My husband and I spent 6 days in Tulamben and we did a total of 14 fun dives. The girl at the reception is very helpful, she organised all the dives for us on what we like to see underwater. But the person who make a good experience in the best experience was Yoko, our dive master for all the 14 dives. He was very patient, explained us everything and he was very funny too! If you go to dive with Dive Concept ask for him as your dive master!

I had great diving experience with Dive Concept Lembongan. So when I decided to bring my boyfriend for his Advanced Adventure course in Tulamben, I didn't even think of any other diving shop. And I'm glad I made the right choice.
Alban is the instructor of my refresher course and my boyfriend's Advanced Adventure. He is extremely patient, nice, caring, understanding, experienced and professional. He made flexible plan to cater to our needs and helped my boyfriend to encounter all issues happened during his course. He definitely helped my boyfriend to become more confident and enjoy diving.
I had 7 fun dives with local guides, Gita, Budi and Yoko. They're all very professional, friendly and experienced and always put divers safety in the first place. I had unforgettable adventures with them, including big waves and strong current during night dive and amazing drift dives.
The only incident is that in our last day to Amed, we realized one weight belt was not in the truck. Dive Concept charged us 50k to rent only 2 weights from another dive shop. Generally dive shop should check carefully and make sure all equipments are ready. The charge is unreasonable but we agreed because we didn't want to delay our afternoon plan.
Other than this incident, the overall experience is great and satisfying. We both had a great time here.

I'm not normally one to write reviews however I absolutely had to when I consider my experience at DIVE CONCEPTS in Tulamben. First of all Nico and Dee were so easy to coordinate with and were happy with understanding that my plans were a little fluid. Plus they and all the staff were so welcoming and professional.
I had not dived in years and did a refresher course with Alban who completely allayed my nervousness and my diving experience just got better from there. Plus the diving equipment is excellent. I work in the medical profession, therefore safety & good equipment is of utmost importance to me, as it was to all the Dive Concepts staff.
Komang & Kita were my dive guides for the next few days in groups and we dived some amazing sites. Their knowledge & appreciation of safety was amazing. Plus, I have recently been through several shoulder operations and they were so accommodating with me with regards to equipment, adjusting things and assisting me where needed until we got under the water.
Also, I was staying close by, but didn't rent a scooter. Harry and the boys picked me up and dropped me off every day. Brilliant customer service.
I can't wait to plan my next trip back and can't thank everyone enough at Dive Concepts.

I had a really good memories with Diveconcept. Feom the booking with Nico and Dee, transfer from the airport by Mr. hassan, daily pickup by the drivers, Nitrox course by Alban & special guide by Getha..I never met any Divemaster that are very humble, friendly and helpful like him. Overall, its was a great experience with Diveconcept Tulamben & Amed. Moving to Diveconcept Lembongan and I think they are the cheapest with professional trainers & well-maintained equipment. 5 stars 👍🏻

Did 7 dives with Dive Concept in Tulamben and got certified with Nitrox from amazing instructor Yogi. Our divemaster Gita was also very good, we discovered a lot of interesting stuff underwater. I totally recommend diving with Gita as he’s very knowledgeable with all the dive sites there. It was so amazing that we did the 5am liberty wreck dive with him! Also, thanks to Dee and Nico for the amazing hospitality. Highly recommended.

Dive Concepts Tulamben is one of my favorite dive shops! Yoann is very helpful in organizing the dives and we always go diving with Budi. Budi is very attentive to making sure you are safe and comfortable in the water, and has good eyes to help you spot cool critters, like tiny Harlequin Shrimp! Those things are cool. Budi can also take great photos and will arrange a camera. It’s worth the extra money to get great photos from your dives. My wife and our friend have gone diving with Budi and Dive Concepts at least 17 times, and I’ve done around 10 dives. I highly recommend them because everyone there, from the dive masters to the drivers, has a great attitude that will keep me coming back! Plus the dive sites like Boga Wreck and Liberty USAT are super fun to explore. Thanks guys!

Superbly run dive centre. Good facilities, good vibes, good food (!). We did 8 awesome dives, incl the early morning Liberty wreck dive. Thanks to Dee and Niko for arranging, but most importantly to our Dive Master Joko who is a veteran in the area. He knows the grounds like the back of his hand, always maintained safety, had lots of stories to share and we enjoyed ourselves very much under his guidance. Thanks Pak Joko!

What a wonderful experience at Dive Concepts! I'm glad I found this dive centre as the staff are just amazing and they take care of everything. Everything runs very smoothly and the transports are always on time. I stayed at Amed and did 7 fun dives, including a night dive at Liberty wreck, a refresher and nitrox training.
A big thank you to everyone who makes this place so special. A special mention to Dee who is super efficient and handles all the arrangement so well and with a personal touch. All the dive instructors and masters are also super helpful and friendly. I particularly like to thank Komang, Yoko and Gita who take special care to our needs and safety, and always point us to interesting things to see during the dives. Also special thanks to all the drivers who worked non-stop behind the scene to transport us to/fro dive centre, dive sites and hotels. A big thank you to the friendly driver Henri who picks me from the airport.

Excellent dive operation with daily connections to Amed to explore both dive hubs. I thought I had to plan out each dive in advance of arrival, but Julian and Dee were great organizers and found a way for us to get every dive we wanted within the 4 days we were there.
Diving with the crew was safe and timely. The staff handled tanks, so all we had to do was put on our wetsuits, throw our gear in the truck, and hop out at the dive site for a shore entry. Most of our dives were led by Yoko, an excellent dive master that always managed to find incredible fish & critters.
The dive complex itself is also very nice: roomy, organized, and even has a hostel & restaurant.
Overall, I felt like we scored the best dive operation in Tulamben, and possibly in all of Bali!

Super expérience from the booking to the dives themselves. USS liberty at 05.00 am to see the sun rise, just for us, on the wreck will remain a memorable experience.
