After coming to Bali since 1996, and I can confidently say with my need for supportive special mobility care, I was able to access sites I had not yet seen. Gede made a particular effort to accommodate all my needs. He is very informative, aware of the local history, and knew special spots - I really encourage people to get off the beaten track. We have chosen Gede as our guide for a 6-day round trip in Bali. We were a big group of 9 people and were glad to have such a reliable guide showing us around. He rented a Toyota Hiace for us, which was in perfect condition and had enough space for all of us and our luggage. Gede was always on time, knew our itinerary I sent him in advance by heart and gave us tips on how to make the most out of our trip. We always felt safe and knew we could fully trust him. As a local, he has a big knowledge of the country and shared a lot of information about Balinese culture. He could answer all of our questions. He found the perfect combination of showing us around and leaving us to discover on our own. Compared to other drivers in Bali his English is really good which made communication easy for us. Furthermore, he knows the other guides and drivers very well, so he could easily organize an additional taxi if we needed one or could book a guide for the trek to Mount Batur. Gede has spared no effort to enable us a perfect holiday; he even picked us up at 1 am to bring us to the trek mentioned above. We always knew that we are in good hands, which made our trip way more relaxing. We enjoyed our trip to the fullest, thank you very much, dear Gede! I met Gede through a friend of a friend and travelled with him on a number of tours, both organised and random that I arranged. I have a 14 yr old son, so managing his needs plus my own given I’ve been a frequent visitor to Bali for the past 30 years was paramount. Gede handled my chopping and changing itinerary like a professional and even suggested some time saving tips I hadn’t considered!! We went tubing, quad bike riding, shopping in Ubud, Snorkeling at Nusa Penida, Blue Lagoon, Random shopping days at places I directed Gede to in Denpasar, Seminyak, and Legian and an afternoon at the Cultural Park. Gede was patient, well humored and knowledgeable throughout. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone travelling solo or family!!
