We would like to address the cons listed in your review: 1) We assign seats beforehand to ensure that all groups are seated together and to avoid seating strangers shoulder to shoulder with one another. Since the beginning of the pandemic, this has been of paramount importance to us. As you noticed, we have seat groupings of one, two, three, and four seats and our guides plan a seating chart the night before based on the group sizes. 2) Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is by far our longest day tour and waste can accumulate quickly. We have let our guides know to be extra mindful of this going forward! 3) We apologize for any confusion with the lunch options and your ability to get a vegetarian meal. After speaking with your guide, it seems someone who did not order a vegetarian meal originally decided to have one after meals were ordered and this is why there was a shortage. He did make a second trip to the restaurant, however, to ensure that everyone received the meal of their preference. We are so glad to hear that you were happy with your tour overall and that those memories will last forever!
