- YummyRosi0 contributionsGreat Experience! My friends and I loved the Red Rock Scooter tour. Our guide from beginning to end was absolutely amazing; starting from the pick-up at our hotel to drop off. He was from Hawaii and had a plethora of knowledge about the area. It was so nice to get outside of the city of Vegas for a half day and be in nature. I highly recommend this tour!Written June 30, 2024

- 281tamik0 contributionsNot worth the moneyYou will not tour Fremont under the canopy as the segweys are not allowed there. The food was basic, nothing special. Segweys were worn and unkept.Written June 5, 2024
- FollowFortuna0 contributionsA Fun Fabulous Food tourJosh our guide was incredibly patient and professional. - 970duanel0 contributionsRed Rock Rebels Ride AgainHighlight of our Vegas vacation so far and the best way to see Red Rock Canyon. From hotel pick up to drop off it was pleasure to hang out with Tomas and Marcus. The scooter instruction instilled confedence even for our inexperienced drivers, they were fun and informative throughout the tour! Would highly recommend this adventure, and will definitely do it again!Written May 29, 2024
- Tim S0 contributionsBest part of Las Vegas! We loved this tour, it was the best part of our Las Vegas vacation! Thomas is a great tour leader and Marcus is equally good. Thomas is very patient, training the riders on how to handle the scooters, with a major emphasis on safety. My wife was having trouble with short legs which made it hard to put her feet on the ground, and equilibrium issues. Thomas took his time with her, and finally asked her if she felt that she could ride the scooter safely. She said no, and Thomas offered her a partial refund and offered a ride in the van with Marcus. The partial refund was really nice but we declined the offer. It was no fault of the scooter company and a really nice offer. My wife had fun riding with Marcus and got to see all of the wonderful scenery! Thanks guys, you made on trip!!!Written May 16, 2024
- errinleef20160 contributionsHave to do Electric Scooter TourI have always wanted to do a scooter tour and when we saw there was an electric scooter tour at Red Rock Electric Scooter Tours we jumped at the chance. Sean made our booking stress free and had everything ready for us. Tomas was the best tour guide, was easy to talk to, shared a wealth of knowledge and made sure that he adjusted the tour to our riding skills. Marcus was an excellent wing man. He followed us to be sure that we had support if required and took care of the maintenance of our bikes, if needed, during our stops. Excellent scenery, guides and the weather was awesome! Totally made our Vegas trip. Thanks so much.Written May 9, 2024

This was probably my tenth Segway tour - all in different cities - and Las Vegas and Shawn Marcus certainly didn’t disappoint! I have found Segways to be the best way to see a city in a short time, and guides to be exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate who really enjoy their jobs. And it only takes a few minutes to get the hang of operating a Segway.
My only concern pre-tour was the Las Vegas heat. With a predicted high of 109 on an August day, Shawn mitigated this by providing a cooling towel, multiple waters, and opportunities to cool off in a casino and the site of Pawn Stars. Plus I never felt rushed and the breeze of riding on a Segway made the heat bearable.. The Container Park where we met for the tour was interesting as well.
Now this tour does not visit the world famous Strip, but rather the old downtown Vegas and what is known as the Fremont Street Experience. Still there is plenty of neat history, neon, and sights to see. Shawn is very knowledgeable about the area, offering plenty of food tips and pointing out various movie sites. Suggestion: Watch Casino before your tour. Also Shawn is great for insights of stuff to do on the Vegas Strip as well, so I would encourage you to put your Segway tour at the start of your Vegas trip to take advantage of his suggestions.

If you like riding Segways then you will want to take this guided tour! Our tour guide Thomas gave us an informative tour along the arts district and through some of the neighborhoods close by. Thomas was informative and entertaining. This company also does a guided Segway food tour which we try and do each time we are in Las Vegas.

Loved every part of this tour! Sean was fabulous. He told us a ton of fun facts - things we never would've known about Vegas. My teen especially loved the tour. The team is also very conscious of giving the group breaks from the heat, as well as providing cold neck towels. It's clear that this crew loves what they do - their passion for Vegas, people and food is unparalleled. Best part of our trip to Vegas!

This was a fantastic and interactive way to learn about the history of "old Las Vegas." The Segways are easy to use and take almost no time in which to get accustomed. Radios are used to communicate along the way. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the history of downtown Las Vegas and the origins of the city that predate "the Strip." I do not recall her name but she plays in a local band and gave us a good update of the local music scene.
Much of the the area surrounding Fremont Street in downtown have been rehabbed and includes many artistic touches. We enjoyed our stops at the Pawn Wars pawn shop as well as as the Mandalay Bay shooting memorial and Golden Nugget. I suggest wearing comfortable shoes as by the end of the tour your feet will thank you. While the Segways are fun and easy to use you are still standing on your feet and they can get hot. If you're on the fence take the leap. You'll be glad you did.

My wife and I ( both 73) were in Vegas for a few days and wanted to see a number of places, so we went on a Segway tour.
We were thrilled to find a way to get around with a guide and not be exhausted after 30 minutes of touring. The Segway is a great way to get around, see things.
Tom was our guide and he was really good at pointing out things of interest, while making sure that the group was safe and having a good time.
We had such a good time that we will be doing it again when we return to Vegas. Thanks Segway Las Vegas for a memorable time.

My tour guide, Shawn, was exceptional! I felt very safe at all times because he was continuously pointing out potential pitfalls to avoid a wipeout. He was very knowledgeable on Las Vegas history while also being courteous and entertaining throughout the tour. Definitely an activity I will do again and bring others. Highly recommended!!

We did this tour 1st time about 3 years ago, had great memories. This time around it was even better! Newer equipment (loved cruising on Segway’s throughout the downtown!) Our guide Josh was absolutely amazing, super chill, attentive and told us so much information about the history of Vegas, more resent events, shows, etc.
Great tour! I would definitely recommend doing one of the tours they have, every time you’re in Vegas.

Highly recommend this tour for those people who are unfamiliar with the Old Vegas community. I've been to Old. Eggs many times but never fully Understood how it all began. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and didn’t miss a beat. He was from Hawaï and from listening to him you would have thought he was a native of Las Vegas. Sean, the owner was very accommodating. We had scheduled this tour for last summer but had to cancel due to COVID. Our reservation was still in his files and was able to schedule us once again for the tour. If you have the time begin your day with this tour while sightseeing in Old Vegas.

My fiance and I booked a tour and our tour guide was Shawn Marcuz. Shawn did and excellent job, he started off by teaching us how to operate the Segways and having us drive them around. We then began our tour and Shawn made the whole experience fun and interesting. He kept us entertained as he shared fun facts and trivia about Las Vegas and it's casinos, hotels, restaurants and businesses. We would highly recommend both Segway Las Vegas and Shawn Marcuz as a fantastic guide. I know that we will be going on another tour on our next trip to Vegas, most likely going to book the Red Rock Scooter Tour

We take Segway tours wherever possible…….Savannah, Seattle, Chicago, Puerto Rico. This was the best tour and I don’t know how we will ever have one better! Shaun is the perfect guide that has thought of everything to make your experience memorable. Small groups, handheld earpieces, water, sunscreen, cooling towels for the incredibly hot days are just a few personal touches that Shaun provides. I loved learning little tidbits throughout and would definitely go back and do a different tour when we go back to Vegas! Thank you Shaun for the perfect day!
One helpful tip would be to get there a little bit early as you have to pay to park. We also didn’t see the location right away so maybe allow for an extra 15 mins to get familiar with your surroundings.

I don't remember the minimum age because we didn't have any kids with us. I am sure they would have to be able to handle the machine by themselves since there isn't enough room for two on the machine. I would think they need to be old enough to know how to handle a motorized machine.... even if it is electric. Go to their FA Questions ... they might give you an answer. Have fun!

You train for about 5 minutes per person...then off you go, for at least another hour and 45 minutes, with some breaks while looking at sights. The breaks are nice because your feet do get tired.
