It was a great experience. We loved it. The helicopter rides were fantastic and fun, the scenic flights were great (although the first officer said there was narration through head sets and it’s just classical music). The pontoon boat ride was awesome and Steve the boat driver was very informative and took heaps of pictures for us. Pick up / drop off transfers were easy to navigate. We were given a VIP pass for the skywalk, which meant we got to go straight to the front of the queue to get in (there was about 200 people waiting) so that was really great. The only downside was the initial wait from getting off the scenic flight (was told 10-15 minutes) however it was an hour, had we have been told this in the first place we might have been able to visit a point while we waited and after the pontoon boat ride waited about 40 minutes. These wait times meant we were very rushed at eagle & guano points and only spent about 10 minutes at each which we were disappointed with.

The Grand Canyon was amazing, plenty of time there. Incredible experience. The pilots were very friendly. It was our bad luck that we ere the first hotel pick up and sat on the bus for over an hour before leaving the Vegas Strip. On the way back there was a delay with the bus as we had to wait for passengers from another plane, and this was poorly communicated to us.

This was SO cool! Seeing the canyon from an aerial is the only way to even try to fathom how vast it is. The tour was amazing as it was quiet, peaceful, and didn't feel like a tourist attraction. The workers at Bar 10 Ranch were so kind and hospitable - cooked us a delicious meal and made us feel right at home. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the canyon and so friendly. Don't even get me started on our pilots!!! They were awesome and made the environment feel very safe. It was the perfect amount of time for 3 teenagers who didn't want to stand or hike in the heat for hours. Would 10/10 recommend this experience! I have nothing negative to comment on. We loved it!!

We had a great time and my nephews enjoyed themselves. It was hot but they provided us with nice cold water during the trip. Totally worth the $$$.

Our time was brought forward to a 6.00am start rather than 11.00am. In hindsight, great move as it reached 120oc that day. Shuttle Pick up from hostel was on time and great. Checkin at boulder city airport, easy. Eric, our pilot from BC to GC was great, super flight both there and back and seeing the Hoover dam, Mojave desert and gran canyon, awesome. At BC airport we was met by a young fella, who showed us a safety video. Then we sat there for 50minutes with no communication as to when we go in the helicopter. Eventually we climbed on the helicopter and flew down to the canyon floor. Our pilot (Dave) was awesome, really knowledgeable and friendly. We then jumped on the boat where Jay, the skipper took the us up the Colorado river, nice guy informative and fun. At the end he did slow 360 of the river so we could video, nice touch. Back on the helicopter to BC where the young fella met us. He drove us to the skywalk, we had VIP tickets which took us to the front of the queue. However, due to sitting around for 50mins we didn’t have time to do the skywalk as we wanted to get to Guano point as well. All in all, super trip $1000 (US) well spent. Only negative was the young fella attitude and the sitting about which cost us the skywalk!!

Imagine booking your dream romantic vacation several months ahead, just to be ruined in the last minute by these unprofessional people. I booked a package for myself and my significant other couple of months ahead, which included airplane transport from Las Vegas and Grand Canyon helicopter tour. I called a week ahead to confirm, as instructed and I was reassured that it’s all good. On the day of the tour, we were waiting for the pick up at our hotel. They never showed up. When I called, they said the tour was cancelled due to “unscheduled plane maintenance “! They claimed they tried to reach out to me “multiple times”. But they did t even have my phone or my credit card number which they charged for the full amount when I reserved the tour! Talk about ruining your dream vacation! They offered to reschedule to a future date, like people are available on demand to go to Grand Canyon! I checked and noticed they had sent an email less than 20 hours before the pick up time to inform me about cancellation. Do they think people check their email every minute? What’s wrong with a phone call? And less than 24 hours heads up! It’s been 5 days now and I don’t see my money refunded. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. They should be ashamed and out of business. You can’t play with people like this and get away with it. Do yourself a favor and go book your tours somewhere else.

Unfortunately our tour never got off the ground. Things started badly when the bus didn't pick us up from our hotel even though I rang and confirmed pick up time and location the day before. We were told by the transfer manager or (driver) to go to a nearby hotel as traffic was too busy to return. We did this but still no bus. When I rang the Airline again i was told to get a cab and get there ASAP. We arrived at the airport well before the 9.15 supposed departure and nothing was happening. We were given the sticker indicating our flight and then others started arriving. About 9.30 the other tour left but there was no sign of another airplane! We were told at about 9.45 the airplane had a technical problem with the communications equipment and would be 20 minutes. After 10.30 we were told that the flight was cancelled and they would organise a bus to return us to our hotel. Around 11.00 the bus returned us and about 5 others who were also booked. The airline reimbursed me for our taxi fare when I requested it. My copy of the agreement cancellation clearly shows where we should have been picked up. Waste of half a day and also the main reason for our short stopover in Las Vegas! We booked about 3 weeks before the tour date.

I am so disappointed. I planned this trip for the only day I had in Vegas, and the tour operator cancelled the trip with no reason at 2pm the previous day. They offered either doing it another day (which I couldn’t do), or a refund (which at least I hope happens soon). With such sort notice, it has been impossible to book other trip for that day, and I am now missing on my Grand Canyon experience thanks to this. I wish they could at least give me a reason, but they just said they cancelled the flight. So disappointed and frustrated.

We had arranged this experience for 7th May but we’re contacted on the morning of the 6th to say it had been cancelled due to maintenance of the aircraft. We were offered a different day on 8th however we had other plans and we were not overly keen on booking another trip given the plane had just been maintained. There was little information given as to why the maintenance was required, why this was not planned or why it could return to service so quickly. No much of an apology either, nor any post the trip or even an offer of a discount for another trip etc either. Clearly there are some who have had a great time, however seems that there is no margin here in terms of any replacement craft / other options if something goes wrong so be wary. If you book, maybe have another clear day available to you in case what happened to us happens to you.

Amazing experience. The airline staff and ranch staff couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming. Incredible views from the flight. We rode 4wheelers and had a blast while taking in the incredible canyon views on the trail. Lunch served after was great.

We had a great tour of the Grand Canyon. Our drivers to/from the hotel were nice. The check in staff were all pleasant and friendly. Our pilot and captain were great. We did have quite a bit of turbulence which is out of their control. The only issue we had on flight was that neither of our head sets were working, so we did not hear any of the programmed information. Upon our return, there was a gentleman sitting at the transportation desk. He would yell at whoever walked by, "Did you check in?", if not, "Why didn't you check in?". He was approached by a spouse, about his tone and mannerisms with his wife. The gentleman proceeded to "dismiss" him. This made for a very uncomfortable situation for all of us. I would highly consider not keeping him as a staff member. I feel he owes an apology to all of us for his actions.

Again airline was late again. Thank goodness the your company in Arizona was able to move things around and was able to give us our tour but we had to stay an extra hour. Pilot was great and tried to make the time in the air. Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend were amazing.

It was an incredible experience, highly recommended! The airplane, helicopter & boat combination was so worth the money. Cannot fault it!
