My husband and I celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary on this tour with David as our pilot. Wow what and extraordinary experience from start to finish. Thank you David and Grand Canyon Tours.

Unbelievable, massive thankyou to the pilot Kane, he truly made our experience, the helicopter was fully air conditioned , clean and the music playlist was brilliant, Kane guided us through all the landmarks and pointed out wildlife and local information on buildings etc , he really made the experience, and was a lovely guy. Just a shame about the other helicopter pilot, I believe it was Dillon😂😂. He managed to land his helicopter right next to us to create a draft whilst eating our picnic(Kane you owe me a beer). Papillon is the only company I would recommend to future explorers

This is the 2nd time I’ve done this tour and it was just as amazing as the first time. Confirmation email with all information received after booking. I phoned them upon arrival into Vegas to confirm booking as required. Pick up was on time. Our pick up was from Bellagio as they didnt pick up from Paris, however we were dropped back to Paris whicn was great after a full on morning. Very well organised however would’ve liked more time after the sky walk to look around before heading back for the helicopter. Views are amazing as expected. Loved the boat ride and the sky walk was fun too. We received 1 free photo each which was enough but you can purchase all if you wanted. Would highly recommend this trip.

Amazing trip from start to finish. It was a smooth flight to and from the canyon. Our pilot Antonio was very pleasant and informative throughout the journey. We flew over Hoover Dam enroute to the canyon and came back over the strip before landing back at Papillon. We flew with 2 other couples (6 pax total). They play music over the headsets which is pretty cool. Plenty of opportunities for photos and champagne and snacks were provided under a sheltered canopy at the canyon. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing tour from start to finish! The company have been fabulous. We visited from the UK on our honeymoon and bought a voucher during an online sale. We were supposed to call to be able to book the date and time but we were able to arrange this over email. We arrived at the airport in good time (be aware that Page is on arizona time and do not observe the daylight saving time). Gerod was a wonderful pilot! He was so funny and a brilliant flyer. The views are beautiful and the ride is such a thrill. I felt safer in this than I do an airplane. The butte landing rendered us speechless as it was so majestic. We got to sit in the front as, by chance, we were the only people on the tour slot. Top tip: listen to the song 'Grand Canyon' by Puscifer.

This was a very easy tour to be part of - pick up is from various hotels on the Strip (ours was the one next door) and about a 35/40 minute drive to the air field. Check in was easy, you can request front seats for a fee and if approved it’s well worth it (unobstructed views). Once arriving and Grand Canyon West air field you can choose any additional add ons you want, our tour already included the Skywalk. A bus takes you to Eagle Point and Guano Point, both a 5 minute drive. There is a third point to stop at but that requires a different bus and more time. The downside I would say is you do feel like you are short of time due to the return flight time, the Skywalk queue is fairly long and does take some time which didn’t leave us very long for Guano Point. Overall a great tour with some amazing views both in flight and at the viewing points.

The views were amazing. Gianni our pilot was awesome. We got so many pictures of Horseshoe Bend and the dam that were simply outstanding. I wish the flight did not end we had so much fun. It was so awesome to land at the top of Tower Butte. Taking off was even better. Thanks, Gianni for a great helicopter ride.

This was an awesome experience. Gianni was our pilot. Gianni was an outstanding experienced pilot. Was very informative. He was extremely professional and had a great personality. My husband and I had a wonderful time talking with Gianni. When we landed on Butte Mountain the view was breathtaking. If you have never done a helicopter tour this one is for you. You will not be disappointed at all. I wish we had done a much longer time. Thanks Gianni!!!!😎

Pathetic experience! If given back right side, just walk off and save your money. Celebrating my wife’s birthday and booked this for a great experience. When we were at the location, we were asked to weigh in then asked to sit. After our call for the inflight, we were asked to sit on the right back side of the helicopter. I have to say that these seats are very bad for viewing the strip as the chopper alwYs flys from the right side and only ppl in front and on left can see the strip well. We had the worst view and my partner being a little short was hardly able to see the view of the strip. We came back disappointed and asked for a refund and were told that we need to work with our booking agent (Viator). We contacted Viator and they said that we were offered the front seat which is inaccurate. We are not given a refund and I think that is bad customer service and way to increase their profit by giving a poor exprience by over selling the seats which are not good for strip viewing.

Great experience other than an hr delay. Wonderful views. The delay was too long so I think they rushed the flight somewhat.

The tour was fantastic and comprehend everything you need if you do not have a long stay and want to see almost everything West Rim has to offer. First you get pick up in Las Vegas and driven to Boulder City where you board a plane. The pilots are vey nice and make you feel very welcome. The flight is great window views was fantastic and then you disembark to take the very short but wow views of the Grand Canyon edges! (Front seats looks amazing! would have wish I had pay extra for front row seat. But great views from my back seat too just not has splendid). The boat ride that reminds me a bit of a pontons was very good and gave you a great view from the bottom up so you get the top, bottom and middle sightseeing can't go wrong with that! Then you have the tousist part that brings you to eagle point where you learn more of the Hualapai Tribe (Which they offered traditional food in the restaurant instead or with the normal American junk food ). You also can do the glass bridge if you pay extra (I didn't see the point of it as you are not allowed camera...) Then you get to go Guano Point which as great views, lovely little walk. Would have like to go discover more at the Hualapai point but the bus did not offer that stop. prior to returning to the plane to go back to Las Vegas. Yes really enjoyed it and recommend it. Only downside is they do not collect from your accomodation so you need to go to specific collection point (Hotel).

We went at night and sit in the front of the helicopter. We could see everything. Took lots of video. Such an amazing experience! Highly recommend 😀

Absolutely amazing experience flying to see the Grand Canyon. Our pilot Dylan did an outstanding job, and made the trip even more special with his natural way with Jake. We both really enjoyed it!!
