Linda for being so flexible and took us thru the “quiet” and most beautiful/scenic routes in the forest park and for your help when we shopped at Fenghuang old town. Thank you Simon at Tour-Zhangjijajie for your help in planning this wonderful trip, making it an unforgettable experience. The entire planning process with you was easy, hassle-free and you were able to accommodate our requests and wishes.
Because it was a private tour, we had more time at the end of each day to relax and to explore/enjoy the local areas/shops/restaurants. Zhangjiajie is definitely a trip to remember.
