Food, drink and art! What a great experience!
Ayesha was our tour guide today for the art district food tour and she was fantastic! She shared all sorts of tidbits of information about the history of the area and brought us to all kinds of art studios. She has a great energy which made this tour even more enjoyable. Would totally do another tour through Taste Buzz and Ayesha.

    Excellent tour
We loved the restaurants we sampled especially the Honolulu Cookie company, guava cookies were the best and my wife loved the dipped in chocolate cookies. Jim was very knowledgeable about Vegas history and future plans. We walked through some areas that are off the beaten path that we would not have experienced unless we took this tour with Jim. Excellent tour worth the money and time.

Best Historical Introduction to Las Vegas with great food stops!!
We began this walking tour on Fremont Street and ended at the Container Park. Jim was very knowledgeable and it was apparent that he loves this city. Our favorites were the first restaurant (BBQ) on Fremont Street and the last (Gelato) at the Container Park. Thanks Jim!

Amazing food tour for the entire family!
One of our favorite activities on vacation is a local food tour and this tour did not disappoint! Ayesha was fabulous, the food was delicious and the local stories were interesting. Our tween and teen enjoyed the tour and happily sampled everything. If you're on the fence about a food tour with tweens/teens, give this one a try- it was fast paced and kept everyone engaged and excited about the next stop. I'll be booking another tour on my next trip to Vegas!

    Spring in Las Vegas
We had a great time and really enjoyed the food we tried. It was both of our first times going on a food tour. We had no idea what to expect but our guide, Jim, was great and very knowledgeable about Las Vegas. It was cool to try new spots we may have never thought to try before or even knew about. Will definitely be returning to the hot dog spot next time we are in Vegas!

Shaun is awesome! He was kind, and considerate to my wife and I as well as every person we met along the tour. He quickly arranged bites and a drink at every stop, got us seating and offered inside views of great historical locations. Vegas is packed with American pop culture and historical items plus you eat delicious food and hang out with a great person for about 3 hours. Got our steps in and had fun in the process...so satisfied!

Went to Las Vegas for a quick trip, wanted to visit Fremont Street for the first time & figured this would be a great introduction to the area. Started at the Downtown Container Park and I could've spent hours there (actually went back the next day). Thought we wouldn't be able to eat again after the 2 stops at the park but we ambled around downtown for awhile while Shaun, tour guide, told us stories about the area. My favorite story was about 'Eat', I will be heading there first on my next trip. We walked down Fremont Street under the canopy and were shown some out of the way spots for fun activities. Made it to Main Street Station, a completely nondescript building from the outside, but the inside was amazing. Plus, Shaun was able to sneak us into the men's bathroom to see the Berlin Wall behind the urinals. (10/10 would recommend) The tour was just over 3 hours and about 1 1/2 miles total but with all the stops, it really didn't seem that long or far. All the food was delicious and some of the items were things I would never think to order normally. My friend and I were already planning our next trip to bring our families back to DTLV and will be taking them on the tour. Not sure we'll ever stay on the Strip again.

It’s not often a tour can change your mind about a town you’ve been going to for decades. While “ new” Vegas is so commercialized, expensive and impersonal; the charm and feel of Old Vegas is revived. We found affordable food that is excellent, lower limit bets and actual slot machines with handles. All this with many new trendy small businesses focusing on quality and value. Next time we’re staying in old Vegas.
Shawn Marcus was a treasure trove of insider info with fun facts and an engaging personality.

Really great way to learn about the less touristy restaurants of Fremont! There were 4 of us in our group and we all agreed that we only liked 2/4 restaurants. the BBQ place was bland and the vegan place was just flat out not good (there also wasn't enough room for everyone at the table so our party was split). We are really foodie people so we were all surprised to think this!

The Thai restaurant and the Bubble Waffle dessert were absolutely amazing and would totally recommend checking them out while in town.

April was really nice and informative. Please consider adding one more stop to the tour!

Hi Alex, We're delighted to hear how much you enjoyed the overall tour and some of the restaurants. We're sorry that not every stop was a crowd-pleaser for your party. Thank you so much for your feedback and for choosing Taste Buzz Food Tours. Safe travels and we look forward to showing you another delicious time in Vegas. Take care, cheers!

Great tour with fun information and delicious food. I did this tour with my 16 and 18 year old teens and even they enjoyed it. Our tour guide was wonderful and we saw a part of Vegas that we'd never visited in the past. Tour guide was prompt and prepared, food was brought out within minutes of our arrival, portions were filling. Well worht the cost!

We had the pleasure of completing the Downtown food tour with April as our guide. We’ve enjoyed many food tours in the past and we felt this one was the most informative. We left the tour not only full of delicious food (come hungry because there’s no shortage of food to enjoy) but also with a deeper perspective of the Las Vegas that exists well beyond the Strip and even beyond the Freemont area. April’s enthusiasm for how richly multifaceted Vegas is and what it is like to live there as a local were really interesting to learn about. After the tour, April took the time to write down recommendations for her favourite local places. The next day we checked out one of her recommendations in the Arts District and wow we loved it. We never would have found it as tourists. We are excited to return to Vegas one day in the future to check out more of April’s recommendations. We also appreciated that Taste Buzz followed up by emailing us photos from our tour.

Hello Phil and Amy, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. The company was founded in hopes to share the smaller and unique local Vegas culture that many visitors don't get to see or experience so we are absolutely thrilled to read your review about the time you shared with April in Downtown Vegas. There is still so much to the city we would love to share with you and we look forward to your next visit. Thanks for coming and sweet travels,

My husband and I took a 3 day weekend trip to Vegas for our 15 yr Anniversary. We have been to Vegas plenty of times and actually met there. I'm a self proclaimed "foodie" and was excited to do our first food tour in downtown Vegas! We wanted to do something different away from the strip. It was a Monday afternoon and we ended up having a private tour!

Shaun Marcus was awesome! He took us around downtown Vegas (Container Park, Fremont Experience, California Hotel, Golden Nugget etc) and had the yummiest food along the way! Even though some restaurants were closed (Covid and also being a Monday), he still made the best of the tour! Shaun is very personable and knows his food and Vegas history well. My husband and I are nerds and we love historical facts. Shaun is a plethora of knowledge! You mix food and history without the big groups (thanks Covid) and we were in the perfect place!!!

We already decided we will definitely book another food tour with Shaun on our next trip during the summer and stay in the Circa Hotel! And for those who are second guessing if the food is enough; YES!!! Food is plenty! If 3 hours seem long, it actually isn't. Time goes by fast! I only regret not taking notes of all the recommendations Shaun had for us the next visit. I also forgot to take pictures of the food except dessert! Definitely do the Food Tour first on your itinerary when visiting Vegas! We highly recommend this tour and highly recommend Shaun Marcus as a tour guide!!!

I've been to Las Vegas over a half dozen times, but I've never seen Vegas like I did on this tour. My daughter and I flew out for our first vacation after we were considered "fully vaxed," and we were so delighted with all the we learned. Charlie shared Vegas history along the way and introduced us to East Freemont Street. The Container Shops were our favorite part, and the ice cream shop was to die for! The best part of all was seeing the incredible street art murals that livened up downtown. This ranks up there as one of my favorite food tours. Thank you so much for the experience!

The food was delicious! I did feel like they could have been spaced a little better because between the first time we ate and the last 3 times we ate was like 2 hours so I was starving the first half and then the last 3 stops where like back to back. Our guide was late which was irritating especially because the reservation asks you to be early which we stood there for about 35 minutes and considering the group showed up before she did was extremely frustrating. I also felt like she could have had better energy in the very beginning as far as addressing us and being excited for the tour she seemed very irritated and gloomy. After the first 45 minutes though she was much nicer and enthusiastic. All the food and servers were great and the sites very beautiful and interesting to learn about. Would definitely do this same tour again!

Hi Momma Bird, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're glad you enjoyed the tour and our amazing downtown area. We definitely understand that when you're hungry, food can't come fast enough! I reassure you that it's 45 minutes between the first and second tastings. There is so much information and interesting sights that we want to share with you along the way! Check-in starts 10 minutes before your tour. Our tour guides aren't expected to be on location 35 minutes early, however, we appreciate you showing up in advance. We will definitely be having a talk to make sure our guides arrive enthusiastically and with a positive attitude. We can see how anything short of that can make the start of your tour irritating and we want to make sure you have an enjoyable experience from start to finish. If there is anything else you would like to tell us about your experience, we'd love to hear about it. You can reach us at 702-909-0337 or email hello@tastebuzzvegas.com. We can't express how much we appreciate your support in joining us during your stay and we look forward to 5 stars next time you're in town. Enjoy your travels! Cheers!

This was a fun afternoon walking food tour. First time through the Freemont Street area and it did not disappoint. Charlie our guide had a lot of local historic knowledge that was interesting to learn about. Four food stops and a decent amount of walking, some of it in the glaring Vegas heat with no shade, so remember those sunglasses, comfortable shoes and sunscreen. The food was varied and all quite tasty. I'm not a vegan but the stop at the vegan place was surprisingly good. It was really nice to have the food served shortly after arriving and tables reserved for us, no waiting in long lines. The last stop was dessert and I'm still thinking about that delicious peanut butter and chocolate pie. Also met some fun people in our group as well.
