Positives is we covered a lot in one day and it was fun, negatives: 1. We received a call at 11:30 pm the day before of the tour to tell us to be ready at at 6:30 am, when I had already called in the morning that same day and they told us 9:00 am (good thing we were still awake) 2. Our tour guide was unfamiliar with the car he was driving, we stopped at a gas station and when I returned he left the door to the back seat wide open (with my book bag in plain view) he did not know how to operate the sliding doors and just left the back sliding door open. (Our tour guide was in late 70's) 3. Our tour guide also could not hear very well (hearing aids) so he would CONSTANTLY TALK! I would reply and he would just keep going, then when he started to hit 100 mph driving us to our destination, I really could not hear what he was saying because he did not speak very loud to begin with (a lot rambling). He passed a tour buss and two other cars in one passing. 4. Then our tour guide started having conflict with all the places we went, there was a guard who literally came up to him and said "We have told you this before you cannot drop off and pick up at this location" he got all bent out of shape about it that they treat tour guides so bad after they bring them so much business. But rules are rules. Overall the trip was fun but I think our tour guide was a replacement for the other tour guides, as they were on vacation? Well I hope this is the case because if not if you all are in for a treat if you get this elderly guy, lol.

Absolutely fabulous. Our guide,Jay was wonderful Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Aided us in reaching our bucket lists. Would highly recommend.

Jay was exceptional! He went above and beyond the entire trip! Not only making the trip fun and relaxing but professional as well. Took all the pictures and shared in all the laughs! I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a fabulous day with Lorenzo. He was very knowledgeable and let us make choices for activities in Zion. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Zion is spectacularly beautiful and Jay was a great tour guide! We only had one day there and were able to hit the highlights with Jay’s guidance. He is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, and made sure that everyone was safe and comfortable. This was a great trip for a small group of friends and family. He communicated with us the day before to go over all essential information. I would highly recommend this trip!

Great trip. Will advise anyone to do this. Once in a lifetime experience If your tour guide is Jay it will be your lucky day. Ask him if he put the sea level sign up on the cliff (inside joke).

Can’t rate this trip highly enough, we had a fantastic day with Jay. The journey in a very nice GMC SUV did help!! Visited The Hoover Dam then on too the Joshua Tree Forest before heading to the Grand Canyon West Ridge. Stopped at the Skyview restaurant with the best views ever to have something to eat. Jay provided great information and knowledge throughout the whole day. Can’t fault this trip and a great way to spend the day if your looking for a fantastic VIP trip. Definitely worth a 5/5?rating.

Our tour guide Jay was amazing and very educational about the areas we visited. He made the trip so much fun and views will last a lifetime. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone.

Went on an amazing VIP tour to the Grand Canyon, with a stop at the Hoover Dam, Jay was our guide. There were 7 of us, all family and friends. Jay communicated before the trip and the day of, just like I would have wanted him to. He was on time and his estimate of when we would be back was spot on. The day started with a stop at the Hoover Dam, it was not the tour that went down into the Dam, but we drove over it, stopped and Jay gave us some history and answered all of our questions. We were then off to the GC, stopped along the way to look at the Joshua Tree and along the way, he also gave us history of the tree. The next stop was lunch at the West Rim of the canyon. Lunch was very good and the views from the table we sat at were amazing, basically hanging over the edge. Some went on the Skywalk and enjoyed the view from there as well. After lunch, off to Guano Point, lots of history there and of course the amazing views, after a short hike. Because we had the VIP tour, Jay was able to drive us to Guano point and we did not have to jump on the hop-on-hop-off bus like the others. Jay kept us all entertained, took many pics with us in them and just made the day worth the $$. I would recommend this tour to anyone, who doesn't want to take the bus with lots of others.

We were so glad we took this tour. Death Valley is such an amazing place made all the better by the expert knowledge of our guide Jay. He knew all the best places to get all the best photos and everything was timed to perfection to be at each view point at the optimum time. When you travel as a couple you rarely get photos together thanks to Jay we have some great photos to remember an amazing trip.

I absolutely loved this tour. Jay was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable, and knew all the best spots for photos. The views were incredible and so different at every spot. 10/10 would recommend.
