I would book any other group than these people. They will lie and state that your tour was completed however, never met you a day in life then try to use the Viator and state that they will not send you your money back stay away. Beware use anyone else I promise it’s better.

Worst Experience We booked the tour for November 12th a month in advance. We were traveling to Manhattan and decided to visit Niagara Falls specifically for the Maid of the Mist. Our reservation was for the 1:00 PM tour. We arrived at 12:30 PM, but no one showed up for us. We called Headout at 1:05 PM, and they told us that the tour guide was already on the tour and that we couldn't join because the guide claimed we weren’t there (which was a lie). When I called Niagara Regional Tours, the person who answered insisted that we hadn’t shown up and asked if I had a Canadian visa (I did not). His response was, “Well, you came to see the falls, so you can see the falls.” (I wanted to see the falls from the Maid of the Mist.) He also claimed that he tried to contact me by email, phone, and SMS. Oddly, he didn’t use WhatsApp or Telegram. When I asked for evidence, he sent me a message timestamped at 9:00 AM that same day, saying they had sent an email and SMS, which I didn’t receive. After a long time with no evidence or reasonable explanation, his only response was to refund the tour price. When I mentioned that I would leave a negative review, he said he would refuse the refund if I did (and it seems this wasn’t the first time, based on other reviews). Note: The Maid of the Mist tours on the U.S. side stopped operating on November 3rd, so it’s strange that a "renowned" tour site wouldn’t know this and continued to confirm the tour even on the same day. Don’t waste your time and money with these “tour guides.” You can buy the same tickets at a lower price in the park.

Babe of the mist was well worth the money be prepared to get wet, but you’ll have some great photos. my husband was in a wheelchair. The staff helped push him on the boat and we both had a great time.

My son and I booked this tour. Our guide, Jacob, was friendly, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. If you have not been on the USA Maid of the Mist, it is an experience well worth having. I loved getting drenched in the spray from the falls and it was an energizing experience. However, the web site doesn't actually mention that the tour before the boat ride is a WALKING tour. Be prepared to do a lot of walking.

Mary was a great tour guide. The 3 of us loved our private tour. We visited 4 wineries. The tasting fees were included and pours were generous. We enjoyed both the whites and reds. I found a few reds that I really liked, so had to purchase a few bottles. The chocolates and cheese at the last two wineries were excellent. This was a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Mary narrated as we drove between stops. We even stopped at the lake for a photo opportunity.

This tour was 100% worth it. MJ was amazing and was very knowledgeable tour guide. It is a great experience. Highly recommended.

Guide was excellent. No hardships. American side is better. Make sure you bring water bottle. You can fill it at water fountains or refill stations near the bathrooms, but if you buy it, one bottle will cost you over $5

Fun and great experience the whole family enjoyed. Brian our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and entertaining and made sure everyone was having a great time.

I was VERY disappointed with the tour. It's advertised as a 2 hour tour. What you don't know is that you dont pre-book a ticket to a specific time. The first hour of the TOUR was spent IN LINE with the general public to get out tickets. An hour of our tour was standing in line!! In the heat, in the sun. Don't do it tourists! Go with the general public. Half the price!

Our tour guide Mary was amazing!!! The tour was so much fun!!! And it turned out to just be the 2 of us, which was amazing. All the wineries were lovely. 5 stars!!! If you are debating doing this tour don’t, just book it!!

Cherie was fun, very knowledgeable and just wonderful, her energetic attitude really made a 9am tour worth it! Started at the hard rock cafe, then we made our way around. Our tour was nearly 3 hours which included the maid of the mist, trolley ride to goat island and then cave of the winds. She showed also us horseshoe falls. There was never just walking, she had some sort of history to share every step of the way! Wonderful tour guide!
