- martin r0 contributionsWorth while trip,My wife and I took the trip yesterday, got picked up at our hotel 6.30 am, picked up a a few other at different hotels, we were then taken for breakfast, the breakfast was fine, dine a quick stop at the hoover dam then off the the Grand Canyon, it was nice to get out of the city and see some of the country side, the drive was fantastic, he kept us informed of race area we were passing through. We both enjoyed see the Grand Canyon.Written February 12, 2025

- V1983TFseanr0 contributionsSweet Tours Grand Canyon West tourThe tour was fantastic. Wally made the tour fun and exciting and was very informative. There were so many incredible photos we took at the hoover dam, eagle point and guano point. The sky bridge was amazing, another great experience on a fantastic day in the grand canyon. I highly recommend using sweet tours for the grand canyon west experience.Written February 10, 2025
- sashakeena0 contributionsAmazing Trip & Tour at Grand CanyonWe booked our Grand Canyon tour through the Bellagio & we were very happy that we did! Our driver Wally did an amazing job on updating us on the sites & surrounding! Plus what to. See & do first once we arrived at the Grand Canyon! We also stopped at the I Ho for a tasty breakfast which was included in the tour. Unlimited bottled drinking water was available during our excursion.Written February 9, 2025

- Passport590189489140 contributionsGrand Canyon West rim was great! We really enjoyed our Grand Canyon West rim tour. Wally was an exceptional guide as he was very knowledgeable and very kind! We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Breakfast was great. We appreciated the coffee stops! We wished we would’ve gotten a sub at the subway there instead of getting the lunch at the canyon, because it was expensive and just ok. $25 for a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. We did not do the skywalk as we heard you couldn’t take a camera or phone with you to take photos and we didn’t want to pay the extra amount and not get photos. Make sure to go up the trails at guano point for an awesome view!Written February 8, 2025

- debbiecD1947HW0 contributionsWonderful experience going to the Hoover DamMr. G was a wonderful tour guide. We lucked out and ended up being the only guests on the tour on Sunday. This made the day more enjoyable because we didn’t have to worry about wrangling a big group at each stop. Mr. G was gracious to offer a stop at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign before heading to breakfast. We dined at the oldest casino in Nevada, standard breakfast options. No complaints on the food/service. He provided historical insights during the drive and gave us ample time to explore the Hoover dam and stop by the Pat Tillman bridge on the way back to Vegas. This tour takes you inside the generator room, but not the extra trip into the dam. This worked perfect for us since we didn’t need the extra 30 minutes inside when trying to get to the airport for our flight. I would absolutely recommend this tour excursion for anyone looking to checkout the Hoover dam for a quick trip with a professional company.Written February 6, 2025
- krK7846JI0 contributionsGrand Canyon west rim and SkywalkMy wife and I had a great time. The tour driver we had his name was Charles he was excellent he had a lot to say about what was going on around Vegas and he was very informative. The Skywalk was very nice.Written February 5, 2025
- billytee670 contributionsExcellent experience! We enjoyed this tour immensely. Our driver was right on time and the late January weather was beautiful. He gave a very informative history lesson on the trip to the dam and let us take as long as we wanted at the photo stops. The breakfast at the historic casino was an unexpected extra with the added benefit of feeling like real, “untouristy” Las Vegas. The time spent at the actual dam was about two hours, which was plenty for the power plant tour, lots of photos and a coffee/restroom break but anyone interested in a more detailed visit might find that too short, just fyi. We thought the tour was an excellent value and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Bill!Written February 3, 2025

Tour started out great, with re-confirmation the day before and the morning of the tour. Pickup on time by Paul in a very nice SUV, and provide a continental breakfast and waters. Nice drive out to the park, with good commentary. Once at the park, told to get in line for 30 minutes, and board park shuttle to the first stop. Well, 1 1/2 hrs later of waiting, we finally boarded the shuttle, and then 30 minutes later, we were told by Paul to get off and re-board to return to our original location. It is now 1:30pm, and we only seen the park from the inside of a standing room only bus. We then headed to the upper road of the park, for a 20 minute photo op at a view point. Then it was time to leave the park. We were not given any free time to walk around park, or do a short hike (30 min) on one of the many trails. This was advertised as a 12hr+ tour, and we did 10 1/2 hrs door to door. Ive done other van tours to Zion, where we were dropped off by the van at Canyon View trail for a hike, and picked back up an hour later. Plus we did four different 5 minute view point photo ops. This tour by Sweet, was done mostly by looking out of the window of the SUV.

My family of 4 adults were the only ones who signed up on the day of our tour so it turned out to basically be a private tour. The scheduled guide for the day was sick so we got a call from Linda in the office telling us they were getting us a new guide. After a brief delay, that was very well communicated by Linda, Paul ended up being our guide for the day. Great guy! We had an incredible day exploring Zion and Paul was very knowledgeable of the park and everything that we drove by on the way out and back. I highly recommend using SWEETours!

My lady and I had a great trip to Zion National Park with Paul of Sweetours. There were only three of us all together on this trip. It was very cozy. Paul is an excellent encyclopedia of relevant information about the area between Las Vegas and the Park and then he took his time to explain to us the geological history of the Zion Park. He can overwhelm you at times with the details of the information he provides, but he is way worth listening to. On top of it, he is a good person. A trip that is well worth the effort.

I can only speak for myself when I say this trip only gets two stars because we made it to Zion in one piece and I got to see it.
To start, the tour place did not send me the right time to meet my pick up. It texted me saying 6:40am, but the drive called me telling me it was 6:15am. Okay, only 25 minutes difference but not a good start.
Second, the transportation was just this guys car. It was like an expensive Uber driver. The “snacks” were just a belvita biscuit and a banana. The “unlimited water” was like a 24 pack of bottles.
The driver was fine enough, but he was speeding, swerving, passing on one ways, and generally not being too safe while driving. Once we made it to Zion, he took us to one pull away (rushing us by the way) and then turned around and took us to the visitor center. He instructed us that we only had two hours from getting on the bus and then we had to come back. Two hours. If you’ve been to Zion, you know you can’t do much in two hours. There was no photo opps other than what we did ourselves.
After that, lunch wasn’t even paid for and we had no choice of where to go. He didn’t ask if we wanted coffee, or snacks, or anything. He would not stop for us. We basically were forced to go to Subway of all things and he just gave us each 10 dollars, which you know can’t really buy anything there anymore unfortunately. He basically rushed us in shopping for souvenirs and told us not to “dilly dally.”
Again, a pleasant enough guy, but I feel like the wool was pulled over my eyes about the experience. He didn’t guide us anywhere. He just dropped us off and told us to hurry. I didn’t even want to tip the guy but I guess I did for the gas and the wear and tear on the car.

Unfortunately, this is probably the worst tour I've been on.
1. It's a 12 hour tour and you only get to walk around Zion for about 20 minutes. The "two hours" at Zion involves lengthy drives on shuttles plus waiting in line for the shuttles. You DO NOT get to walk around for two hours AT ALL.
2. It says breakfast and lunch are included. There was zero lunch and "breakfast" was a stop at a convenience store.

We were picked up promptly at the Bellagio at 6 am by Art Chesmore, a certified private Las Vegas tour guide. We were transported to Zion in a very clean, comfortable car. Art provided us with boxed breakfasts and stops for restrooms as needed. He is very knowledgeable and narrated to us, interesting facts about the sights and places we were crossing. Zion was an absolute gem! He took us to all the main sights, shared the history of the geology and rock formations, took pictures of us. For lunch we went to a Subway and then came back to the park for a few more sights. We were a total of 5 in the group. It was such a memorable day. Thank you Art, for showing us the majesty and grandeur of Zion NP. We can't wait to tour with you again!

So glad you enjoyed your tour to Zion National Park, our very first National Park! It is so beautiful this time of year and Art Chesmore always provides an outstanding tour experience. He is so well versed with the archeology segments and enjoys sharing it with all. Besides that, he is a very nice person who loves what he does. I will pass on your gracious comments to him. Happy New Year 2022 to you and family.

We did 2 trips with Sweet tours The Grand canyon national park and the Hoover Dam. Both tours were enjoyable and informative both Mr G and Melissa were very knowledgeable and friendly. We liked the fact that both tours were small groups and we were able to socialise with other tourists. Elaine and Peter.

The variety of the sandstone rocks throughout the park was astounding. Our guide/driver Paul from Sweetours knew much more than the basics and had a wonderful way of sharing information. Lots of history and features about Zion. Very comfortable van and plenty of food and water provided. A well-spent day!

Some of the most spectacular views I have ever seen! There are trails for every level of ability. In the off season, we were able to drive in and go to different spots on our own. It is my understanding, the in season a shuttle bus transports people every where. We saw many deer roaming (30+) and they aren’t afraid of humans & don’t run off. It’s an easy drive from Vegas for a day trip. I wish we had more time.
