"I was so pleased with the trip. Our guide cum driver Mr. Putu was outstanding: knowledgeable, friendly, safety-conscious, and had a great sense of humor. I will highly recommend his company to those who inquire as he'll exceed all expectations.

Communications:
Very thorough. He will stay in constant communication and immediately let me know of any changes. Information was all-inclusive and helpful.

Guides:
Quite enjoyable. Resourceful, knowledgeable, competent, funny, and intuitive. Excellent service.

Tour:
A variety of activities for people of all ages and interests. Reasonably priced and safe.

Accommodations:
Clean and comfortable. The meals were excellent everywhere we went.

Transports:
On-time every time. The driver was flexible, agreeable, safe, and pleasant. The Suv vehicle was perfect for both me and my wife. High maintain vehicles. Tip top condition.

Companions:
We bonded well and I credit the guide for facilitating the process. We were new to Bali and were worried the trip could have been stressful if things didn't go as planned. However, our guide provided information, entertainment, activities, etc. to help us get to know each other and the country we were visiting.

I highly recommend Putu and his team! Service is great value for money, driver is always on time and is very patient with us ☺️. Putu has been our private driver, tour guide and interpreter. He speaks good English and is very knowledgable of the area. Tell him what you want to see or do and he will coordinate for you and make suggestions if required. He is very kind and has treated us as friends/family.

Great service and reliability
Nanda was referred to us by friends that used him during their summer trip. Nanda was responsive and arranged our transfer to and from airport as well as for all 8 of us daily car service to all our destinations. Mande was punctual, polite, cheerful and considerate during all the days he was with us. We commented on how he was great with directions since he didn’t need to use a GPS at all. We had a great time on our trip to Bali and would definitely recommend friends and family.

Reliable, friendly, comfortable and cheap
Wonderful team,

An honest family business that prides itself on reliability, friendliness and ease.

Putu replied quickly to any of my requests and always had a friendly driver where we needed it when we wanted with a clean, comfortable van.

Next trip I'm not even considering comparing rates, as they were the best each time for comparable services.

Initially my partner and i used their services last year for a fantastic guided tour of ubud including monkey forest - where our driver was a pro with handling the cheeky monkeys on my back haha and taking us to temples and fantastic food spots.

This year we requested their services again for a car transfer between sanur after arriving from lembongan, to take us all the way to amed - 3 hours away. This was cheaper than what the hotel or anyone else was offering for transfers for a private car

Initially communicating over email, I wanted to use their services more frequently so started using whatsapp. I could just message and arrange anything so easily. We used their services again for a return drive to seminyak, and then again for the airport transfer which was again cheaper than what taxis and hotel was offering.

The drivers were great. 3 hours to amed we were excited and learning about the island from the driver, who offered to stop any time to stop for food. On the way back we were pretty exhausted and the driver happily understood we wanted to put on headphones in and nod off.

I will be recommending this service to anybody I know going to bali.

Excellent drivers and service

This was our 9th visit to Bali and I can say that this was the best tour driving company and drivers we have experienced. We pre-arranged the pick up with Putu who was very courteous and prompt in his replies to our inquiries. Putu was there waiting for us and had a friendly and pleasant demeanor matched with an equally comfortable driving style and manner. We were that impressed that we arranged a day trip to Lampuyang Temple and the Water Gardens in north eastern Bali. On this occasion our driver was Putu's cousin Janu who was equally pleasant with a relaxed and even driving style (not something we have always experienced in the past with other drivers). We lastly arranged for a return airport transfer with Putu to the airport when we were leaving. We were very impressed with the service and very highly recommend Putu and his driving service.

We used Hire Bali Tour Driver during our visit to Bali in July 2022. It was a great experience! Our driver (Nanda) was super nice, very accommodating & friendly. He took us to some wonderful sites & allowed us to wander around by ourselves. During our visits to waterfall sites, we was kind enough to watch over our belongings while we swam & took in the beautiful views. He even brought us water during a hot day & ponchos when it looked like it was going to rain. We never felt like we were rushed even when the hours went beyond our agreed time line. We were so happy with his service that we hired him for additional days during our visit.

Prompt and Professional
Travelled with my family to Bali last November and engaged a personal driver for the 5 of us.
Very easy to deal via whatsapp and our rides were always punctual. Loved that we could arrange our own itinerary and move at our own space. With our 3 children, we stopped a few times for drinks and meals. Our driver was very accomodating and waited patiently at each stop. One thing that wld have made this perfect is if our driver had more insight/stories to share at each tourist stop

We booked airport-hotel transfers and 2 days of sightseeing tours.
Leong and the team were amazingly flexible and patient with our requests. They were on time, provided great advise on the attractions by including waterfalls and beaches in our temple tours.
Perfect experience, with new and airconditioned cars, English speaking drivers.

Best deal on island tour!

We hired a driver for a day and went to to Ubud and Uluwatu and paid 500k for the full day.
Driver was very nice and actually a good driver.
He let us play music in the car and stopped whenever we wanted.
Highly recommended because it was just a lot cheaper than the other companies, some of which were offering less.

Highly recommend
We contacted Leon via WhatsApp to arrange a day tour to Ubud. Leon was very responsive, replied straight away and arranged a hotel pick up for myself and three friends. Leon was a great driver and spoke great English.
Leon was happy to take us to the places we wanted to see.
I would highly recommend Leon’s company if you are looking for a safe and reliable driver to take you around Bali.
