I will not recommend booking a tour with this provider. Their price is misleading in the sense that they only pick up from limited hotels in town (while most tourists stay at other beach resorts) then they charge a huge additional fee to pick up. (amount not shared on their booking page) They would not let me use another transporter to pick me up from my resort to attend the excursion which would've been at half the price to get there - in a sense forcing me to use their service. When I eventually told them I would not agree to this they offered to refund me for the booking only to then refer me back to Tripadvisor/Aviator for my refund which then was declined and although I shared the whatsapp screenshots from the service provider to say they agreed to the refund although their online policies says they don't refund usually but in this case they would allow my refund, I was merely declined by the obvious AI automated response from Tripadvisor/Aviator to refer to the cancellation policy and that I wont be refunded. I am very disappointed in this overall experience of service by both this service provider as well as Tripadvisor as I usually book my trips through them. I now will reconsider this too. Pity there is no place to rate the service of "Tripadvisor" or get any real human's details to actually communicate with. I have lost alot of money on this!!! And don't be fooled at this service provider warning you not to book your trip with the local providers on the island. They do not offer anything superior to what you can find booking with the lovely local people on the island. I ended up booking direct with another provider on the island and it cost me half the price for the same thing.

Lovely day trip. Amazing Crew. Massive Thk u to Sahid because of his help I managed to do snorkeling fr the first time. The lunch was lovely. Overall had a fab time. Huge Thk u to the crew.

We had a great tour of Nakupenda and Prison Island. We were given the option to leave early in the morning for Nakupenda before Prison Island to get there before the crowds and it was one of our top experiences in Zanzibar - we had the whole place to ourselves for quite a while and our guides set up a shade for us with fruit and left us alone to enjoy it as long as we wished to! Amazing!!

The car that picked us up was not in good condition, no seatbelt in middle back seat, no air condition (which is specified in the tour), driver seemed very tired and drove in what we experienced as an unsafe manner, compared to other drivers we've had so far on our journey. Selling this tour as "95 % chance to see and swim with dolphins" is not as we experienced it. It's a race between several boats to get to the dolphins first and then throw yourself in to the water, hoping to get a small glimpse before they get scared and disappears. Our boat tour was 95 % looking for dolphins and wishing that you'll see them first to get there first. The "captain" ignored us when we asked him to get closer to shore instead of full speed out to open water, alone with no other boats around, to maybe be able to find some dolphins. In case of an accident, there were no one around to help and no life vests had been offered beforehand. The safety which we asked for was neglected several times until he slowly turned around to get us closer to shore, and where we had already seen the dolphins. He could also have given us a heads up about animals which "burns" if you touch them. Would have been great to know to behave in a more safe manner when diving in. The guide at the Jozani forest was good he listened to our requests and provided good information about the forest and the animals. Unfortunately, most of the animals in the forest are nocturnal and will unlikely be seen during the day. But you will see the blue and red monkeys which are active during the day. The tour is quite pricey, more than 100$ for what we felt was only transportation by car (approximately 1 h from hotel to the beach) and transportation by a small, mediocre boat, equipped with some seats and an engine that occassionally stopped (no oars), with a young "captain", who respected other boats and people in the sea, but not our requests. The Jozani entrance fee of 25000 TZS per person was not included in this tour, and I assume that the entrance fee provided the guide to the forest. So what did we really pay for?

A joke of a tour.. Were picked up by an absolute wreck of a car. The boat wasn’t better. You are not swimming WITH dolphins, but rather surrounding them (10-15 boats) and then racing towards them, throwing yourself into the water in front of them (which scares them off), leading to us not seeing a thing. All of a sudden our ‘captain’ decided to leave the group (and the dolphins) and just head out on literally open water. We felt very uncomfortable considering it was a small speedboat with an intermittently working engine, no oars and no life jackets. When we tried to voice our concern he couldn’t care less. In Jozani forest the “private tour” was no longer private - we got mixed in with another group to share one guide. Tips - wear long trousers and covering shoes since the tour is partially completely off trail. The guide in the forest although was very good! All in all, not worth the money! Spend the day doing something else!

We had a great day on Prison Island and Nakupenda sandbank, both places was so so beautiful and cool with the giant turtles! Our guide Ekkoto was the best! He really wanted us to have the best experience and made his utmost to make sure of this. I can really recommend this tour!

Wow this is an experience not to miss. Guides provide snorkels and flippers (take your own if you squirmish). Boat/Dhow ride take you to an small island where you get to snorkel & swim with the jellyfish (harmless but terrifying, well worth the laugh) hang around for a bit laying on the beach with fruits and drinks provided. Then ride further on to the mangroves to snorkel and see the coral in 1m deep water with platforms/jettys for entertainment and to take pictures. After the Dhow goes out to the sea for a real snorkeling experience where you see the beautiful coloured fish and reef that you see on TV, its absolutely amazingly beautiful. If you lucky tou get to swim with the dolphins which we did. This is soo amazing its emotional how they swim right up to you and swoosh past soo close. Unforgettable!!! From there you go to another small island to have a huge lunch with music and a bar along a beautiful strip of beach where you can shop, laze about, eat some more, drink, dance and make memories. This is one excursion that's a definite must!!!

First of all the management was really flexible and made it possible for us to move the tour a day earlier without paying for anything. Unfortunately the organization on the tour wasn’t really good. The Guides English was really poor and they were not really friendly. The equipment was really old and didn’t smell good. They threw plastic bottles in the water during the tour and smoked weed at the stop on the small beach (even the captain!). After seeing this I felt very uncomfortable to drive back with them. I think there would have been no difference to the tours the beach boys offer at nungwi beach and there you would even have saved money. Cannot really recommend the tour.

A beautiful moment, We were fortunate to see 2 whales and to swim with dolphins in a turquoise emerald stunning ocean. Oh wow ! The guides were young but skilled, helpful and at the same time discrete. Then we went to Jozani forest and saw many monkeys and a magnificent mangrove. Thank to the team, we highly recommend !!!

Very good ! Everything was perfect, maybe except the wait before we leave with the boat but still a very good trip thanks again !

Visited dis place with my guide. It's a WOW beach with beautiful scenery and clear water. You can spend a whole day there. Lots to do. Sandbank where you rest and eat fruits. Swim, snorkelling etc etc. Food was not that good as i was allergic to sea food, there was not much Choice. But if you can eat seafood it's good. We left sometime after 10 am and got back by 1730. Dear all In order to surprise my girlfriend I thought the best way is to organise a Sunset private boat tour allongside the shore of Zanzibar ; the sights where breathtaking , water was perfect , our local captain Ali was a great host very friendly , he played music , setved us fruits, water and coconuts , in one word was an amazing adventure . The bottle of prossecco was my surprise to her , but otherwise everything was organised by the local office of Divine Diving , situated in the hotel Double Tree by Hilton Resort and Spa Nungwi , where Muhidin is prepared to give you customised sollutions for you , your familly or more members , for like : scuba diving experiences , snorkelling excursions , Delphin spotting excursions , Sky diving experience , boat tours , private sunset boat tours etc . A very professional guy , serious and highly punctual . I duelly recommend the experiences for everybody , couples , singles , fammilies with kids , honeymooners . Cristian C.

Fullday trip, we went to the Sandbank, snorkel, bluelagoon, have a great lunch. It was an amazing experience in Zanzibar

Even though we had to wait for 45 minutes to get picked up at the beachfront of our hotel, it was a relaxing and enjoyable cruise on the dhow.

We did not have much time on our trip in Zanzibar, we saw this excursion and book. It was amazing, the trip was private, Prison Island was nice, the Sandbank was unbelievable, the food was super delicious, the staff was so friendly. I recommend this trip.
