- alanog20230 contributionsIt was nice to see the unique culture of LesothoThe tour focused on Lesotho's unique heritage and culture, which the tour guide made us to experience. The local Maseru market was quite vibrant and I bought some souvenirs and local handicrafts. I absolutely loved the local stew and maize porridge, at lunch time.Written September 28, 2023
- 561dennyf0 contributionsIf you want an actual tour by professionals, go someplace else!!!If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible, horrible service. It couldn't have been more disorganized if they tried. Do not waste your time with this company. This tour took place on a Sunday; three fourths of the places I was taken were either closed or inaccessible. I didn't even receive a bottle of water. A total waste of $167 USD to see banks, a statute behind locked gates in an unsafe area, a park, and a defunct museum. Apparently, the trip was sourced out to a 3rd party and they didn't even know what trip I signed up for. They were asking me where I was going. A total nightmare and two hours I'll never get back. Trip Advisor, not that you care, but you have also lost a client. I'll be sure to advise those traveling overseas not to use your company as well. Nothing but a scam on both ends if you ask me!!Written February 6, 2023
- SnGmw0 contributionsVisit to Kome Caves and Thaba Bosiu Cultural VillageOn a family road trip from Coffee Bay (Hole in the Wall) in Eastern Cape (RSA), we went to Maseru in Lesotho, and drove to 2 places only due to our limited time. First, we drove to the Kome Caves in the district of Berea, a bout 25 km from Maseru, and then went to Thaba Bosiu Cultural Village for an informative understanding of the history of Basotho people. Both visits were worthy our travel time to LesothoWritten January 15, 2023
