I called the tour company at 2:10 and they emailed me tickets to do the Maid of the Mist on our own. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get on the boat. I contacted Attractions4Uus demanding a refund. I paid $316 for four adults. I was given the run-around. I called twice and sent three emails and didn’t get anywhere with them. First of all, don't book this because it's on the American side. To see all three falls illuminated, you have to be on the Canadian side. Secondly, this was not a "tour." This was a person who knew very little about Niagara Falls, walking us to a place that did not showcase the illuminated falls. She did not have a speaker with her, so unless you were right next to her, you couldn't hear anything she was saying (which wasn't much).
She was on her phone texting half the time, and when we asked questions, she either didn't know or had to Google it. She verbally got excited when two people who ordered the 90-minute tour didn't show because it meant she could cut out early. This is a fine feeling to have as a human, but not one you should share with your paying customers.
All we did was walk from Hard Rock Cafe to the American Falls overlook and then walk back. It's not a tour, and I can't stress that enough. Save your money for either something on the Canadian side or for a different tour/attraction/restaurant on the American side.

Cherie was a above and beyond guide! She gave all kinds of interesting facts on the falls, from more direct physical tidbits to the lesser know aspects - like being an icon of freedom in history.
Overall it was a really great tour with a variety of info, plenty of photo spots, and a good general tour of the area as well. If you take a later tour too you wind up at great spots for the fireworks show to at 10pm.

I loved this tour it was the highlight of my visit to Niagara Falls. I don’t understand everyone talks about the boat. The tour guide took us to places making us feel like we were flowing with the water. Incredible. Thank you I would definitely come back.

Sherry was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, warm, and personable, full of energy and information. I took the tour because, as a solo traveler, I didn't know if I'd feel comfortable walking alone at night. I didn't realize I'd get so much history along the way. She knows a lot from her own reading in addition to what she's learned as a tour guide, so I got a lot for my money.

Just an awful struggle to get tickets back after they were erroneously canceled by Attractions4us LLC claiming we had used the Maid of the Mist part of our tickets when we had not.. For a 2 day trip and spending almost an hour in the phone trying to get tickets sent via text (despite the hour in hold on said cell number) they claimed they could not send.
Time was running out and opted to buy new tickets, kindly asked Attractions4us LLC to refund part of previous tickets that were never used or swiped - radio silence.
Be wary or this company, witnessed many others going through the same thing that day.

My daughter and I made a quick trip from NC to Niagara Falls. The view from the Canadian side is amazing. The Maid of the Mist boat ride was spectacular. The flowers in early August were gorgeous. My Mom said everyone should NF - in her memory we made the trip and it will provide lasting memories.

Worce experience of my trip. I was on the point of metting 1/2 hour before and never got pick up. When i called company the person who was giving me te tour was not schedule to do it. And on top of everything i didnt get my money back

This is a tourist trap. You can visit all for free. The information you get, though interesting, are not at all worth the price you pay.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. What trip?? Myself and several other people waited over an hour and a half outside of the Hard Rock Cafe (as directed by the one text message I received) and no one arrived to pick us up. I've never experienced such incompetence and disorganization in my life. No phone call, text or customers service number to find out what was happening. Is this how you run a company? I will never recommend this activity or TripAdvisor to anyone as I felt this was a scam to rip people off. I expect a full refund on this trip as it never happened or you will be hearing from me.

The tour guide must depart on scheduled time. I do understand that you arrived but you arrived after departure time. Check in is 15 mins before the tour not 15 min after the tour. It is not far to passengers that arrived early to depart late. Again I am sorry you missed the tour.

How far do you pick up a person for a tour depends on the hotel??
Do we have to make our own way to the pick up area? At night, is the tour by foot or by bus"
