Took my teenage daughter to this Toy Museum, which was a place that she really wanted to visit while we were vacationing in Branson for the week. Location is advertised as the “World’s Largest” toy museum, which I would believe based how much stuff they had there. They have a wide variety of different toys spanning several decades. Very nostalgic experience for me to see a lot of the toys that I remember growing up with. Daughter was impressed as well but didn’t have the same historically connection. We both enjoyed playing with some of the sections where they have toys/games set-up for guests to play with.

Tickets are on the pricier side of reasonable, but the museum has three separate buildings with all of their toy collections. We spent over 2½ hours viewing all of the different collections. Plus, admission to the museum provides a day-pass, so you can leave and come back later if you need to take a break. We spent our time in one contiguous visit, but I like the flexibility to leave for a meal and go back to view some more.

The biggest critique that I would have of the place would be that there’s almost too much stuff without enough information about it. Toys are pretty well organized into their own various zones (versus everything just being thrown together on a shelf). However, I would have liked to see more signage with details about the different toys and their history.

I enjoyed visiting this museum with my family. They have a massive and wonderful collection or toys and artifacts. It was fun to look at toys that people used to play with a long time ago, and to see toys that I played with when I was little. I liked the ways the toys were displayed and that they did not have a lot of signs to read with information. I think that can make an experience even more overwhelming when you feel obligated to read information about everything. It was nice that it was more laid back and you could spend time looking at what they had vs. reading information. I liked that they had some hands on exhibits and wished they had even more of those. The workers were very pleasant and seemed happy and interested in working here. This made the experience even better. I cannot put a time limit on how long you would need to spend here because it would depend on you and how long it takes you to look at items. They do have three buildings with multiple rooms in each. They give you a wrist band so that you can return later in the day if you did not finish the museum when you first came. You can definitely relive being a child when you come. Great place!!

Had a great time here. We used a groupon for the 2 of us. So many interesting things to look at and the staff is very friendly. Masks not required. We went on a week day and it was not very crowded. I'm not sure if small kids would enjoy because there's not much to "play" with. This is more for adults. We had a great time!

Four of us visited the museum because we were looking for something to do on a cold February day. We completely enjoyed our 3 hours in the museum. Many interesing displays and exhibits. A couple of us were skeptical but agreed that it was worth the time and cost.

Fun museum for the whole family. Reasonably priced museum and they have just about everything! They have 2 buildings to go through and the 2nd building has a large train system set up. We really enjoyed looking back at toys we used to have as kids too. They also had some interactive play areas for the kiddos. This is a very good idea and price.

I suggest groupon. My husband and daughters loved it!(Old smell got to me though.) Really liked the Barbie room and the train room. Workers were extremely nice. Also, best deal in Branson = Branson Bear, Branson Bear hat, book, and coloring pages all for only $10 plus tax. My 6 year old daughter loved this souvenier and people around town kept sayibg they loved her hat and asking where we got it.

Rainy day & slow season so we stopped here. It was fun for us to see all the old toys. Huge dispaly with over 2.5 million toys. Clean & lots to see. $20 per person is a little pricey, but we went in 2 buildings & so much to see.

I can’t give this a bad review just because it wasn’t what I expected. I think calling it a “museum” is a tad misleading although I have no idea what else you’d call it. It reminded me more of a “grandma just passed away and she hasn’t thrown anything out since 1920.” Things were cool to look at for the nostalgic factor but completely boring after the first 10 minutes for my 4 & 6 year old. They do have a few “interactive features” where kids can stop to play so that was nice for them. At the train museum part, there was a very nice gentleman working who my kids recognized as the REAL Santa also on vacation. He was kind enough to come over and give them a little token to hold on to til Christmas. That’s the only thing that really stood out for them. So overall, I enjoyable for adults, though a tad overwhelming, but I’d skip it if you’re traveling with little ones.

I will be honest, I was reluctant to go to this museum, but the kids have wanted to go for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. There is something for everyone. It definitely covers all generations and all kinds of toys. The displays are well organized throughout the separate buildings. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend going to this museum while in Branson.

This place was really neat! Plan to spend several hours. We had 3 young kids (10, 6, and 1). Honestly, we had to push through the last 1/4 because we overlapped nap and meal time. There are 3 buildings. I think this is ideal for families with kids 12+. My kids enjoyed seeing the toys, but they needed to get their hands on them. They did include a few hands on activities through out which I appreciated, but the kids wanted to rush through. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely friendly and we got a good deal on Groupon. Hours of entertainment. Highly recommend.
