This was my solo trip to Egypt for 10 days, and I was initially a bit concerned about whether everything would be organised properly. However, I soon realised I had nothing to worry about. I have to give huge credit to Monaliza, she managed all my bookings flawlessly, including airport transfers, hotel stays, the cruise, and more. I never had to wait more than five minutes for a driver to pick me up, which was absolutely brilliant, I was genuinely impressed. On top of that, Monaliza was incredibly thoughtful, regularly checking in to see how my trip was going and whether everything was alright. I have to say, this level of service was better than any travel agency I've experienced, even in Asia. I would absolutely recommend Monaliza to all my family and friends, booking through her will guarantee them a wonderful experience in Egypt. One thing I would like to mention, though it’s unrelated to this agency, is my experience with Egyptian National Railways. If you're a Taiwanese traveller reading this, be aware that the system only allows incorrect nationality options for us, which is quite disappointing. I hope Oceanus Tours and Travel can pass on feedback to the National Railways as a goodwill gesture. Last but not least, thank you, Monaliza, you made my Egypt trip complete. Had a fantastic time seeing the iconic sites in Aswan, Luxor whilst cruising in the Nile. Mona was so helpful not only from the moment of the booking process also throughout the entire journey. Made everything at ease and kept informed about the tour updates. I had to made a few panic contact early hour contact as the tour pick up was late and nothing was a trouble for Mona to assist with. All the guides were superb, informative and helpful. The itinerary was curated to see the best sites of each city to offer along the Nile. I was on the M.S Nile Dolphin. The boat itself needs major upgrading, in my opinion. I would rate 4 stars for the boat. Tired and not the most comfortable room to be in. Definitely not sounds proof and highly recommend to take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper or travelling with children to avoid inconsiderate and inappropriate noises, even at 7pm, if you know what I mean. Luckily, I like being outdoor so spent quite a lot of time on the sun deck. While the boat luck quality, the crew were lovely. Service was delightful and food was decent. Food service team were charming and always smiling which made enjoyable experience overall. Had it not been for Mona and service team, the experience is definitely 4 stars or lower end.

An experience like no other! The cruise offered luxury, relaxation, and adventure all in one. Visiting Abu Simbel was surreal. The grand statues of Ramses II standing tall against the desert backdrop left me speechless. The hot air balloon ride over Luxor was the cherry on top, offering a mesmerizing aerial view of the Valley of the Kings!
