          Would do differently
I booked this trip last minute without much research of the area or other guide options. I was contacted, as mentioned, the day before the trip for pick up details. In communicating about lunch options, I asked if dietary restrictions could be accommodated and the response was that lunch would be provided. On the day of the trip, we were picked up from the given spot, though I needed to clarify exactly where this would be as no company name was given upon booking. The guide was nice but spoke little English which ultimately was the barrier for us - mainly because when we were given lunch and I asked if it accommodated our allergies we were told yes and it very clearly was not. Luckily for us we brought our own food because, again, the communication was poor and we didn’t trust relying on others for food. Overall, we did have a wonderful tour through lower antelope and was then shuttled to horseshoe bend as promised. The ad was misleading and we thought we were also going to upper antelope with a 4 hour in total tour, but it was 3 hours and those 2 stops. We enjoyed both of the places themselves but would not go through this company again.

          Fun jeep ride
We enjoyed this tour so much. I loved being out in the jeep seeing landscape that you wouldn't normally get to see. Breathtaking.

          Very Unique and Beautiful Experience
I booked the half day tour through Trip Advisor/ Viator rather than directly through a tour company. The day before the tour guide, Lankun aka “Mama,” texted instructions and a meeting place & time. She was very detailed & was a great guide! The only reason I rate this tour as a 4 is because Trip Advisor only communicated that I had 2 attendees when I in fact had 4. “Mama” had to scramble to work out the problem to get our other 2 tickets which caused a stressful day for her & put a damper on the rest of the group’s experience. Thankfully, there was room for us on the transportation bus! I have no doubt that because “Mama” has passion for her job & for her guests’ experience that everything worked out just fine. Antelope Canyon (lower) was so unique and beautiful! I was a little worried that the tour would be too strenuous for me because I am over 50 & overweight, however the pace is slow enough that you don’t get out of breath. There are lots of staircases & some pretty narrow passages, but I was able to navigate them just fine. Horseshoe Bend was also breathtaking & the surrounding area of layered rocks was like nothing I’ve ever seen. Pictures do not do it justice! You have to experience it for yourself!

Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Tour
I cannot say enough good things about this tour and about our guide, Lankun aka mama. The sites where incredible and Mama was an amazing guide. She kept things moving at a very good pace and even added a side trip to a site that provided some great photo opportunities. If you take this tour you will be glad you did.

My family and I had an amazing time!
My recent visit to Upper Antelope Canyon was truly an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking rock formations and the way the sunlight beams through the narrow passages created a mesmerizing view. The colors and textures of the canyon walls were absolutely stunning, making it a paradise for photography. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. They shared interesting insights about the canyon’s history and even helped us capture the best photos.

A "Chance" of a lifetime tour
This was an absolutely amazing tour. The views are undescripable with words. Chance shared his family history and stories that added so much to our private trip. No lines, no other people, just 12 of you and God's Country. Well worth the money. I would recommend this to anyone!!!

          Breathtaking sandstone !!!
I had an amazing experience visiting Upper Antelope Canyon last January 2025 with my workmates. The breathtaking sandstone formations and stunning light beams made the tour truly unforgettable. Our guide from Tse Bighanilini Tours was knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a great team bonding experience, and we were able to capture some incredible photos. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area!

          Very informative guide
Kerri Ann, our Navajo guide, was most informative about the geology of the canyon and surrounding area as well as describing the Indian culture. Shadow Canyon is not as crowded as the Upper and Lower ones but equally rewarding with surrealistic rock formations.

Natural wonder that should be on everyone’s bucket list!
My experience with Tse Bighanilini Tours for the Upper Antelope Canyon tour was absolutely breathtaking! From start to finish, the tour was well-organized, and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The canyon itself was stunning, with smooth, flowing sandstone walls and mesmerizing textures. Even though it was winter, the lighting inside the canyon created a magical glow, bringing out the deep reds and oranges of the rock formations. While the famous light beams are not visible during this time of year, the canyon’s beauty still made for incredible photo opportunities. Our guide even helped us adjust our camera settings for the best shots!

This tour was exceptional!!!! The jeep truck was comfortable and the ride to the Antelope Crossing Canyon and horseshoe bend was easy and hardly any long walk to get there. Our guide Brett was so personable and knowledgeable about his families land and history. The pictures we took are incredible!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We booked thru Grey Line Bus tours thru our package deal that was included in our reservation thru Costco Travel. Our tour guide was Freddy and he was wonderful. His personality and jokes made the drive entertaining and informative. Our initial tour was for the South rim but due to bus difficulties, we were offered some options and choose the upgraded to the West Rim. It was lovely.

The grand canyon is everything you would expect. It's natural beauty and sheer magnificent are a sight to behold. The facilities are on par. The actual coach journey however was disappointing. I'm not sure what the guides name was but he was oriental and told us basic stuff then said if you want to know more just Google it! On the way back he just put a film on and went to sleep! My travel companions were all Chinese and frankly not very interested in the sights outside. They preferred to have the blinds down and just looked at their phones or the film!

Dear Jacki, Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that you are satisfied with the natual tour content of the Grand Canyon. We are sorry that the guide's behavior was not that professional. As a guide, he could have conducted the tour with informative and detailed information. And regarding the travellers, the guests from different countries are with different customs. We are running the tour with the hope that every guest can enjoy it and respect is needed for each other.

The tour guide was rude, texted me to meet at a location, did not wait and within 10 min expected to meet in 3 miles away. Threatened that he would leave us. Very poor customer service. Was racist helped other of his customers from China really well.

Dear Khairunnisa, thanks for sending us your feedback. We have immediately communicated with our local service company when receiving your comment to investigate and now here is the explanation: The tour started last Saturday and the guide had contacted you by text as well as phone call one day before on Friday at 5:43PM(text)/5:47PM(call) to reconfirm pickup details already. But in the early morning next day for this tour departure, you were late for the designated meeting point. The guide could not wait too much time as there were still guests waiting at next stations. It is the normal rule that the guests need to reach the meeting point in time and the rule is to all the guests who join the tour regardless where the guests are from. And finally you have caught up with the tour group. We are sorry again that you had bad experience due to missing the pickup in time. Thanks and have a good day.
