Although we were a little hesitant, reviews of the other travelers convinced us to give this company a try. Do not regret it! They were easy to converse with pre-departure, arrived as scheduled, and dropped us off at the door of our hotel in Mira Flores. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Very, very poor and risky service (only just managed to not miss my flight but at high expense). The van never arrived for pickup from the hotel even after having confirmed the location twice via Whatsup days in advance. Operators also having a disrespectful attitude following this serious issue. Also refused refund. A very stressful experience, would not recommend this company under any circumstance.

I took Quickllama from Miraflores to the Airport. Booking the ticket online was easy but I think you can also just show up and pay. Seamless experience.

It was somewhat disappointing. We had to stand outside at night, after a long trip, for an hour. If we had used Uber or a taxi, we wouldn't have had to wait.

This is an excellent service at a very inexpensive price. I used the service 4 times. Twice from the airport to hotels in Miraflores and twice from the hotels to the airport. The service is shared door to door and extremely reliable. Highly recommend this service.

Setup an appointment for a rite after 1 hour they canceled With out notice.. and call to find out why .. they said they having issues with their system.. not a professional. Not recommended at all..poor service

They film the tourist to check them out for robberies! Be aware, if you book a fixed time, this is not fixed, if there are less then 5 people they let you wait and write, they will pick you up in 30 min. Nothing happens. Be aware, take an UBER. Go to the Hotel Costa del Sol where you have free internet and book an UBER! And sassy answers from a chinese!

Reliable, economical, highly recommended. The driver and the company were both responsive to the messages. For the hotel pickup, the driver would text you 5 mins prior to the arrival. I would use this service again when I come back to Lima.

This place is an absolute scam. Stay away This company advertises itself as a regular van service with a preset timetable for the departure of the vans. However, when I arrived at the pickup location at 10:00 AM, simply there was no van. I called the company and there was no answer. I sent a message and the manager replied saying that I should have called them in advance in order to have a van available. He said this condition was written on the ticket, however the ticket only says that I should call if I wanted to secure a SEAT (not a van), and if I didn't call I could take any seat available. There's nothing saying that if I didn't call there would be no van at all. I ended up calling an Uber driver to take me. Upon the return to the airport the manager said that he could only send a van to pick me up at the hotel at 10:00 PM (not the time shown in their useless timetable - 21:20 PM). I agreed to take the van at 10:00 PM, however the van only arrived at 10:50 PM. Of course I could not wait , otherwise I would lose my flight. Luckily I managed to cancel the charge through my credit card.

I had a booking (n R6A37) back in April 16, 2024 leaving from Lima Airport. I've been approached by their chat on the whatsapp claiming that "there was a huge traffice and they wouldnt be able to meet me at the scheduled time, at 20h. I've checked both waze and google traffice and there was no such traffic at all. Only my wife and I waiting at the pick up spot. so I wonder... they've just let me wait 'till the next van! they didnt want to send me a van at all, to ride with just 2 passengers. I took an uber and went trough the same road they said "was a huge traffic". No traffic at all. YOu know what was a giant coincidence? at 21h sharp they've sent me a mail saying the van was available, therefore they just made me wait an whole hour.
