We had booked an experience and they were being very unorganized until finally when we asked more details they told us that 3 out of the 4 things we booked to do were not available but they still wanted to charge the same price! They gave us a choice to cancel which we did and when it was time to get reimbursed the almost $500 that was charged they stopped responding to our messages. My clients booked themselves not understanding the process but Las Vegas en Tu Idioma assured me they would still compensate me for the referral. They did not. They refuse to answer my inquiries for the past two months. On top of that, my clients missed their tour due to their airline's repeated flight cancellation and delays. Without remorse they charged my clients $100 to reschedule their tour for another night. They got their money, and then some, and apparently that's all they care about. We booked the excursion to the Grand Canyon with helicopter and boat ride. A day before they called us by phone to indicate that unfortunately neither the helicopter nor the boat activity could be carried out due to an event that was taking place or something like that. They tried to compensate this with a night helicopter tour of Las Vegas but we were not interested, so we requested a refund of the difference between the amount paid and the trip to the Grand Canyon that we were going to do (more than €400). This is where the problems started. At first they tell us that due to company policy they cannot return the money. When we indicate that the cancellation of the activity has been on your part and not on ours and that in your own cancellation conditions it is specified that (and I quote verbatim) "in case of not being able to carry out the helicopter activity within the tour, The proportional amount of its value will be refunded", they respond to us with "your refund has already been processed".
Well, more than 15 days have passed and we have not received any refund, they do not respond to emails or WhatsApp, we have asked them for proof of the refund to claim from the bank if necessary and nothing, absolute silence.
A real scam, they have charged us for a service not provided and it seems that it is not the first time.
In addition to this I have to add that the helicopters were working normally that day and that other travelers with other agencies were able to make their complete excursion.

Terrible transportation.
This company took my wife and I to the Colorado Canyon, Skywalk and Hoover Dam on a 1-day tour.
The transportation was the worst experience of our lives. As if we were sardines in a can. It was a van for 14 people, into which we had to enter bent 90 degrees so as not to hit the roof of the vehicle once close to the seat, crawl until we fell and became encapsulated and limited in basic movements. We stayed like this for more than 2 hours with intervals until we reached our destination. A day later our backs are still sore.
I do not recommend this company to anyone due to its poor human consideration, much less to elderly people or people with motor difficulties.

The excursions were very well planned and with great professionalism from the guides. There they get a rating of excellence.
In a notable contrast is that when I made my reservation in December 2023 for an excursion in February 2024, the payment was doubled. I reported it immediately and was told there was no problem and I would be refunded. To date this has not happened. I have sent a multitude of emails to Mr Jameson (in charge of this matter) and he is dragging his feet on the matter. Five months have passed so far there has been no positive response or refund.
I don't see any will to do it.
Those who make the reservation I suggest you be very cautious about this. If the payment for the excursions is doubled, the possibilities of reimbursement are almost zero, at least in my experience

Watch this company. I booked this tour with helicopter descent and boating, several months before. The day before the tour I am told that the helicopter descent and the boat ride are cancelled, that the rest of the tour will be done and that I will be refunded the 600$ that the helicopter cost.
Almost a month later I am still waiting for the subscription and the worst part is that they do not respond to the emails and do not give me a reason.

I recommend this agency for this tour. They Are punctual. the price is right. Our guide and driver Luis Lopez was very capable of developing the tour with skill and knowledge, his explanations of the culture and what we saw. Lunch was enough and in time, we returned on time. Excellent excursion, the truth is that when buying online from Argentina I was a little afraid that it would not meet expectations or even be a scam, but absolutely the opposite. We met a GREAT guide who was Pedro, super friendly, funny and willing to answer all questions. I 100% recommend the company Las Vegas En Tu Idioma and the excursion as well, an incredible immensity, we were amazed. The lunch included in the skywalk is very delicious and varied.

Hola. Lamentablemente no tengo ese dato del cosro del Skywalk solo,ya que yo pagué el tour del dia completo (que es lo que mas conviene hacer)...Tener en cuenta que si va al Skywalk NO dejan usar el celular para tomar fotos y solo pueden hacerlo el personal de la atracción (el paquete de 10 a 15 fotos cuesta 60 dolares!...pero no es obligatorio. También se puede elgir comprar menos fotos (15 dolares c/u).
