Perfect tour, can highly recommend this tour. The guide at the spice-farm spoke good english, he was funny and had a lot of knowledge. The driver - Rashid - was the nicest person we have ever met, perfect english, good conversation, on time, patient, and very service-minded. We can recommend Rashid for everybody who need any type of tour or transport in Zanzibar!!

Rachid drove us around multiple times at a fair price. He owns a large and comfortable vehicle and gladly tells you about the history of Zanzibar (he studied history at university). His stories are very clear and it really adds value to your stay to learn more about Zanzibar’s past. Rachid organized our Covid-19 testing and collected out test results before driving us to the airport (easy alternative compared to going yourself). Also, he set up a nice Stonetown and Prison Island tour for us. Would definitely recommend!

Rashid is a perfect driver. Always responds very fast to Messages and so I also could ask him for suggestions to various topics ( dress code in Stone Town or departure tax). Rashid aka Zola Zanzibar Taxi was our driver and guide during our two week stay in Zanzibar. We stayed in three different locations on the island and Zola Taxi collected us and brought us our next destination each time and also brought us to the airport. What can I say. Rashid is professional, timely, and flexible and an excellent driver. We used him to drive us to and from the airport and jambiani but he studied history too so can give you information on Zanzibar history as well! Back to the professional, timely and flexible part. He shows up early for all appointments and is easy to communicate by WhatsApp. He responds right away. In a country where it can be hard to figure out transportation (and without services like Uber!) there’s peace of mind in knowing you have a reliable guide or driver you can trust. When we changed our plans Rashid was SO flexible and went out of his way to get us. When there was a torrential rainstorm in jambiani, Rashid managed to pick us up in this off the beaten path restaurant that was not accessible by foot since all the roads were flooded. Serious props to Rashid for zooming up to the restaurant entrance somehow! Thanks again Rashid for making our Zanzibar trip so easy!

Took Zola Zanzibar Taxi from Nungwi to Kizimkazi to Stone Town to Airport. The driver was very professional, drove safely and was on time on each pick up. The price was also on the right level. Can highly recommend Zola Zanzibar Tours & Taxi if you are visiting Zanzibar!

Rachid is not only a guide, he is also an historian and helped me for a research work by putting me into contact with other people who were able to translate old documents I had. He is very accountable, serviable, helpful, and effective. Communication with him is very easy because he always answers quickly and tries his best to understand what you need. This experience I had with him as a historian/translator/intermediate with other translators might not be the experience everybody is looking for in Zanzibar - however, with this experience, I am sure that Rachid is also a great guide to rely on, and I will recommand him to all my friends who might ever go to Zanzibar.
