After you collect your baggage, please call, SMS or Whatsapp your driver, who is waiting at the Cell Phone Lot, located 8-10 minutes away from all terminals.         AVOID.
        Useless. Cancelled on us mid flight so when we got off the plane, my pregnant partner and I were left £80 out of pocket, stranded and with evening plans having to be cancelled because it took so long to get into Manhattan. We booked a taxi because my partner is pregnant and I didn’t want her to have to stress getting onto the trains etc, just to make the journey a bit easier for her. Lost not just the taxi money, also even more for our actual transport and what had been booked and paid for that evening.

        Worse service
        The worse service ever. We booked with them with Expedia while we in vacation we received a family emergency call, so we had to change the flight date Expedia helped with the flight. I was told by Expedia to call them to change the pick up date to the airport. When I called them they said I have to give them 12 hrs notification, who have 12 hrs in emergency situation. We end up paying for another transportation and they kept the money. Avoid using this company

        Avoid at all costs
        Worst taxi service. They were late, and eventually didn’t show up. I had to take a taxi after paying. Never got a refund. If you value your sanity avoid at all costs

        Appalling service! Poor time management! Terrible communication!
        Was told to look out for a sign with my names when I land at JFK Airport. To my horror, no driver was waiting for me. I had to try and call the person who initially communicated with me regarding my booking who goes by the name of ENOCH. My husband, 1 year old son & I waited for what seemed like forever with no driver in sight outside the airport and it was freezing!!! Never book with this scammer of a company! No regard to customer service!!! Pathetic! Enoch is the person who kept lying to me about the whereabouts of the driver. Lost money for NONSENSE! Took an alternative taxi.

        Don’t use Talixo
        Poor experience. Paid $200 and expected a high quality vehicle with professional driver. What actually arrived was no better than Uber. Cost of Uber JFK to NYC hotel at that time of day was $112, so looks like Talixo handed off the job to Uber and kept the difference.

        Rude & unprofessional
        Had 2 separate 6 seaters booked. Queue for immigration was 2 hours long. Previous message I had said that they would arrive at 1450 which was an hour after the flights scheduled landing time and they would wait until 1550. Flight came in at 1320. Immigration queue was ridiculous and the driver was messaging and calling getting quite aggressive with us and saying we had to hurry up and threatening to leave. We were out by 1515 so still ahead of the time they told me they would wait to. Driver was so so rude. Didn't utter a word to us. Wasn't waiting with a sign to meet us as they said they would so we had to idea where we were going and had to wander round to find his car. When we arrived at the hotel he got our bags out, dumped them on the side and got back in the car without a word being said. Absolutely disgusting service and I would never book again. The second car our friends were in didn't speak at all and despite managing to phone and have a conversation when we were In the immigration queue - said he couldn't talk English every time our friends spoke. He didn't seem to know his way around and took an extra 45 mins driving round and round finding the hotel. Our friends were trying to tell them where it was but he ignored them and just said no English

        Very Bad Experience and Unprofessional Driver
        Talixo – Kindly do not respond by saying that “Please provide us with your booking number by sending an email to complaints@talixo.com, so that we can take a further look at your case” as we have already done that and see what reply we have got from your side in the attached screenshot. I am continuously following up by e-mails but till date no positive response received from your side. I have send first email on 16th April 2023 at support@talixo.de & on 30th May at complaints@talixo.de (where I was told to contact booker for refund request) & finally on 20th June 2023 I was being told that supplier (Talixo) is not providing any refund for this service(See the attached). This is with reference to Booking Reference Number 34067341.We have booked one way transfer JFK Airport to Homewood Suites in New York on 31st March 2023.We want the refund of the same as we have not availed your service. Reason is mentioned in the below email. Our Flight was Emirates EK203 which arrived at 9:40am. As soon as flight arrived, I messaged as well as called the Driver and informed him that flight have just arrived and we still in the flight. I kept him updated all the time by messaging and calling him stating that we are still stuck in immigration due to long queue and it would take a bit more time as immigration process is not in our hands. It was only 40 minutes and Driver started calling and messaging me that wait time is over and I need to pay 50$ extra in cash for one more hour if need to wait else I am leaving. Is this the way? We were still in Immigration Line and long queue was there and we requested Driver to wait for some more time or come back at a later time but he was very rude and telling me to contact my Boss and speak to him. I asked to share his Boss Number or get me connected but he was neither giving the number nor connecting me to the concern person. He kept calling me and was asking me to pay extra cash else he would leave. Finally, at 10:30 am I told him that I won’t pay any extra cash and hence you can leave. Driver waited for just 40 minutes after the Flight Arrival while in Voucher it is mentioned that Maximum waiting time at the Airport is 75 minutes after the arrival of the flight. Since the flight was delayed a bit the Driver should come as per Actual Arrival Time and not as per expected Arrival Time. He should ideally wait for at least 75 minutes after arrival of the flight but he just waited for approx. 40 minutes after arrival of the flight and was not ready to wait for few more minutes. We have given flight details to your company so that Driver can track and can come accordingly at the airport as per arrival time of the flight. How can you expect a person to complete Immigration and luggage formalities within 25 minutes of Flight Landing? Talixo should understand all this process and time taken for all this and driver should come accordingly for pickup (Say after 1-2 hours of Flight Arrival). Despite communicating continuously with the driver once our flight arrived, the driver still left the airport within 40 minutes of Flight Arrival and we were charged in full i.e 125$.We ended up being stuck with no option and had to get another taxi’s outside of the airport which was much cheaper than what we have paid for your service. We paid to you almost around 125$ and Uber XL was coming around 85$. We definitely would not recommend booking with Talixo as you can’t control delays through the airport upon arrival and it’s unreasonable to be charged in full. I must say that your service is very bad and Driver also needs a proper training. Going forward I will never use your service nor recommend it to anyone. Infact I have cancelled all my Future Transfers with your company during our tour. For your record and reference, I have attached all the screenshots of the conversation which I had with the driver along with email conversations with your company.

        Bad experience will not accept responsibility
        This company left my clients stranded for their return transfer to LGA and when I called they informed me the reservation was canceled yesterday. Myself, not the Tour Operator I used, have no record of a cancelation. This was paid in full back in early January. They refused to send someone out, because they work on a schedule. This is not the first time I have had bad service for clients by this company. Uber does a better job.

        Excellent and took the stress out of NYCity arrival and departure.
        Actually we used the Talixo booking through Booking.com for both the pick-up and return LGA /NY City. There were 6 of us and the large SUV which picked us up and a different one that returned us were both on time, clean ,with professional drivers. It certainly beat having to take two taxis. Paying in advance also meant that one didn't care which route the SUVs took to get to and from the City. First went over the 59th street bridge, the one back the Triboro, due to traffic during rush hour. It was the first time we had used Talixo and we will certainly keep it in mind for future bookings particularly in the UK which we visit a couple of times/year.

        Scam
        We were stuck in a customs line at JFK so we emailed the driver and sent a message via the website helpline as soon as we knew we would be delayed later than the pick up time scheduled. Despite communicating this as soon as we arrived, the driver still left the airport after 1 hour and we were charged in full ($642 NZD). We asked if the driver could leave and come back at a later time but was told this is not an option. We definitely would not recommend booking with Talixo as you can’t control delays through the airport upon arrival and it’s unreasonable to be charged in full. We ended up being stuck with no option and had to get taxi’s outside of the airport which ended up being cheaper and easier for six people.

        Awful service from liars.
        Cape Liberty cruise port to Manhattan. They didn’t show up for our booking which we had pre-paid for. We were stranded in the cold with 2 young, tired children. We rang and messaged and after an hour we gave up and paid for a different company to take us. They had the audacity to say we were a “no show”. Outrageous service. Currently claiming money back through the Credit Card provider.
