Did not pick us up in the correct place- had all 15 people rush through the casino to another location. Get on the shuttle and it was SO DIRTY!! There was trash on almost every row. Foot prints everywhere. The shuttle was also incredibly hot. On top of all of this the driver was extremely rude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. - Venture164426836410 contributionsShuttle service scamWhen we booked from Las Vegas airport to the Luxor, we're supposed to be in an ADA handicap accessible shuttle. They did not have one ended up taking their regular shuttle to the hotel and then on the day of pick up their tickets specifies being downstairs outside waiting 10 minutes before your schedule time which was our time was 11 AM, we were outside by 1020 a shuttlebus for this company pulls up at 10:30. Tell us they can't pick us up. They're dropping off but another shuttle should be here by 11 at 11:30. Shuttle shows up again not an ADA shuttle shows up says he's not supposed to pick anyone up till noon. Then I asked what's going on because we were supposed to be picked up at 11. He gets in his shuttle doesn't say anything and drives off the number for customer service to reach them. nobody ever responded. Ended up having to catch an Uber to the airport. This is a scam. There was an issue with the pickup location, which would’ve been fixable had there been any customer service available—but there wasn’t because it was a shift change. So we ended up taking an Uber (we just decided to forget about the $100 I spent on the limo). The next day, I contacted the company and asked them to call me. But the company ghosted us and failed to pick us up at our hotel on day of departure, even if they sent us a confirmation sms. Tried to call, but no option to speak to a human being. We had to take a $30 taxi to make our flight. We feel totally scammed. I know ripping off people is a Las Vegas tradition, but don’t say we didn’t warn you about these guys. I exchanged emails with Bell several times prior to the journey, and was assured the driver would text the passenger and I 30 mins before booking. I received no text, the driver never showed, and all of Bell's phone numbers go straight to automated answer machones with no people at the end of them. No one answered on email, and I have not received a refund. This company is awful, do not go near it, it should be dissolved.Written December 14, 2023

Our drivers were amazing. They were on time, immaculate vehicles and they gave great tips for our visit. Make sure you get a round trip transfer back to the airport. You will receive a complimentary bottle of wine from Super Liquors. Waters were $12 a case. Walgreens has waters for slightly cheaper. Tipping: You can tell the operator at the time of booking the amount you wish tip via your credit card or bring cash to tip the driver directly. This made our trip very relaxing. We were able to get to all of our reservations and shows in great time. We will definitely use Bell again for our next visit.Written November 13, 2023

She's a savvy traveler but with being older now needs some help on occasion. I actually booked a one way provate transfer with meet & greet through Execu Car who actually contracts it out to Bell Trans Go for the LAS trips. Have to be honest, after I booked, something seemed off so I checked out some reviews and the BBB(I was rushing and clearly should have done it first), there were a few great reviews and several horrible, "bait & switch" typs of reviews. Now I was panicked that I had arranged a bad transfer for my mom. I called Bell Trans and spoke to Bianca. She was extremely patient, explained the orders for the job hadn't made it to her system yet and told me to call back in an hour which I did. At that point the trip was visible in the system and she noted the "special care" I requested for my mom and trabeling companions. She explained exactly how the pick up would work and sent me confirmation with a link to track the driver in real time an hour before. I waited all day still a bit unsure and called the dispatch when I couldn't see any tracking updating. They advised her friend flight was delayed so the driver wasn't there yet but gave me his cell. Once I saw the plane landed, I called the driver Areffa, and updated him about my mom and friends. He called her directly when he was heading over and texted me to let me know when he met them and had them loaded safely. I was super grateful for this attention to my mom and friends and havr to say I was very pleased with the service from both back offixe and the driver. No one at the desk when we arrived at T3. Confirmed and booked transfer from Planet Hollywood to Airport, waited 1 .5 hrs, no one answered the phone when we dialled the number, and the Bell staff at the hotel kiosk shrugged their shoulders and said get a Taxi when we asked for help, which in the end we did. - JP19750 contributionsHorrible driver for ride from airport!I traveled with my parents to Vegas and arranged for round trip limo service to/from airport from Bell Trans as a special treat. Our driver that picked us up from airport made this a less than enjoyable experience. When we met the driver and were walking to our limo, I inquired about the complimentary champaign that was included in my package. The driver was clearly annoyed, and responded with 'well, I guess we can get champaign if you really want it'. This was part of package we booked, so didn't understand why he acted as if we were asking for something extra. He also was annoyed when I asked if we could drive down the strip to get to our hotel, when it was not out of the way, or cause us to go over our allotted one-hour time limit. When we arrived at the store to pick up the champagne, the driver asked us not to use the champagne glasses in the limo, as he 'saw a previous customer putting while powder in the glasses' and he 'wasn't sure if it was poison or drugs'. He then pulled out a couple of red plastic cups that he said we should use instead. If there was a problem with the glasses, why didn't he remove and/or clean them? For the money I paid for this service, having the driver say there might be 'poison or drugs' in the glasses' was insane. This was completely unacceptable, and my parents were mortified. I notified the company about our experience, and they responded saying they would talk to the driver. But I can't recommend this service based on this experience.Written October 4, 2023
- shawnaj9270 contributionsForgotten at the airport on our anniversary, and then charged moreI want to start this off that this review has nothing to do with our driver, Lisa, she was absolutely fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed riding with her. The reason for the two star review is because when I booked the initial service for pick up at the airport, their direct site gave me no option to plug in our flight or airline information, so I just plugged in what time we needed to be picked up and what time we would be landing. At no point did anyone reach out to us to inquire which airline or flight we were on. ***Again, this was booked directly through their site, not a different affiliate site.*** When we got off our flight and made our way to baggage claim, no one was there to greet us. (my husband had no idea I arranged a limo for our anniversary, so this really ruined the surprise) We waited for about 20min searching the airport baggage claim area for our driver before calling dispatch to find out what happened. They explained that they did not have a driver for us, but that they would dispatch one immediately so we were left waiting for over 40 minutes in total before anyone came to get us. The person I spoke to also informed me that we had a “balance” that needed to be paid so they promptly charged my credit card for another $22. The initial confirmation email I received when I first booked with my receipt confirmed that I was paid in full but they decided to tack on at the last minute extra taxes and fees, as well as a $15 meet and greet. (Which, of course we did not get because we met our driver outside. I’m choosing not to contact the company about getting that money back because of my eyes it’s not even worth it at this point dealing with them.) at no point was anyone apologetic or sympathetic to what happened even though I was clearly unhappy. We used Bell Limousine last year (June 2022) when I surprised my husband for his 40th birthday and everything went so smoothly so I decided to use them again for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip. Needless to say, this got our trip off to a horrible start. Lisa did make it much better as she was so incredibly sweet and even decided to pray over us and our marriage, which I thought was a very sweet gesture. It’s really too bad the company she works for chooses to do this to their return clientele. Unfortunately, I will not be going through the service again in the future. I’m really hoping that this was a fluke, but it did not restore any faith that this wouldn’t happen again. If you decide to use this service, make sure you read ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING and even confirm all the details so this doesn’t happen to you. Ive used them before for round trip airport service but this last time will be the last time. I booked our trip through southwest vacations and added round trip airport service as an add on. I called the day before to make sure everything was good to go and they said they didn't even have a reservation for me. They blamed it on southwest for not forwarding the reservation to them. Ok I can deal with that. I sent a text with pictures of my itinerary and the lady took care of it. My reservation was for a regular Cadillac Escalade. Our daughter was so excited as that is her dream car. I did not need a limo as it was just my wife, our daughter and me. They also thought it would be so cool to see someone standing at baggage claim with our name. Got to baggage claim and nothing. I got our bags and still no one. Stood off to the side and called bell trans. No direct number and was on hold for about 10 minutes. While waiting, I got a call from a vegas number. It was our driver who asked that we meet her in the parking garage. Might be corny to some people but we were looking forward to having someone at baggage claim to meet us. This was a special trip and thought it would be fun to do this. We got down to the garage and our driver was still missing in action. Stood around for about a minute then a lady hollered at us. She was our driver and the car was not an Escalade but an older Chrysler 300 limo. Was way bigger than what we needed and it just felt awkward. Driver was super nice though and accommodating. We don't drink much so we asked to stop at a Walgreens instead of a liquor store and she obliged without hesitation. Return service to the airport was hampered by all the construction at Caesar's. Thought we would have an Escalade at this point but it was the same Chrysler 300 limo. Again it just felt awkward for just the three of us. We paid a for a premium service and it was not even close to what we were told the experience would be like. Daughter was super bummed we didn't get the Escalade that we reserved. Unfortunately, we'll just stick to Uber next time

I booked a reservation online for 11 passengers and was quoted $133.67. My flight was changed and then delayed by an hour, so I called to inform Bell Trans after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes to speak to a representative. When I spoke to the representative, I gave her the updated arrival time which was 11:58 PM. She continued and stated the flight is due to arrive at 11:10 PM. She made the change for 11:10 PM anyways. The driver Todd was very nice and patient due to our delayed flight. After being dropped off to Treasure Island hotel, I get a phone call from Bell Trans saying they need me to authorize a charge on my card for an additional $49.73. When asked why, the STUPID response was because I booked online and all the fees weren’t added at time of booking. When I stated I see all fees in my invoice, then Susan B. proceeds to say the minimum charge for airport is 1.30 hours and I was charge for 1 hour with online booking. So now I am beyond frustrated and allowed the charge. When she sent the new invoice it displayed all the same extra charges from the original booking. The only difference is being charged for 1.30 hours. So the conclusion is, they charged me the extra due to a delayed flight. I will NEVER use this company again nor recommend their service.

Unreliable for time. We waited more than 1/2 hour in Section B at airport in blistering heat with family and Secrion C bus came earlier than our bus. Was given run down by driver that they were taking 3 hours for drop iffs like it was our fault and him procrastinating to let us in bus was an absolute joke that's why we didn't tip him.
I know there are road works and traffic but when you pay alot for a service you expect it to be reliable right? If they left earlier we wouldn't have missed our afternoon arriving at hotel quite late. Regardless, I recommend Karnel Shuttle fir on time service(LA) or take an uber or lyft next time.

We were charged an extra $40 for being delayed by the airline and a presidential visit to Las Vegas. These events were completely outside of our control and I was charged extra without any notification. When I contacted the company and spoke to a manager I was told that I could not be refunded because they have to take the money from the driver. I asked them if they were OK taking the money from the customers and they were. I do not recommend the service. If your flight is delayed or your package delayed you will pay extra no matter what

I was in Vegas with a group of 14 and needed transportation both ways from the airport to our hotel on the Vegas strip. Most other private car services wanted about $500 each way and Bell Trans charged us half of that for both ways. We weren't looking for a party bus, just wanted a private ride for our group. Drivers were on time and did a great job of communicating. Our first driver, Charles, went above and beyond. Car was clean and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim. I would definitely use them in the future.

So I landed in Las Vegas on Saturday the 10 April we were attending our friend's wedding on Wednesday the 13th and had a trip the grand canyon on the 15th and the 16th my partner did a zip line down Frement Street. So we had a lot to look forward too.
When I finally found Bell transportation due to terrible sign posting and rude staff at airport shuttle service. I booked my pick up from the hotel for the 19th April when I booked a 1pm pickup to get me there for the airport. I was told my by travel agent to phone and arrange it 24 hours before setting off. I asked the woman booking my transport back and she told me that I would not need to phone as her arranging the transport would bypas that. I got a little ticket conforming the time. I was a little bit sceptical it would arrive but I believed the woman.
I waited outside my hotel at 12.50 incase my transport was early. However, it got to 13.10 and nothing arrived so I decided to phone through and there was nothing. By this point I was getting really anxious by 13. 30 nothing arrived so I ended up crossing through my hotel lobby and casino and getting a taxi which cost me 20 dollars. My partner paid for this when he booked the package with hays travel. Never again am I using Bell Transportation if I ever return to Las Vegas.
I have read so many other negative reviews not happy. I would hope that Bell transportation would do the decent and honourable thing and componsate me.

Would give zero stars if I could. Shuttle was late to pick me up, which caused me to miss my flight. I had to spend over 300 dollars in expenses. Had to book a new flight, hotel room, pay for food and Lyft rides to get back to the hotel and back to the airport for the next day. I was stuck in Vegas for an additional 24 hours, and they told me that I would only be reimbursed for the price of the round trip shuttle I paid for. I will NEVER use this company ever again and if you do, be sure to ensure you have better ride options on your way back to the airport to get home. Or have a cheap lawyer.

We paid for a return airport transfer with a champagne stop en route to the hotel . The driver stopped at the liquor store and stayed outside without a purchase. We had to wait for the attendant to return from a break, and although we never received our promised and included champagne, we did have an additional charge for going over our hour time allowance. Not as advertised and not recommended by this frequent traveller. Use another service if you want what you pay for.

We were excited to use this service as we always used another company prior but thought let’s try something different. We won’t be doing that again! Order the champagne airport pick up and although the driver was super friendly, when we got in the limo it was filthy! Yes there was champagne, empty champagne bottles with empty water bottles l, dirty glasses etc this was supposed to be the start of our trip and that’s what we got?? The driver let us sit in the car while he put the bags in and no air conditioning running and then no music on. He noticed the garbage and apologized, but seriously?? He took the garbage out and then I asked where our champagne was as it looked like someone else drank it! He offered to stop and get some (which we had paid for in our booking) so of course I said yes and then handed it to me, but there were no glasses to drink from, luckily I pack my own for our room so I got it out of my bags, but a terrible start to our holiday!
I let the company know and they emailed me back that they would send it if to their “manager” but that was two weeks ago and nothing. I emailed them again and still nothing. Very disappointed and won’t be using then again at this stage!

I had modified original booking to a few months down the road. I have confirmation number of change, but they called today looking to take me to airport, but it was under old reservation. Bad thing is, the reservation is a round trip reservation and no one ever tried to get hold of me for pick up from airport. Make sure you have and keep all confirmations!!!!!

There are loads of cabs at the airport and they all seem decent, book a transfer online if you can, then you are guaranteed no waiting.
