I booked this tour on 17th Nov 2022 (through Freetour.com - who I've used lots of times) to take the tour on Sunday 4th Dec 2022, starting at 10am
My husband and I were on a cruise and had never visited Cape Verde so were looking forward to discovering this new place.
We arrived at the meeting point at 9.45 and waited around until 10.20 but the guide didn't appear. We were so disappointed but also annoyed that we hadn't been contacted by anybody to say the tour wasn't taking place.
Would be interested in what the tour provider has to say.

We are so sorry this happened to you, but we've stopped doing tours on Sundays, and we've updated all our pages in that sense. Therefore, we find it weird that you were able to keep that booking. We also didn't receive any notification, otherwise, we would've contacted you.

Our Guido really took the time for us and explained in a lot of detail a lot of history of cabo verde and mindelo. Showed us a lot of places where we could shop, have a drink or eat.
